Scam artist!l BEWARE OF BLACKMAIL! These good reviews are his friends and family, Lisa in the reviews is his wife. Dr. Sam told us everything we wanted to hear when we first contacted him. He then strong-armed us into dropping our attorney for a no-name attorney he claimed to know. 6 months later the attorney admitted he had forgotten about us and dropped us abruptly. We were left scrambling for an attorney. We all felt better but Dr.Sam refused to release us, so he could continue to rack up chiropractic bills. Whats worse was, after our new attorney told us to stop going, Dr.Sam threatened us that if we didnt get our attorney to release even more funds to him his report could make or break our case (his words, threatened to sabotage our records.) Months later we were advised by our new attorney that he had racked up $19k+ in charges (more than hed ever seen a chiropractor charge on one case he said), and still was trying to demand more be taken out of our INDIVIDUAL settlements. He is very crooked, he has patients who he claims to be injured cutting the grass at his home and doing side jobs for cheap for him. He racks up as many bills as he can, and when he cant get any more, he starts blackmailing his patients that he will write a bad report if they dont release more funds to him. Stay away from this fast-talker! He caused our case to go a year and a half because of all of the schenanegins he pulled. He also charges for services he didnt perform just to get more PIP money. Scam artist!

Best Chiropractor Ever! I have been a patient for over 15 years with Dr. Sam. After my injury he found multiple fractures that no one else could find. I would never trust any other chiropractor with my care

Ive known Dr. Sam and his family for almost 20 years now. From the very beginning when I had my first car accident, I was scared, in pain and confused on what to do as far as the paperwork goes from the insurance company. They made my whole process smooth sailing willing to answer any questions I had as well. Their care for you goes above and beyond then just treating you like a patient. I would not recommend going anywhere else besides them. Theyre amazing!!!

I have been treating with Dr. Forlenza and his staff for over 23 years. He is the ONLY doctor that I see when my back is out or when I can hardly walk. I have had three back surgeries over the course of my life, and every time that my back goes out he is able to put me back together. I trust his expertise explicitly. When and if I need a referral to another doctor, he will refer me. If he is able to help me, he always does. I trust his experience, judgement, and clinical skills. He puts his patients first above all other. I highly recommend Dr. Sam.
