Dr. Shelton is an amazing doctor. She has been my primary doctor for 5+ years now, and every single visit is always pleasant. The front desk staff is welcoming, and help me with everything I need from start to finish with ease and kindness. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment, and did not have a long wait time.

Nice Lady, but it takes 2 days to get prescriptions. She wont find alternate for a prescription that will cost $1000 month. Ive been waiting a week for a skin cream to be turned it. She wont do hand written scripts for me to turn in. Mcleod has excellent surgeons. I went to her, so I could stay in Mcleod network, while I live in NC.

She is so professional and knowledgeable, willing to seek out all possibilities for my personal care.

I’m new in Florence and I was with my doctor for 30 years it’s been a smooth transition and would recommend Dr Shelton to anyone love her

I absolutely LOVED having Heather Shelton for my doctor! She was always friendly and considerate. The nurses were also very friendly. I always felt like I was in the best care possible with her as my doctor! If it wasn’t for moving, she’d still be my doctor.

I love Dr.Shelton. Not sure why people rate her so low!! If it’s purely because of the wait time, every dr’s office have their days. She’s always very friendly & very thorough with myself & my husband!! I also love her nurse Terri

Very unorganized. They do not have enough people working to handle their patient load. It was over a month before I received my lab results. I am very Anemic and my hemoglobin level was extremely low. They then scheduled me for a sleep study and never told me!! I received a reminder call on the day of the study. Do not make this your PCM if you want to preserve your health!!!!

Two employees working check-ins for the entire group. The staff obviously do not like their jobs. Poor poor poor customer service. They never smile or greet you with a hello. They barely even look at you.Waited 45 minutes for a flu shot which does not require an appointment. Had to remind them I was there.

It was terrible not long wait bad vibe doesn’t address patient issues with concern cocky arrogant self centered

Wouldnt use for more than MINOR problems like a DRS care facilty...if you have anything more, would search elsewhere for diagnosis and treatment

2 hour waits every time. Her diagnostic skills are poor. Bedside manner needs work too.

Patients are frequently booked 2 hours before the physician even arrives to the office... which backs it up immediately. It isnt uncommon to hear her speak with her staff about you (non-medically) before the door to your room is even closed.

Wait time is ridiculous.
