Doggie Paddles is absolutely a top notch facility for your pets. The entire staff is amazing & they treat your pets as if they are their own. I have been using their services for years. From their old location to the new facility. Which they are committed to keeping sanitized & safe for our pets. They give you updates via text, messenger, pictures etc. Their prices are affordable & include everything, unlike other facilities that charge for “extras”. The grooming crew is also amazing! Andrew the trainer has group or individual lessons & he even has taken the time to speak & provide me recommendations on his own time. Take the time to try Doggie Paddles you & your pet will be very happy!

We were looking at training for our 6 mo old terrier. She is full of energy. We searched and found Doggie Paddles that had a board and training program. We met with Andrew and signed her up for a few private training lessons to start. She listened to him very well and we learned a few tips from him too. A couple weeks later she stayed in boarding for a week and had more lessons daily with Andrew. Every day during her boarding we were sent pictures of her playing with the other dogs. She sure was running off that energy! We thought every staff member we met was polite. The building was clean and well kept. We noticed positive changes in our little girl just after 1 week and will continue with their training classes. Our puppy was happy and so are we. It was a good decision. Thanks, Doggie Paddles!

My pups go here every time we need to board them. They absolutely love it here. They listen to each dogs needs and they cater to each one of those. They are great with communicating while our pups stay there. The staff are wonderful and the prices are great also! They also take wonderful pictures of your pups❤️

My girls LOVE Doggie Paddles. I have to say, I never though I would send my dogs to daycare. It is so nice visiting friends and not having to worry about getting home to let the dogs out. When you know you have a long day- no worries- Doggie Paddles will make sure your dogs sleep well. They usually have a daycare hangover and are sleepy the next day too! The times are so nice. Open 7 days a week- at 6:30am! The staff is awesome. Raven and Jade hope all car rides end at Doggie Paddles.

I was ASTONISHED by this place. Exceeded my expectations beyond belief. They gave me hope that my dog can be social. Which is something that I’ve struggled with. They have so many professional dog lovers on board. I had NO WORRIES about my girl while I was on vacation. I knew she was having a blast. They send photos, are happy to answer any and all questions, and get to know each dog very well personally and by name. I will 100% use their services in the future, and will always recommend them to my dog parent friends.

Such a great place. I learned of them through Phil at my work. I told him it was so hard to cut my nails. He doesn’t bite but he does pull really hard. Phil told me don’t worry about, bring him to us and we can handle it no problem, or that mobile grooming would come to me. I bring Loki there for his nails every time now, and I can say next time I’m on vacation I will bring him there. Everyone is so nice and loving of the dogs, and they don’t turn you away like my vet did. I was told my dog would need to be sedated- and here is doggy paddles helping and not turning us away. I am so appreciative of this place and can not recommend them enough!

I have a 7 1/2 month old Golden/Pyrenees with tons of energy. Someone suggested that I put him in doggy daycare. I saw the great reviews and chose Doggie Paddles. I am so pleased with their services. Ghost has a great time and often doesnt want to go home. He crashes hard once we get in the car and is sleepy for the rest of the evening. I am so happy to have found Doggie Paddles and am grateful for the care and LOVE they show my boy! I highly recommend (and Im an overprotective dog mom)!

My Labradoodle loves Doggie Paddles! Scheduling is super easy and flexible. All of the employees are wonderful with the dogs!! We participate in group obedience training and the facility trainer Andrew is awesome with the dogs and it is very budget friendly!! I recommend this place to all of our friends!

Brought my boxer Zoe to Doggie Paddles for the first time today for her to swim. She loved it!!! I booked the pool for 30 minutes and I could tell my Zoe wanted more time to swim so I extended her time another 30 minutes. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The pool area is perfect and water temp is just right. They provide life vests and floating toys. I will definitely be taking my pooch back!

I was so excited to finally have found a good boarding facility that I can trust with the care of my dogs. I have boarded my dog here multiple times. There has never been an issue. We left for our honeymoon yesterday and left our numbers and emergency contacts. An employee went into his suite today and admitted that she moved too quickly and caught our dog off guard. She was loving on him and he jumped up and hit her nose. She said she turned away and stated that she lifted her head up and away and his tooth caught her nose. She stated that it was not aggressive and there was no bite mark, that it was an accident. A relative that works here notified me of this situation. I or the emergency contact never received a call from anyone explaining what happened. Instead, I received an automated text message stating that his boarding was cancelled. Doggie paddles owner told my relative that I would not be able to speak to anyone until Monday, but still have to pick my dog up today. Up until today, I 100% recommended this place. They are now stating that they will not let my dog out of his kennel until he is picked up and I am over 6 hours away. He has never been aggressive and now he is never allowed back here again because of an accident. The manager stated their teenage staff is scared of him, yet there are several aggressive dogs that get boarded here and can only be out of the kennel by themself without other dogs. His medication was also lost and we were never notified of this happening either. This is a facility specializing in the care of dogs and this has been my experience. I will never bring either of my dogs here again. This is very upsetting.Its now been 4 days and I still have not received a call.

