Hands-down the best facility I’ve ever been to. Amazing hospitality, with open arms. All the equipment you could ever think of, functional free weights, machines, CrossFit, you name it they have it. Veteran friendly with great prices. I highly recommend!!

I have just completed my trial week of crossfit and let me be honest. I hated it. Every second. Not because of them but because I am fat and out of shape. That being said, I am going to continue to go because of how they have worked with me and how friendly everybody has been.There is currently no possible way that I can keep up with anybody there, yet the trainer has been patient and kind and has helped modify things to fit my needs.As for the gym, it is always nice and clean. The owners are always friendly and professional. And they have equipment to fit any possible need (again I am an overweight guy who knows nothing about working out, so maybe I am easily impressed...but seriously this is a great gym.)If you are looking for a place to workout, i highly encourage you to try Extreme Fitness.

Good basic gym for CrossFit and lifting, while they have cardio machines a handful do not work or are unstable when in use.
