I had to go for an exam for insurance purposes. The check-in process was seamless and my wait time was non existent. The nurse who took care of me was excellent. Quick and easy trip!

The front desk rep was nice. The lady that took the specimen was not very friendly at all. When I would ask a question. The answer would be sarcastic. Maybe they were having a bad day but, when you are helping the public and or in customer service no day can be a bad day. As they say bad word travels faster than good.

It was actually One of the more relaxing physical and drug screen experiences that I’ve had. The waiting room was nice cool and clean. I was treated with respect and I got in and out in a very timely manner I was very pleased with how I was treated and the speed I was treated with keep up the great work guys and gals. Zero complaints here. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I get in and out thank you thank you thank you.

All was fine. Actually was able to get in 15 mins early. Was in and out in 5 minutes. Perfect.

It was great and easy. Pull around the back of the building. Its raining. Very nice and very attractive young lady came out stood there talking to me about being signed up. I had been there previously. So that was taken care of.She made sure the sample was taken correctly.I got my results in about 1 hour and 25 minutes. BAM! NegativeThats what Im talking about.

Upon entering the facility I was greeted and advised to check in. After checking in I was immediately called and greeted by another member of the staff who was friendly and quick with the process. Very professional and friendly team. Keep up the solid work! It doesn’t go unnoticed!Just as a side note…it’s refreshing to encounter a friendly/efficient staff and yet sad how rare it is to go somewhere that everyone on the team performs professionally and is efficient with whatever they’re being tasked with. You’d think most people would care about perception, somewhat, but surprisingly that isn’t the case, more often than not….again - I’d recommend this particular location to anyone!! They are fantastic.

I had finger prints done. Only took 4 minutes. Great price also. Only complaint, I’m pretty sure the guy in the car next to mine was overdosing. My guess is once he gave his sample he went to his car to get his fix. His friend was with him and was checking his pulse.

Once I was able to get in I had a great experience. I had an appointment, but due to Covid reasons, was instructed by the sign on the door to scan a code or call. Called twice with no reply, leaving a message twice. Finally scanned the barcode and was able to check in online.

I wanted to have a quantitative antibody test, which is hard to find in the greater Cincinnati area. I was referred to Arcpoint by a friend who had positive experience at another Arcpoint lab. Scott was very helpful. He helped confirm a technical issue, even after the office was closed. On the day of the visit, I was instructed to wait outside. They texted me when they were ready to see. I like this approach as it avoids possible infection by other visitors. They were very efficient. I was able to complete my visit in a few minutes. I would highly recommend this lab to others.
