Excellent place to workout! Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and all participants feel welcome. There is a great community feel where people of all skill levels and abilities are accepted and celebrated!

Love this gym! The programming is perfect for anyone at any level, and the coaches and community are the best out of all the crossfit gyms I have been to. Been coming here since December 2019 and have only gotten better thanks to their support and encouragement. And I finally got my fiancée to join!! 😃

I started here in August 2019, 6 months so far, initially it was tough and exhausting, and it’s still the same, especially Saturday :), the difference is now recovery is much faster and once done the feel good factor kicks in. I feel like joining cross fit was one of the best decision of my life. Prior to this I was member of Silverlake for almost 2 years but wasn’t effective at all. Program here is great and coaches are the best, they have lot of patience especially for the new joiners and they make sure that the postures are right before you go heavy. Members are welcoming and very friendly. If fitness is your mantra then this is the place.

I just recently started (halfway through my first week) and everything that I have experienced so far has been top notch! My coaches have been patient with me, always making sure my form is correct before challenging me with a workout that is scaled to my abilities. The community is supportive and I appreciate them motivating me and congratulating me on a good workout even though I am not doing the full WODs yet. That encourages me to come back even more. I’m looking forward to seeing where this journey takes me.

We planned on dropping in while visiting from Florida, but we were reading an old schedule so they werent open at the time. With one call to Kendra (one of the owners/coaches) she came and opened it for us anyways! We had an amazing experience that day and she made us feel at home. Letting her know we would planned on coming back the next day she even offered us a ride from our hotel so we didnt have to Uber!I have never been so blown away by the generosity and service from a gym. She went above and beyond, and when visiting northern Kentucky there is no other gym I would go to.

Dropped 30 pounds and 5% body fat by sticking to their programming for 4 months and still going strong. Great community.

My girlfriend and I were passing through Kentucky near Cincinnati and decided to stop at Crossfit Northern Kentucky for a drop in workout. We were not disappointed! Super nice people, beautiful and well equipped gym as well as awesome programming! I highly recommend it for anyone looking to get a great workout in with a friendly community. We also got really nice t-shirts with our drop in price!