Doggie paddles is an amazing place to board dogs. My dogs always come home healthy and happy. I also love all the pictures they send each day (or post on Facebook). I am able to relax and have more fun on vacation knowing they are well cared for. Thank you Doggie Paddles! My dogs will be back for our next vacation!

This place is five star amazing. It was a life saver for me and really helped my rescue dog come out of her shell and be socialized. I appreciate that they require a temperament test... because it lets me know my dog is safe with the groups they pair her with. My dog comes home very happy and tired and sleeps so much better now.They give me updates about my dog and take great pictures on social media. I look at them every night. Everyone is so kind.I appreciate that they have a trainer on site. It helps because I know he sees my dog and can have extra insight into her personality.Andrew the trainer is awesome, my dog loves him and the classes help a lot. I did both classes and was very pleased. He’s very responsive whenever I reach out.If I ever have to move, I will be heartbroken to lose this place.

I’m a new doggie mom and after looking at different places came across doggie paddles. I took my puppy first for grooming and he loved it so much i decided to try for boarding. He loves going there. they immediately know him by his name. He plays so much that comes home super tired. I definitely recommend this place. We boarded our golden retriever for 4 days while we were on vacation. Daily updates were sent if you message them on Facebook. From the looks of it, our goldie enjoyed every bit of it! She got to swim and play with other dogs kind of like her own vacation. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to all of our friends.

My dogs absolutely love this place. The staff takes care of them like their own. We take them 2 to 3 days a week for daycare to play and they always come back tired. We never have to worry when we board them either as they send pictures and updates daily. The swimming pool is a fun little extra along with an agility course. They also have fun social events for both dogs and their owners. Which is always fun to meet other dog loving owners. I recommend this place to anyone I talk to. They really are the absolute best!!

The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful as my dogs wriggled all over the welcome area. Swimming pool water was crystal clear and comfortably warm! Since they utilize a salt water system with minimal chlorine there was an unexpected bonus; no stinky dogs on the ride home like I’ve experienced at other facilities. We’ll be back very soon and are quickly spreading the word to all of our retriever and water loving friends!

My daughter and I took our Yorkshire Terrior Max out of desperation of some much needed help. We knew Max had anxiety, but his aggression towards people in general and even at home was really causing alot of tension and stress in our everyday lives. In just one session Andrew explained to us that Max has little man syndrome and feels the need to protect us and showed us some techniques that we seen starting to work immediately. So much in fact, our whole family is taking part in fixing their behavior. I highly recommend Andrew at Doggie Paddles. He is great and his prices are more than fair. Thank you so much Andrew. A couple months ago our family had the misfortune to be displaced from our home for several months, which in turn means we had to find a loving place for our fur babies during this stressful time. Thankfully Doggie Paddles and their friendly staff has been exceptional in caring for our babies during this time. We love getting updates on how they are doing and seeing them so happy interacting with other dogs, this takes so much stress off our minds knowing they are so happy. We are so glad we entrusted Doggie Paddles and their staff with our babies.

We used the mobile grooming. Hannah came to our house and she did a great job on our Tori, Pete and Turbo. The 275 bridge was closed coming into Indiana and she communicated with us that she had to reroute and we appreciated the communication. You have definitely gained a new customer. I took my pup to do his free temp test to get him into daycare I was able to watch and see everything that they were doing and how he reacted which was awesome! The following day I was able to get him into daycare ! The staff was friendly and also gave me updates on him for his first day! He cried on the way home because I’m pretty sure he wanted to stay and play! Your able to book you pup ahead of time which makes it very nice! Tyson will be coming back to play !

Doggies Paddles is absolutely amazing!! When we go out of town they always send FB updates, even when we forget to ask. They always do what is best for your dog and the others dogs. They find the right fit so the dogs have the best experience!!! We have also started using daycare services and it is awesome to see that all members of your staff really to get know your dog. Andrew, the new trainer, it also amazing!! I could just go on and on!

We have an old dog who can’t get out to the groomer any more. Hannah came to our home today to groom him. Finished in about an hour. She did a great job!

