I have been going to main Street family practice for nearly 20 years, until they switched to the concierge service. I only stopped going because of the concierge fee. I could not afford it.I trust Dr Lizarraga implicitly with all my health care needs. I never once questioned anything that he did for me during my visits. He not only was one of the best doctors Ive ever had but he was also one of my best friends Ive ever had. I miss going there immensely. Yes, there were times when I had to wait quite a while to see him but I never minded because I knew he truly cared about my health and my welfare. I hope that someday they will stop doing the concierge service so that I may be able to return back for my healthcare needs. I have not yet found another doctor or health clinic to go to, nor do I care to, and luckily my health has been up to good standards and I have not needed any medical attention. I miss everyone there and I wish all you guys the best of luck in your future endeavors. God bless!

Dr. Lizarraga and all of the ladies that work there are wonderful people. I have been seeing him since I was a child. I’m almost 30 and all of my children have been seeing him since they were born. He is the only doctor I trust!

Went to the dr in April of 2020, paid my deductible with a $100 bill. I remember because they had trouble getting me change. Just like the majority of reviewers, I too sat for roughly an hour before I was seen. Shortly after that I changed insurance carriers and they would not see me anymore. I got a letter yesterday, 1/28/2021 stating that I owe $25 for a deductible, I reached out to the office for an explanation and I was flat out told that I did not pay. I stated that I paid cash and was told that if I had no receipt to prove it, I owe them money. Unfortunately, I am not one to keep receipts so their taking my money from me. I will never consider going back to Main st.

Dr. Lizarraga provided a second opinion when I had a knee replacement in July 2019. I find him to be compassionate, extremely knowledgeable, and articulate.My recovery went well; and I went into the surgery with confidence because of his clear communication.

If you want to see this doctor be prepared to fork over $1800 a year plus your insurance and copay. Dr LIZARRAGA has forgotten his own mission statement and cares more about money than his patients.

Dr Liz spends the time with each patient. He doesn’t rush you and instead listens and cares. Very kind and compassionate Dr. Yes sometimes there is a long wait but I’d rather know that my Dr is being thorough than rushing thru patients every 15 min. Highly recommend Dr Liz and Main Street Family Practice.

I have been going to main street family for a few years now. The staff is nice but I made an appointment for 9:30am and wasnt even seen until 11am. This was a time sensitive day and they had me reschedule. This is ridiculous and I wont be coming back.

I know Doctors are always late but Main Street is always over an hour late for appointments. At that point it is just disrespectful to patience. I do not recommend this office!

We have been patients at Main Street for nearly 3 years and have never seen the doctor. We have only ever seen the NP or the PA.The lady in billing is terrible. She is rude, condescending, and refuses to actually treat you like a paying customer, which is essentially what you are. We are paying for a service and when questionable charges and bills come in the mail, she wont answer what and why they are there. I have really good insurance through my employer and reasonable co-pays...but it seems like things that are covered are still getting billed to me with ZERO explanation other than her spouting off billing codes that she learned in her six week medical billing class at Strip Mall University.If there was another doctor in Florence...I would move there with all due haste. Of course, I wonder is there actually is a doctor there...I have never seen him.

I have been a patient with main street family practice for many years and never had been late for an appointment. The one day I really needed them for job related paperwork that was time sensitive and ran late, they had me rescedule. Anyone who has been a patient there knows that its at least a one hour wait just in the waiting room alone at times. I wont be returning or recommending them in the future. D. West

This place is awful and very unorganized. The doctors there dont listen to a single thing you say. Waited 2-3weeks for an important phone call from them and all they told us was about this urine test that had nothing to do with why we were there at the clinic in the first place. Dont waist your time going here if you have real chronic concerns going on.

Great spelling there Ms. Dugi...Anyway, I was a brand new patient, had a 09:30 appt. time. Showed up at 09:15. I had all newbie paperwork done @ 09:30. I waited until a quarter to 11 and could not wait any longer. I left. Perhaps the worst first impression!

I feel sad writing this review, this office treated me pretty well the first couple years but after I actually had to use them it was clear they werent up to snuff. I have a chronic pain condition and while Dr. Ana is amazing and compassionate it takes forever to get anything accomplished. I was in a week ago and was given a new prescription, it was written incorrectly so the insurance refuse to cover it and the pharmacy refused to fill it until the issue was corrected. I have called a few times and there has been no movement from either end. I just feel stuck and this isnt the first time. They send me to specialists they clearly have no experience with who treated me like I was faking my pain levels (even though I dont want drugs, I was asking therapy to I can get better), they didnt send over any paperwork to my therapists they recommended so they only knew what was going on because I had to re-relay my entire medical history which is not always easy to do with fibrofog, they said theyd advocate to find a mental health specialist for me because I have extreme anxiety but just sent the same list I got from my insurance company, and on top of that any time I go in I have to sit against the wall for several hours because instead of setting realistic wait expectations they just overbook Dr. Zamudio and they always run behind. Last time I went I was there for five hours. Id rather have to wait a month and get in after a couple hours than waste a whole day, especially when I get NO follow up assistance whatsoever.

The best costumer service and human compassion.

I wouldnt see anyone else but Dr. Dario. He is the FIRST Doctor I have felt that listens and explains and answers questions.

Takes way too long. Appointment was 40 minutes ago. Last time I was in here it took 1 hour to even get in. Nobody was in the lobby. Worst service in the town of Florence.
