Talk about amazing customer service! I walk in feeling dull and boring and walk out feeling refreshed and vibrant. I get exactly what I ask for every single time, and they will fix anything if you are not satisfied. I have extensions and one of my wefts were lifting. I called and the next day they had me come in for a quick fix. These girls go above and beyond for their clients and it definitely shows how much they care. Not only does Ashley always make my hair look perfect, smooth, and fresh, I always have a great time here because everyone is super nice and fun.The salon is easy to navigate to, right on Dixie Highway, and the space is open, modern & inviting. Its very comfortable and professional. I have to mention that the shampoo station is awesome: there are these little pillows that you can lay your head on when youre getting rinsed so your neck can relax! I came here the beginning of the year to have my hair colored ombre in which Gabby completed for me. She did a great job! Well, recently I got married (Friday the 9th) and leading up to the week of the wedding I still had not booked any one for my hair! (Yikes!) But i was able to get into see Ashley at Hallow Hair for a trial run and then an app for the day of. Ashley did an amazing job and she was able to make time to complete my makeup the day of my wedding as well. She was more than accommodating and so sweet! My hair was amazing and so was my makeup. Had a hair appointment Friday 3/13/2020. Gabby was my hair stylist that day. Well my hair turned out completely wrong. The hair cut was not even correct and my color which took 6 hours to do was not right as well my hair has lots of red in it still and the blonde is definitely not the blonde I had wanted. My hair has now turned completely orange.

Gabrielle is a hair wizard!! I came in to get my hair fixed up from a previous hairstylist (chunky layers, completely uneven, i thought it couldn’t be fixed). She fixed it up perfectly and gave me the style i originally wanted and more! I’m OBSESSED and Gabrielle is a sweetheart. I’ll deff be back!

Kammi is hands down the BEST! She has been doing my lash extensions since January and they are amazing. I love that her process is safe and doesnt damage my natural lashes. She takes her time and puts pride into her work. Now...lets talk hair. I am a retired Fitness Pro and Model who has had my hair done around the world by many people. I can say that Kammi is the ONLY individual who actually takes the time to listen and do exactly what I ask. For example: she spent over 3 hours messing with my hair yesterday to get it just perfect for me. Her energy is amazing and I just adore her.

Ive never gotten a bad haircut here, and Ive exclusively gone to Hallow Hair for the past two and a half years. I definitely trust them with my hair, and I havent felt that way about any other salon.

First experience started with my consultation about a month ago where we discussed in depth my hair history and what I was looking to accomplish. I have a good amount of gray hair and have typically colored my hair on my own, however Im tiring of the struggle of the shiny regrowth two weeks after my color-my hair grows fast. I have finally decided to embrace the gray but cant just let it go Ashley was extremely welcoming, down to earth and listened to my concerns and came up with a great plan for a gradual transformation. I left feeling confident that I was in great hands. Fast forward to today...1st appointment for the new hair. Ashley again, was very welcoming, re-confirmed what we were doing and 1st phase results are wonderful!!! I couldnt be happier My color looks great and my hair feels equally as great! Thank you so much Ashley--see ya in a few weeks ;) I highly recommend her--great studio, great people, great vibe as well.

I started going to this salon last year. I’m very picky with colorists. Brein is the only one who’s touched my hair since. I’ve always spent a fortune to keep my hair touched up and overpaid to hopefully find someone who listens enjoys time with me and excels at what color I’m after. I’ve never had anyone so friendly and excited about their job as the women here. I’ve yet to walk in and not automatically be in a better mood. They take their job serious and love every second of it. I explained to brein once what color is was seeking and she has done nothing but made it more beautiful each time!

I got my very first set of lash extensions with Kami and I had such an amazing experience! The whole studio is so stylish and clean. The lashes look absolutley amazing! Shout out to Kami for being such a skilled technician!

I was really excited to have my hair done at this Salon because I’ve read all of the great reviews. I had waited about a week and a half for my appointment, received multiple reminders to confirm my appt etc even the day before. That day I also received a text from the stylist I scheduled with (Kammi) that she had to reschedule. She also texted me stating to let her know what day next week would be good for me. I replied and since have not heard anything back. I will be making another appt at another salon.

Friendly and clean. I got the eyelash extensions and the service was great.

Olivia is an exacting expert. She always does a fantastic job. She has a following from her previous employer that came with her to Hallow for a reason.
