I can only share my own experience.Devanand Dominique, performed a ACDF on my neck. I had serious nerve pain issues and weakness which continued well into my 3-4th weeks after my surgery.He did not have a recovery plan for me. He basically cut me open, rearranged my insides and abandoned my needs when I needed him the most. I found this to be cruel and inhumne.He knew I was suffering in severe pain (he was aware that I had gone to the ER 3 times for severe pain since my surgery) before my follow up with him.When arriving at his office asking for HELP, He spoke to me rudely, wouldnt listen to my concerns(didnt even look me in the eyes), called me belligerent and kicked me out of his office.He didnt give me a referral for pain management or physical therapy, He also told me he didnt take the hippocratic oath, because he studied in Europe. I believe this oath is universal.The staff also misplaced my MRI, not only during an appointment, but also on the day of surgery.He may try to deny it but I have it all on a recording. I think these types of doctors forget, who pays their bills, let me remind them, its the patient!! Do yourself a favor and take your health concerns& health insurance $ elsewhere.

Dr dead is the worst doctor you can get don’t trust him

Going through a craniotomy with my daughter has been a nightmare. Dr. Naso does not care if his patience suffer. My daughter suffered so much pain. I would never get surgery here in Florence. Especially by any of these doctors . Mclouds was terrible and I would advise people to seek care outside of Florence.

All the doctors where absolutely wonderful!! The staff here made me feel so welcome and treated me like family. Dr. Runyan is by far the most outstanding doctor in Florence, South Carolina. And Liz in the physical therapy department is so amazing and got me back to feeling healthy in no time! I wish i could give more than 5 stars cause this place is amazing!

The best Physical Therapy I have ever had!!!!Everyone there is professional and so friendly. They almost become like a second family! Got the best treatment for my back that I will continue to do what they advised me to do on a daily basis. Thank you

This group of physicians are awesome. They always go above and beyond for their patients. They are meticulous with surgery and post-op care. They are the only neurosurgeons I would let treat me.

I have been seeing Dr Sarb for about 8 years !! I first saw her in Myrtle Beach for my migraines and then when she came to Florence I continued to see her. She is on top of all the first medications that are out there and has helped me tremendously. I would recommend her to everyone for migraines and also spine issues. Top Notch group of doctors in this office.

This place is top notch! Went to see Dr. Runyan for my knee and I was in and out in no time... X-rays were done seamlessly and after the Dr came in to see me to explain his findings, I left feeling very satisfied and well taken care of. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!

The place is amazing I went to Dr Sarb for my back pain and they got on the problem immediately. They order the MRI that was needed and saw what the problem was. I needed an injection and received an injection and my problem has been cured and its been a year today and I am still feeling good. So, praise to Florence- Neuro Surgery and Spine!

The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! I would have given zero stars; however, I had to give at least one star. I have been waiting for a doctors slip to show proof that I will be taking leave for my dads back surgery since Wednesday, January 18, 2017. My dad went to the office today (January 23) and still no luck. He called back to stress that I really needed something because there is only one train left that I can take that will get me there two hours before the surgery and that is cutting it close. Ive missed out on other trains waiting for this document. The response he received is that I have to wait until January 24 when the doctors nurse is back in the office. I went through the same type of disrespect two years ago when he had a back operation. If my job doesnt have a problem with me taking off as long as I have the proof, what is the issue? I tried to get him to change the doctor but there arent many options in small Florence. It is sad when the people that suppose to provide care, treat you like you are nothing! As a patient, you would think they would look out for his well being. NOT! After all, once they get your money, they could care less how you make it once you leave the office or hospital.

I was in such bad shape with nerve impairment when I finally got to see Dr Nasso & Dr. Sarb , for an injection. it really helped my back pain to be @ least bearable . I felt like I was gonna loose my mind from being in such sever pain for so long. I know I will need more injections but, I thank you so so very much Dr. Naso & Dr.Sarb you both were a God send for me. Thank you. I Martin.

Rude people. Wont complete paperwork for insurance and dont know what the hell happened on day of surgery! Not good experience!!

They get 1 star just because its the least I can give its really 0 out of 5. Our PCP referred us 6 weeks prior to our scheduled appointment and they waited until 4 days before to let us know they dont accept our insurance. Meanwhile, my husband is in excruciating pain and now has to wait 6 more weeks for an appointment somewhere else. They wouldnt even help me find another provider that would take our insurance. They said sorry we cant help and hung up. This office is the WORST place to go since they clearly care about money and not the well being of people.

I am a believer of people getting chances. I was told not to go here by several people. Columbia SC or Charleston SC was the best back and spine doctors. Dr. Paramore was the speciality doctor assigned to me. My appointment was at 1230 and did not get sent a room until an hour later. He spent all of five minutes hurrying through quick test by push pulling my feet and legs and arms. I explained I have had a knife in the lower back pain that makes me yell and takes my breath for over a month. He said hang on I will be back. Had a lady come get me to do X-rays which I explained I had my MRI CD for his review to his entire team lumbar and servical. Nothing was reviewed pictures of findings. He returned to say I had major athritis in my back and I needed to do core therapy. I asked how do I do back and stomach exercises when I cannot bend over. I am 38 years old and cannot walk to my bathroom due to the pain. I am calling today for a new spine clinic. I will never use this facility again. Stay away. Poor practice. Plus the doctor should allow the patient to explain and illustrate how and when the pain happens, not his way. I was not even asked to lift a leg which would have dropped me to my knees.i am sure the insurance company will be charged for an outrageous invoice for misdiagnosed symptoms. Plus, I let them know not to charge me for X rays when I had them done already and they had a better look with my MRI CD.

We were told by others to go somewhere else and I should have listen. I wouldn’t recommend, go somewhere else.

I first met Dr Naso in 1998 after an auto accident left me paralized from neck down. I had broken my neck in 3 locations, including the C1 location. Dr Naso came in and assured me all was going to be ok, and it was. He performed spinal fusion on me and within a few months I was up and learning to walk again. Several years later I was diagnosed with a brain tumor, once again, after a crainiotomy Im still hanging in there thanks to Dr Naso! In the last 20+ years Dr Naso has performed 3 miraculously successful surgeries on me and I can assure you all, he will be the only Neurosurgeon to ever touch me! All those negative comments I see are not validated in my opinion. Obviously those people have never met or dealt with Dr William Naso because he really cares about his patients.

I recommend going someplace else Dr Davidson did my back surgery . I hurt more now then before and he wont prescribe me anything for pain . My surgery was less than 2 months and cried to this man about my pain he told me to take aleeve . Go somewhere else
