I have gone in 3 times. The first was awesome. The woman working was extremely helpful and attentive to my fitness goals. The next 2 times I got almost no help. Nobody even approached me. I had to approach them and they didnt even look up when talking to me. They pointed to where the product was instead of actually showing me. 😑 That is so frustrating to me. That being said this gets three stars because of the one person who was helpful and the fact that they have good products and usually great sales.

Normally the staff is awesome but about a week ago my nephew went in and some dude told him the couldn’t sell him creatine. He has bought this from here numerous time. Then the heavy build guy with glasses proceeded to argue with the lady who my nephew said was apparently the manager there at this time. The lady got on the phone and called her manager to see what the problem was with selling my nephew creatine. My family spends lots of money here and is thinking about not coming back because of the guy with glasses.

Always an all around wonderful experience at the Florence Vitamin Shoppe! Great selection and clean store. Ive been shopping here for several years, and while I miss seeing both Shannons, they have a very friendly, helpful and informative manager and associates. Big shout out to the crew there: Brandon, Ivan, Lee, Corey and Tywanna, for the hospitality and keeping me coming back!

The staff here make Vitamin Shoppe great. I go to this store on the regular. A bit because of the product, but mainly because of the awesome people. These guys have easily helped me through hundreds of dollars of purchases without upselling. Extremely knowledgeable. Extremely kind. And always upbeat.

Best place to get supplements and specialty healthy snacks. Way better than the pill pushers over at the GNC by far.

I was pleased with this store.I stopped there while passing through Florence, in need of some supplements and foods Id run out of, and my experience couldnt have been better. Not much to say, really: they had what I needed, at good prices, and with a friendly, attentive staff. I found the store to be clean and logical, and the cashier quickly and enthusiastically checked me out. No fuss, no problems. If Im ever in the area and again need some Vitamin Shoppe lovin, I would gladly return.My thanks goes out to all associated with this business. Honestly I will never return to this Vitamin Shoppe ever! I used to have wonderful customer service but today I was sooo disappointed. I would always tell my family and coworkers they should visit at least once. One of the workers were so rude to the point it killed me to be polite to them. Save your money and an awful experience and buy somewhere or online.
