I brought my son to see Dr Krol because he had been having bloody noses a lot. It was stressing the school nurse out b/c of frequency and duration. Dr Krol was kind, gentle and immediately saw the problem. He treated him quickly and without pain! He also explained exactly what was happening while he did the procedure and my normally anxious kiddo was completely at ease.We have been very happy with the results. His office is well run and he is a wonderful doctor. My son was 8 at time of the appt. We have since returned for an ear sinus infection and were happy with treatment. Overall, we would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Krol is very knowledgeable specialist. All the staff is wonderful. They listen, they care, they help! Great experience!!! Definitely will come back!

Complete waste of time. No discussion of why I was experiencing dizziness after a concussion and odd ear symptoms. Wore used gloves, clearly just to protect himself. Receptionist announced my social #to the waiting room, twice. Ill never go back.
