This was my first visit to this office to see Dr. Shenouda. I was very pleased with the care I was given. He took his time to listen to my concerns and addressed each and every one. He listened to what my endocrine history was and gave me a great plan of action that I am very satisfied with. I will definitely be back for future appointments.

My experience with Dr. Wilkins was horrible. She didn’t take time to listen to me as the patient. Whenever I would try to speak she would just keep talking. She determined I didn’t need care without reviewing my most recent labs, or discussing the symptoms I was having. At the end of the appointment I was able to get 1 question in without being cut off. She ordered an ultrasound due to my question, but the ultrasound was canceled by her due to my request to switch doctors. I would never recommend anyone to her as a patient. I should have checked the reviews from other patients at her previous practice. Everyone says the same thing... she is rude.

Customer service is poor. She prescribed me a medication thats on recall. I called her back and she said she didnt hear anything about it. Her front desk are awful. Please be aware they trying to make you pay co pay twice

Dr . Wilkins was the first Doctor to actually get my sugar levels corrected without huge amounts of insulin . Her office is very polite and her nurse is extremely friendly and very willing to help with your needs . My experience with them has been nothing but a great one .

Dr Wilkins is very knowledgeable in her field. I felt she took her time with me and my personal health issues creating an individualized care plan.

Just took us over a hour drive to get there for a appointment that was scheduled 3 months ago for my son to be told “I’m sorry we have to reschedule because your son isn’t 18 years old for another 13 days and our next available appointment isn’t until September! Come on someone didn’t see this when his regular doctors office made the appointment and sent over his records 😡 Needless to say we’ll be getting appointment somewhere else.
