I have been a patient there for over 2 yrs and since my first appointment they have taken excellent care of me.

This facility is a joke. First they wouldnt provide medications for a dying cancer patient that cant walk and cant have the covid shot because she couldnt come in the office when there is video chat. Then they stopped my medication because I couldnt come in for a pill count when I was exposed to covid and they LIED to my doctor and gave false information. In particular it was SAMANTHA, who is not my doctor. She does not need to be in this field of work cause she lies and does not know how to treat people. In my opinion she needs to be fired for lying. Aint no telling how many other patients she has done this to. And I wished I would have read reviews before wasting my time with this facility.

My first appt and experiences were excellent..The front desk staff were very helpful and went the extra mile..

In my experience, the staff have been kind and helpful. I have had really good outcome regarding my procedures I received from Dr. Grainger. The risk, just like with any job it can become just a job and loose some compassion.

Knowledgeable staff point you in the right direction to get you the help and attention you need. Highly recommend. Though my condition is on going they put my needs up front.

Ive had disk degeneration for years. Couldnt walk far etc.. Dr. Hofmann did an RFA, my agonizing pain is GONE. I definitely recommend this this Doctor. He took 40 years off my back. WOW

Not much assistance given for chronic pain

Plain and simple if youre really wanting help with pain do not go to this doctor or office they have a philosophy that they can put you on pain medicine for a year or two and then gradually take you off of it and your brain will help you block out your pain.

Everyone i have talked to on the phone has been courteous and helpful, and in person they are just as pleasant. I am very pleased with how patient they are with me when i have lots of questions about the things they are doing. It really helps me stay calm when I am nervous before procedures.

They are all very nice there Im thankful Dr Granger is my doctor he is a very good doctor and the nurse is theyre all very nice and I was treated very very well

The office never returns calls and never contacts you back. Sat on hold over past 3 weeks. Dr Grainger is a very arrogant doctor who feels he is superior over other physicians. The negative reviews and serious issues within this facility are 100% ACCURATE. The way Dr Grainger treated my father is appalling.

Dr. Hoffman didnt waste anytime, he told me exactly what we needed to do for treatment one step at a time for my lower back and sciatica pain. Lets see how this goes?

I have been seeing the Drs. At the Spine Center for a couple months and they have been great! They have ordered test, x-rays, and mri to find out what is going on with my back. I didnt go there for meds put for answers and Im getting them! For all those people complaining about not getting pain meds there is a reason why they arent giving them to you. I take tramadol and I take it everyday and it controls my pain! You shouldnt be mad at the Drs over pain meds but be mad at the people who abuse them! I dont blame the Drs for the misuse that patients cause!

Dr Grainger, the Nurse Practitioners,Mas, schedulers, they are all Caring and Compassionate, I have the Upmost Respect for all of them, I have been reading some of the negative Reviews and if you read between the lines its about Pain Meds,St. Eliz. Does Not prescribe High Doses of Opiates,if you are having Pain above and beyond what they will prescribe you need to try additional methods to manage your Pain Level, like PT,Injts.,Tins Unit or spinal cord stimulater implant, Bio-freeze and many other Treatments, Its a Proven fact that Higher Doses of Opiates do not control your Pain Level any better than Low doses, so if you are looking for a High dosage you might want to look elsewhere, , ,

Wonderful, kind always polite from the front desk ,medical receptionist,nursing staff PA,NP and Dr Burroughs! I would highly recommend the spine center for anyone struggling with chronic pain.

I sould of read the reviews before coming here, not good on so many levels

Was a patient for 3 to 4 years till i was realeased this past week dr Timothy burrows if you would listen to your patients when they tell you the pain medicine was no longer working because of the fact that you all kept me on same meds with no changes other than bieng a victim of doctor atiq durrani i fell victim to a doctor that would not listen or even care that the pain meds had quit working an you did nothing to help with my pain as my body had built immunity to the meds i was left finding relief on my own pitiful would not recommend this office to anyone

Poorly run office. This is not the first time that I have experienced rude staff on a power trip from this office. However, it will be my last. I have asked to speak with the office manager. I was told that she doesn’t have a phone. She never returned my phone call.

This was the 2nd time I’ve been to St. Elizabeth Spine Center in 6 years. Same poor experience related to scheduling... a front-office that’s powerless to schedule timely appointments. My appointment for diagnosis was 4 weeks out. I was fortunate enough to slide in 3 weeks early due to a cancelation, then waited a week for their call to schedule treatment (epidural). Soonest date was 6 weeks out. The scheduler was very apologetic and empathetic. I felt bad for her. I could tell disappointing people like me was something she had to do every day and it gave her no joy. This situation is completely unacceptable to your patients AND your staff.I went through the same 6-week wait 6 years earlier and I knew how painful and debilitating it would be, so I hopped on the phone and called around. Wellington Orthopaedic scheduled a diagnosis for the same afternoon and called back within a day to schedule treatment (injection) 1 week later.