It was our pups 1st groom. The girls were so great. They were patient, and reassuring to my boy Ruffus, and me. Alexis did a wonderful job grooming him. I could tell when I picked him up that he had a good time. He was happy, calm, and beautiful!

I absolutely love doggie paddles. From the second you walk in the door you can tell staff truly cares about your dogs. Noodle (is 10 years old a mulitpoo)has been a regular for a few years being groomed and spending time socialize. Penny (Brittany beagle) is not one yet. Doggie paddles has been her outlet once a week she is able to run and play with dogs her size. She was so timid when we first brought her home but her being around people and dogs has helped her come out of her shell.

My lab, Dug, has been going to Doggie Paddles for daycare, occasional boarding, and private swim for almost a year. They have always treated him with love and you can immediately feel that they truly care for him. On rare occasion, he has a rough day and they have never made it a big deal. They understand that dogs, just like humans, have bad days sometimes. They are happy to send pictures and video clips when requested and are great about responding quickly! I have nothing but good things to say, oh, and his behavior has Im greatly since beginning at Doggie Paddles!

My dog is sick after a week stay at doggie paddles. When picking him up, his hair smelled like vomit and his hair is matted. He is lethargic, throwing up, and not eating. I have to take him to the vet now. He was perfectly happy and healthy going in. I feel terrible that we left him to go on vacation and now he is suffering.

This is the best boof business in the Cincinnati area by far! I’ve always been one to be super nervous about how my dog is doing while I’m away on vacation. And having a momma only Aussie dog I was extra nervous that he wouldn’t eat, or that he would just pour the whole time I had to go to my cousins wedding out of town. But not only where they careful with his chicken allergy I con multiple beautiful pictures of him having the time of his life every. Day. I. Was. Gone.So much so that I didn’t have a single worry the entire vacation and I was able relax and just enjoy my time with family. 100% love this facility

After shopping around the NKY area for a reliable boarding facility for our pup, we found Doggie Paddles and have been in love ever since! Every time Willow goes for daycare or overnight boarding, she comes home absolutely exhausted from playing with all of her friends. Whenever we have boarded her, we have been given consistent updates, pictures and videos, which provide a comforting peace-of-mind while we are away. They even greet her by name when she arrives. If she is due for a nail clipping, we can drop her off for daycare and they have no problem adding in this service. The pricing is also extremely reasonable for daycare, boarding, and grooming, compared to several of their local competitors - and they clearly invest in the improvement of their facility. I could not recommend Doggie Paddles more for all of your fur-babys needs!

I have 2 shepherds that have separation anxiety and they get nervous around anyone other than me and my girls..we started daycare at Doggie Paddles and after2 days they already showed improvement .I am.very impressed with the staff and how they care for my fur babies.so glad we found them .I know my fur babies will continue to improve. We absolutely love this place! We have been taking our dog there for almost a year. We have been with them since their old facility. Our dog always comes home happy and tired. We had our goldendoodle groomed for the first time and Hannah did a great job with her! First, the service is so convenient, they just pull up to your house. Hannah was punctual and even sent me a text to let me know she was on her way. My dog looked, felt and smelt so good afterwards. Hannah was so patient and listened to what I wanted done. Our dog loved Hannah and didn’t want her to go! The pricing was fair and the service was fantastic, can’t wait until her next appointment!!

Staff was friendly and my dogs (Penny & Wren) seemed happy and are worn out tonight! I love that they have a pool there and many other services. It was our first visit and I’m very happy so far. I will try out grooming in the future and possibly boarding for vacations

Doggie Paddles kept our pup for 3 days while we went on our first trip without him. Our dog is very attached to us and hates to be alone, so we were nervous about how well he would do. He did AMAZING!! The staff were so friendly and loving towards Chief and they even posted pictures of him having fun while we were away! This 3 day trip was a trial run, but we will be using Doggie Paddles for boarding our dog in the future as well! So impressed!!!

I decided to take my dog here because they have over night staff, and give out medicine. She is an seizure dog who takes medication 3 times a day. When we got home sunday night with her i realized they missed two dosages of medication over the weekend, which caused her to have 3 seizures in the matter of 20 minutes, which is very life threatening. I called to double check the cameras to make sure she hadn’t had one while staying there and to figure out why she missed her medication, it’s been about 6 hours and haven’t heard a single thing back. I am very picky about who i leave my dog with, and it was clearly a mistake to do so.

My dog loves coming here to swim! The new location has a great pool with toys and lifejackets included. I really love using the nice pet wash room after swimming too. It makes giving my 100 lb lab a bath an easy task!

