They have a large variety of services. The staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor listened to me and helped me find natural solutions for my conditions. I am glad I found them because my other doctor was stating that I might need surgery.

Absolutely the best Drs and staff Ive had the pleasure to be treated by. Dr Bracey takes the time to explain in detail whats going on. After my second treatment thenumbness in my leg had tremendously eased. I recommend Health 1st to anyone with back problems.

Im a very tall guy and had a repetitive injury to my L4 causing my legs to go numb, I had surgery prior to seeing Dr. Ratamess. I was having mobility issues post surgery and Dr. Ratamess was able to keep my scar tissue moving and me walking. Its been over three years since my back surgery and Im not perfect, but, I wouldnt be where I am without Health 1st. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable about holistic healing. They have other services like massage and nutrition supplements as well. Give them a go if you are less than thrilled with your current chiropractor.

Heath 1st is the only chiropractic clinic I use. Its a clean and professional setting with a first rate owner/Doctor. The staff is extremely friendly and the office assistant, Anna, is a pleasure with which to talk. The greatest part about Health 1st (Ive been going for several years now) is April McBride. She is my massage therapist and is a wonderful asset to the office. She is always sure to ask if there are any specific focus areas of the body before our sessions begin but is skilled and finely trained and experienced to detect other adjustments and additional care needed during the massage. She adjusts the session to my individual needs. This may include the use of biospectrum holistics.I leave relaxed, re-energized and pain free. Give them a call and ask to schedule an appointment with April (on occasion, she has immediate openings.) If you need personal energy work or the best massage ever, go meet April today.
