Dr. Rubinstein recently removed my tonsils and adenoids, vocal polyps and a lingual mass, and straightened my septum. The procedure was extremely smooth and the care I have received has been amazing. Dr. Rubinstein is one of the best surgeons in the nation!

Like others have said, the facility is straight out of the 90s, including the medical equipment they use. Terrible communication between the doctor and the rest of the staff, they are all clearly irritated at one another every time I went in. I never felt listed to when describing my issues to Dr. Rubinstein, he simply ordered a multitude of expensive tests and scans to get me out of his office. Even after spending upwards of a thousand dollars in tests and procedures, I was never able to solve my problem here. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. The only people coming to this doctor are ones that have failed to check online reviews before coming. I wont make the same mistake again.

Very old equipment & staff. After several appointments I still got nothing accomplished.The staff was very nice & so is the doctor but my health doesn’t run off nice. I suggest St. Elizabeth.

Dr. Rubinstein has ruined a member of my family’s life after surgery on her head. She wasn’t told until AFTER the surgery that he’s only done this procedure one other time. She’s talked to other doctors & all disagreed with his methods of handling the whole procedure. She pays for it everyday & in order to fix his mess, it’ll cost an arm & a leg. Dr. Rubinstein should not be aloud to operate on another human being nor should he be in this line of profession. You’re nothing but a quack Rubinstein & should be paying compensation for the damage you’ve caused.

If not for him, other doctors wouldve kept ignoring my symptoms. He listened to everything I said and finally gave me a diagnosis for my symptoms. He also did my tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy in 2014 and did any amazing job. I will always recommend him to friends and family!

One of the nicest ENT surgeons in this area! He takes time and really gets to know his patients which is unheard of for the ENT specialty. Excellent surgeon. His office doesn’t have all the frills but he keeps costs down and is able to provide effecient care to ALL patients by obviously keeping overhead costs down.

Horrible experience!!... he mis-treated my 10 year old sons acute ear infections NEVER prescribing strong antibiotics Rather OLD out of date bactrim which caused my son to have to go to ER for the RASH! His office is out of date with 90 yr old women doing the testing.. Waits are LONG, instruments out of date. Charges outrageous Greedy FEES even though MOST of my Sons appts were FOLLOW UPS to either Procedures like scrapings... or MAJOR DOUBLE EAR SURGERY. He is a GREEDY Ent who doesnt want the patient to HEAL but rather keep coming back for more MONEY! He refused to prescribe post-surgical Strong antibiotic like Keflex, so my poor Son developed a Acute bleeding black infected Ear Infection while Rubenstein was on 20 day vacation.Upon return, Dr took NO responsibility for my Sons PAIN & SUFFERING... rather tried charging MORE FEES. I reported Dr. Jeff Rubenstein to the OHIO & KY ENT Medical boards. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I had the 1st appointment 2 visits and waited 40-45 minutes .The doctor was not in the office at appointment time. 3rd appointment, waited 1 hour. Very unprofessional office. Hearing test in an examination room. I could hear other office noise. NO E-MAIL ! Flip phone for office !

Building and equipment are old and the staff are even older and slower. It took over an hour and a half for an ear test and exam. Dont waste your time or money going here. .
