Very condescending.Either did not care to treat me or is not knowledgeable about the thyroid.Says that a swollen thyroid wouldnt cause hoarseness.... that seems strange to say. Started Metoprolol and started losing my hair lost half. This was glossed over oh yea thyroid condition will cause to to lose hair. Well Ive had thyroid conditions for years. I just started the Metoprolol and subsequently lost half my hair.Seemed RELUCTANT to examine my thyroid physically

Others like myself have stated the staff IS RUDE at this office! This is how YOU treat a thyroid CANCER patient!? Do not go there! Lied many times to me. Your reminder system told me the appointment was at 7:00 am and that is when I showed up for my appointment. I was waiting for 45 minutes to be called back. You also told me to take a test last time that I did not need. You were sent an ultrasound and tests that never made it into my file!!! And after all this, you were offended that I called you incompetent? Rather than address this issue, you immediately tell patients not to come back. Nice customer service. I don’t think you know the word I am sorry!!!!

Office staff has bad attitudes Not helpful and ostenant. Your goal is to help people but you forgot to do this.
