Jay is AMAZING! Electrolysis can be uncomfortable but, Jay makes you feel very comfortable and takes such great care of her clients! Jay always ask me how I am and makes a point to get to know me! I have been a client of Shine for three months now. Jay, the owner, is amazing. She takes her time and explains what she is doing. She is kind, friendly and knows her stuff. Electrolysis does hurt a bit, but it’s well worth it. My chin hair was out of control. Dark thick hairs grew relentlessly. My first session with Jay was an hour. After that hour I had my confidence back. I now see her every other week for about a half an hour. Jay was able to reduce my chin hair by about 85%. We continue to work on the last 15% to get my chin smooth. I have no scarring at all thanks to jay’s advice of using coconut oil after the treatment.
