I inquired about an estimate. Right away I was told they are too busy & don’t have time to give free estimates. The woman on the phone, that claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude. When I commented on their customer service she stated how they are the best in the PeeDee. Well you won’t be for long w/ TERRIBLE customer service & turning away new customers.

Excellent customer service from the initial phone call to set up service until bthe gentleman came out to do the work. The gentleman did excellent work in a timely manner and he explained what he was doing as he did it. I would refer this company to anyone looking to get work done.

I got a very quick call back after leaving my information. The man I spoke with even called me back a second time over a concern about the setup Id be going with. You can tell they genuinely care about the customer. We had other issues arise at home and havent had them come out yet, but just based off the call I know their service will be exactly what we are looking for.

Had some wires fixed and did a great job! Although being that my fiance wasnt home he tried over charging me. After bringing it to his attention he agreed to change the price but I was disappointed to know that I was being taken advantage of being that I didnt know anything about electric.

Excellent Service and the two electricians were polite and did very good work.

Really rude. Told me they would not give me an estimate for repair. I’ll just find someone else to do business with.
