Has more convenient items than a convenient store and has almost everything! Snacks, drinks, medicine, gift cards, you name it! This is a very good place. 5 stars!

Went for drive through COVID test. Even got a confirmation. Got my whole family up and ready for an early morning test, only to pull up and be told that they weren’t doing testing that day. Not even apologetic. Just said, “Well, you should have gotten a call.” We didn’t. I double checked. “Well, we’re not doing it today.”

Stopped to drop off prescription. The woman at the window never looked up at us. We were not greeted . It became so awkward that we pulled away and left. This not any way to treat paying customers. We went to different pharmacy and we were treated excellent immediatley.

I like the fact that they have alot of pretty decent coupons.

I wonder in $15/hour will speed these people up? STILL the slowest drive thru in the business. Always a long line of cars and a 30 minute wait. Horrible

Pharmacy needs more help. The wait is unacceptable.

Whatever you do, do not take your FedEx packages here. They scan the wrong label and ship your item back to your own home when you are trying to return an item to a store. This results in having to make a second trip to ship your return, missing the return window and creating an utter headache. Including the correct size being sold out and not being able to exchange your purchase. Thank you for wasting my time.

I absolutely love this store. I find everything I look for and the employees go out of their way to make sure your medications are correct and they are available to answer questions. Thanks Walgreens!

On 11/25/2020, Todd and Jessica were working in the pharmacy. These two were amazing! There was a problem with two of my dad’s prescriptions and they made several phone calls and kept my sister and me informed durning the process. After a short time the issues were resolve. They were friendly and attentive to our questions, which was great amidst our stress with covid positive parents.

Went to Walgreens to pick up a few things and Melanie was working the counter. She was wonderful super nice and helped me with my purchase points. Will go out of my way to stop at this location from now on!

How hard is it to pick up a phone? Really, I’d like to know. I get that things can be busy at times but I have called 4 times throughout the day and haven’t gotten through to anyone. I’ve been on hold now for 30 min and I know for a fact you aren’t that busy, I see y’all every month.

We are in the midst of a pandemic with a state ordered mandate to mask up. I had to stop by the pharmacy at this location on Florence Blvd. today and was shocked to see a pharmacy tech working with no mask. It was the older woman who has been there for years. She is in a high risk category herself and could be spreading the virus to other elderly customers. Does Walgreens not care about their customers or the state mandate? All the other employees had on masks for which I am very grateful.

The older pharmacist who came from Rite Aid is just plain rude. Brett and the other ladies are great - but because of this one pharmacist, I will be leaving Walgreens. Ive never had a pharmacist cut me off everytime I tried to ask a question and then just hang up on me when he was done answering. Then theres the wait. 2 to 3 hours for a prescription. Walgreens, if you are going to buy out every pharmacy in the area, please expand the pharmacy and hire more people.

I called this facility to work on getting a prescription transferred to Huntsville today and the gentleman was extremely rude today. Regardless whether they can assist or whether I have to call the receiving facility there is no reason for someone to be hasty on the phone. I work with patients on the phone and when you work with patients, everyone has a story that you know nothing about. My mom is in ICU and I need my medication because I cannot function without it. Unfortunately I can’t drive the hour and a half to go pick it up at a different facility and need it transferred without someone being rude. have been a loyal Walgreens pharmacy customer for over 12 years and after this experience will not be using Walgreens anymore. I had to go to the urgent care bc I don’t have an emergency medication that I need and if I don’t get this transferred I will end up sick again.

Pharmacy staff were rude and judgemental about my perscriptions. Felt a total disreguard for the oath these professionals took at this particular branch. A simple perscription fill and and pick up felt like i was being profiled. All of my stuff was legitimate and these people made me lose all respect for the walgreens franchise in 10 minutes. I WAS made to show id, insurance, and was subjected to a wide range of questions at a pharmacy i have been using for 15 years. Will go COMPLETELY OUT OF MY WAY TO AVOID THESE HIPPOCRITES WHEN FILLING PERSCRIPTIONS FOR MY WIFE, CHILDREN, OR MYSELF. THE BLVD WALGREENS IS TERRIBLE. If you have any concern about your private information or basic consumer courtesy and respect, i suggest driving by this place and going to a mom and pop pharmacy like village drugs where you are treated like a person and not a criminal. Walgreens sucks!
