I’m so glad I’m a patient of Dr. Francis. She actually listens, takes her time, reviews your records, most of all, she makes you feel like you matter & does her best to make/keep you healthy!!! She listens and remembers what you tell her. She also investigates when you tell her something is wrong. I remember just showing up to her office without an appointment. I said something wrong. She said what do you mean I said I have severe pain, numbness, and tingling going up and down my arms.
