I cant explain how awsome doctor William Eric Refvem and the staff is. From the receptionist that is so polite and nice all the way to the doctor. I go to a lot of doctors I am a cancer survivor. I have been in and out of doctors offices since my diagnosis. This doctor and staff have been the best experience I have had with a doctor and staff. Sally is amazing and gets the job done for you with insurance as well as all the things you need done before a surgery. She doesnt procrastinate. She gets on what needs to be done right away. Im so great full for Sally being the person handling everything I need for my surgery. As for Doctor William Eric Refvem. He is absolutely the best orthopedic surgeon I have had the pleasure of meeting. He took the time to listen to me and didnt rush me out. He talked to me about my concerns with a hip replacement and the surgery. He even took the time out to explain the prosthetic he uses and why he uses it. I could not be happier with knowing this is the team that is there for me pre surgery and post surgery. They genuinely care about you. They treat you like person not a number. If you want the best care this is the team you need. Thank you to the whole staff in this office you all are awsome and made me feel safe and comfortable you took my fear away. I know Im in good hands.

Excellent orthopedic he took the time to go over all my concerns with my knees having bone on bone. Also went over the x-rays that showed the damage. I felt very comfortable with my office visit, his staff is very friendly and took me back when appointment was. Didnt have to wait over an hour or more to be seen. Id recommend him to anyone who needed orthopedic, and will continue to see him.

I am very pleased with my visits! On time, staff is wonderful! Takes time and explains problems well, excellent bed side manner! Excellent surgeon and wonderful man! I will continue to see him for any ortho problems, highly recommend!!

This was the worse experience Ive ever had with a Dr. and receptionist staff. The first visit I was about 10 minutes late because I couldnt find the correct office. The receptionist told me I would have to reschedule because I was late. I tried explaining that I had to take off work and drive 1 hour to get there, but it didnt matter. She then tells me they have an appointment 2 hours later that I can stay for, so I did. Next they lost power and I had to reschedule anyway. I go for the 2nd visit and the Dr. spends 3 minutes in the room and says I need an MRI. I wait 2 weeks for the MRI and then the hospital cancels it due to insurance. Insurance company says the Dr. declined to do a phone review. So instead of picking up the phone to do a review I am told to come back for a 3rd visit and that I will need to do 4 weeks of physical therapy and then I can get the MRI... all he had to do was speak with them, but he wouldnt do that. Stay away!!! If you are not going to help your patients out by doing a phone review with the insurance company then please stop accepting that Insurance. I wasted money, time out of work and away from home for absolutely 0 results.

I wish I had known about Dr. Refvem before I surgery on my right thumb for bone on bone. He did an injection in my left thumb, even though other surgeon said it was too late for injections. My left thumb is doing great. He takes time to listen to my concerns. His staff is the best around. Just remember to park on the Pamplico highway side of the building 😃.

Dr Refverm did my cps surgery and before we started he prayed over me and I felt so comfy going into to surgery Im home recovering and Im so thankful. Thanks Dr