Dr. Grainger is awesome! My first appointment was yesterday. He came in already prepared and knew my history of pain, and previous doctors. He put a plan together for me and was so nice!

Very poor staff for scheduling. Glad I found this out first hand before allowing them to actually touch me. I think this place and ortho cincy compete to see which one lacks the most common sense when it comes to doing basic job duties.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. I had a lumber fusion in May and my family dr. Referee me to this hell hole. My first visit dr. Granger found me in excruciating pain. Didn’t make a plan to give me injections, just sent me home with not enough pain med to help me thru the week. The next week I saw a nurse practitioner. I told her my goal was to have injections so I could have some relief from this massive pain I was in. Bagging them to help me. She ordered an MRI to make sure my surgery site was ok before giving me or starting injections. The MRI results were good and then they told me that they couldn’t give me any injections, that the steroids would hurt my surgery site. Then They lowered my pain meds by half and told me they were not going to fill my meds after that and told me to keep my apt. with my surgeon on the 2 of July. This place left me in excruciating sciatic nerve pain for 23 days then kicked me to the curb.i don’t know why they let me linger in such pain for so long with no help at all. I even had to go the ER one time within these 23 days because dr. Grange would not manage my pain. This is a sin what they did to me, inhumane is what this place is. I am hurt and confused on what they have done to me. They do not care about the people they r to be taking care of. They need to be shut down .

Dr. Grainger is a good dr he listens to me when I tell him about my pain and how long its been that I had my failed L5S1 fusion and about how bad my pain is I told him my pain. Is getting worse and I need I injections and he left it up too me if I really want them after he seen my MRI he told me the risks I was taking because my whole spine is messed up and from the fusion that failed he told me injections probably wouldnt help but if I wanted to try to the injections I can Thank You Dr. GRAINGER for being so understanding

This so called Doctor doesn’t deserve one star.Dr Bertram is the most pathetic excuse for someone performing a EMG I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting and allowing to perform a test that was RUSHED and not throughly performed. Don’t be his last patient he has places to be !And don’t waste your time on the charade of customer advocate Natellie WHAT A JOKE!!St E you are going downhill FAST!The only light at this facility was the rest of the staff I encountered.BEWARE!

The doctors dont listen to you or take your pains seriously. Getting any of the staff do paperwork is like pulling teeth. They are completely inept in doing the basic function of their job that they were trained for. Good luck trying to find an opening, having on going pain and not able to work I still have to wait a month and a half between visits.

Unfortunately they did horrible care for my mother. She was told by phone to be at the crestview hills location. They gave her no real address for and phone gps to locate she ended at the wrong building and by the time she called back and they helped her get to the right location (saying she turned on the wrong street that another person told her to) they refused to see her. Absolutely horrible. They just did injections in her back that arent working she can barley walk. This is the problem with todays doctors. They have no care..... she had worked on her feet all day and could truly show them what the effects are. I will never recommend this provider at all.

Havent seen yet. Emergency Situation. 1 million as pain levels go. Need Epidural. Never had one. Allergic to Steroids.

Grainger; lacks compassion, avoids research into patients history. His vague judgement is cut and dry.For new patient I suggest you avoid this person. St. Elizabeth; I SUGGEST YOU REVALUATE THIS PERSONS EMPLOYMENT. St.E call me I welcome a meeting to discuss further. Some how I dont think you will. Its money first; patient last. I really like the services and dont understand some of the reviews on here. My only issue would be getting an appointment in a hurry for urgency situation.

I had my appointment with the spine center well over a month ago and they referred me to pain management of witch is a lengthy waiting list to begin with (about 2 months or so). Little to my knowledge they didnt send the referral in at all. So the almost 2 months Ive waited means nothing and now because of my own digging and discovery Ive found this out. All they had to say for themselves was oh, sorry and we can send that in now okay so in the mean time Ill just lay here with a torn disc and 2 bulged in severe pain while you figure out how to do your job for another 2 to 3 months like Ive already done until i can get some help. Thanks for nothing.

Spent 10 minutes with a Dr Mullen who said I was in so much pain that he wanted to do surgery..when I asked for something for pain he gave me 10 days worth of tramadol...in enough pain I should have surgery but not enough for something to help pain what a joke Im tired of being treated like a drug addict.by the way my urine test was clean

Cannot even get an appt they always have answering machine on asking you to leave a message and will return your call which they do not.

Physicians, Nurses and staff were fantastic. They quickly assessed my problem and fixed it quickly without medication. Front desk and medical assistants were extremely friendly, caring and courteous making me feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place!