We LOVE Doggie Paddles. Great place with great prices. Our dog absolutely loves it and we know it’s her favorite place in the entire world! She’s a big pup with a lot of energy and can be too much for some places, but all the workers there know her by name and always seem happy to be there and see her so it makes us comfortable to know she’s there. This place seriously goes above and beyond to make it a good experience for your dogs. I recently moved out of the area and still will drive half an hour or more to these guys for grooming because they take such good care of my dog (who hates blow dryers) and work with him on his tolerance for grooming and take it slow every time so he doesn’t spend the entire time anxious. I’ve only been in the swimming area once but even that was a great time, and I was so glad they had the life jackets and toys available. When my dog was unsure of the water, they even helped out brought in another dog who was boarding there to show him the ropes. Seriously awesome place!

I have two Boston Terriers that absolutely love this place. My 6 year old pup could literally swim all day, if you let him. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is just because its a little expensive for the hourly rate. I would definitely recommend any dog owner to take their pups to those place. They do boarding, grooming, and I believe they do some training stuff too The people who work there are all really nice.

Doggie Paddles is great! We left our dog for the first time over the weekend. We recieved pictures and videos every day. When we asked how she was doing since it was her first time away, they answered right away. We are definitely taking her back and recommend them to everyone!

This place is awesome! From the front desk staff, to the groomers, to the pool, the outdoor space, this is quite the facility. The owners are gracious, and they have everything from food, collars, Bandanas, bow ties, and coats for dogs and home goods and apparel for their humans! They hold many events that are fun for family and their pets! Agility and training services as well!!!

I love this place and so does my dog, Lily. They take great care of her while shes there, staying engaged with her so she gets a lot of exercise and socialization. She comes home exhausted from playing. I highly recommend.

I love taking my dog here to get groomed he’s a very anxious pup but it is clear he feels safe when he goes there. Hannah does an awesome job every time and knows my dogs name and is so sweet every time he comes in to get groomed, she does a great grooming job every time. They also gave him a goodie bag for Christmas which I thought was super sweet:)

My boys have been to DoggiePaddles several times for both daycare and boarding. It makes my heart so happy to know how well theyre cared for and how much fun they have at DoggiePaddles. The staff is great, and their love for dogs is obvious. Theyre great even with my rescue dog who can become overwhelmed in new places. The photos they send me of my boys playing and having fun is the icing on the cake.

My dog loves it here. He goes here for doggie daycare and boarding and always comes home exhausted. My favorite part is the outdoor turf field for the dogs to play in which means my dog does not get muddy. They offer several outdoor play times and they also have a pool for inside and outside play.

UpdatedSince I made this post my wife has gotten in contact with the owner. We where issued a credit for the difference and applied to the next stay. I no longer have an issue with them. I changed my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. I did not go with 5 just because this issue still happened and the worker (at time of incident) was unprofessional and seemed to not care at all. Doggie Paddles is a great company and the owner seems to care about the clients. I will still recommend them to friends and family with a warning of what happened. I am sure this review will become 5 stars and updated again eventually I am just not there yet.OriginalI have always had the best time with Doggie Paddles until today. We booked for a week in a regular kennel. Well they decided to upgrade him to a suite and charge me for it anyways. I am extremely annoyed and upset. When I told the lady at the front desk she pretty much told me to get bent and I had to still pay it. We use them all of the time and now will never be back. I am sad to be leaving a negative review as I would have used them forever potentially. Now I will never be back.

Their team is incredible and will care for your pet the same way they would care for their own. I love checking their Facebook page at the end of the day to find my dog’s pictures. He is excited to go to daycare every time and always comes home exhausted. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. It’s not easy to trust others to care for your best friend, but they earned my trust from the beginning. You should definitely try Doggie Paddles out if you are looking for somewhere to take your dog during the day. The hours, very affordable pricing, caring staff, and quality of the facility are all reasons why I will continue to bring Tuck back. Also I love having the option to buy homemade dog treats and handmade collars/leashes/bandanas, such a great idea!

Boarded my dog here for a few days and they were awesome! They kept me updated everyday with pictures and videos. Will definitely be boarding with them again and highly recommend boarding and daycare here for anyone looking!

Boarded my dog here for 8 days while we were on vacation. Everyone was so nice and made me feel better about our first time ever boarding. They sent pictures and videos everyday. They were very responsive. Great prices. Other places wanted to charge extra for pictures or additional playtime, but not here. Such a great value and they really go the extra mile. Thank you. We will definitely be coming back!

Wish I could give Doggie Paddles’ facility and the staff more than 5 stars. It is obvious they care for each pet in their care. While my puppy was boarding there I received daily pictures and videos showing how much fun she was having. Highly recommend to anyone seeking day or overnight care for their fur baby.
