Our dryer outlet was not working after a bad thunderstorm. Ken checked the panel and didn’t see any issues there then started to investigate the wire from the panel to the outlet. He discovered a lot of charring where it had arched. Ended up having to replace the whole wire but was great.

Ken was the technician that arrived from Bryant and he was punctual, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing a GFI receptacle in my bathroom.

Ken was early and extremely courteous both times I worked with him. Upon his first trip, the issue fixed itself of sorts. I had paid the trip charge but he said if it happens again and he comes out to fix it, he’ll be sure that I don’t have to pay the trip fee again since he didn’t have to fix anything the first time. He kept his word and when discussing pricing he broke it down for not only me but my grandmother on the phone who owns my residence. Extremely friendly and great company to use.

The electrician checked all electric to make sure all switches were hot. He put in a new part that allows the light to come on automatically atdusk. He also realized the bulb was cracked so we bought a new light bulb. All switches were in working order. We are thankful to Bryant for helping us with this outdoor light.

Got an estimate from Bryant for fixing several faulty light switches and replacing two small dining table chandeliers - $1,315. I called a competitor and got an over the phone quote of $300. I paid the call-out/estimate fee of $60 to Bryant and I’m having the other company do the work instead. Buyer beware.

I already was stumped on how to disconnect an outlet that wasoutside. Chuck view the attic which couldnt reveal where the outlet was connecting. He then suggested another means of finding the connector after getting permission cut a hole in my solarium ceiling he found the problem added what was needed and fixed the problem. Then he cut the outside wiring pipe that was sticking out of the ground and then cleaned up! Thank you soooo much Chuck! I have wanted that thing out of the yard for more than 2 years! Im happy and will always use Bryant Electric!!!!

The guy that came to my house to do the original work gets two stars, or maybe one. He didnt listen to anything I said. He tried hard, and I dont know what his deal was, seemed nice enough, but he didnt listen to what I needed and then did his own thing and Ive never met anyone who dithered as much as he did. However, the company heard that we werent pleased and sent two other guys out to address the issues and made everything exactly as I wanted it. Five stars for those two guys. I was 100% pleased with the companys response. So Ill give them 4 stars over all. They do a weird thing where they kinda make you pay for a membership and then give you a discount if youre a member. I know more companies are moving to that sort of model, but I hate it, so a star off for that too. Companies should get repeat business based on their service, not because theyve extorted a membership fee from me.
