Great Customer service. They fill prescriptions fairly fast and always accurate. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Every month, I have to fighting with the pharmacy to get my son medicine filled. This month, prescription has been setting since Monday. The pharmacy said because February was a short month I have to wait 34 days to get it filled. The pharmacy is saying that the insurance company with not pay for it. Called the insurance company and was told the opposite. Last time, getting a prescription filled at Meijer. Tired of being treated like a drug addict

I trust all the personnel behind the counter.The pharmacists are great. They answer questions about ANYTHING..and they will come away from behind the counter to show a customer where something is and explain the use of it.

This rx is always slow. Plenty of staff. They always seem to be looking at computer screens. My guess is the computers are slow and the employees dont notice customers because they are behind glass.
