When Dr O’Kelly was here everything but the front desk staff was good. We had to wait months to find where he’d moved because the woman we saw was horrible and even though my husband was going through chemo at the time there was no way she was going to do it. They truly don’t care. Try O’Kelly in Marion he’s awesome.

Two out of 3 visits have been just awful. The first visit my dad and sister were in an exam room for 4 hours and the lights were turned off because it was 5:00 pm and folks were going home. They were totally forgotten. And when we complained, they acted as if it was our fault. Second visit was OK because surgery was scheduled. Today was just awful! They called my 87-year-old father to come earlier for his appointment. He and I waited over an hour. We thought it was a checkup. When we got back to another waiting room, we were told they were taking out a stint. It was awful. He is 87 years old and they did not give him so much as a Tylenol. He was in so much pain! They dropped the stint once and he was miserable. They showed him no dignity. The two awful times, we were told something very bad had happened and that is why they were behind. After today, I am not surprised. They are scary.

They call you back and put you in a room and you sit and sit 2.5 hours one time they did do a little better next time just 2 hours wait in room.The nurse never calls you back when you have a question.Wish they were a little more caring for there patients.

Im sitting in the waiting room listening to the lady at the counter who has been literally *screaming* with laughter for the last ten minutes. This is a hospital...I cant imagine being given a dire diagnosis and listening to this going on. Have some respect.

I’ve only visited this office a few times but all of my encounters with them have been GREAT! I’ve had to call several times for different things and each time they addressed the issue in appropriate timing. On top of all that Dr. O’Kelly was amazing.

Very disappointed after referral. The wait was long and the doctor only spent 3 mins with me about my concern. He didn’t even examine me. I left there with no answers except a ultrasound he wanted to schedule. The lady that schedules these was out this day and here it is two weeks later and I still have not been contacted. Do NOT go to Mcleod Urology. One thing for sure is my insurance has already been billed. Took 3 days post appointment for my medical insurance to receive their claim. It’s a business folks, they do not care about the pts

I dont know where to start. He told me he was doing one procedure and did another. He did it wrong. When I told him how much pain I was in he blew me off saying, I dont know what is wrong with you, I have done thousands of these. The sling he did was coming through the skin of my vaginal wall and he caused permanent nerve damage that puts me in pain every day. This is not even all of it, but you get the picture. He is arrogant and rude and I would not suggest anyone use this hack.

After waiting 4 hours to see the Urologist last time, I wasn’t about to let it happen again today. I checked in 30 min ago - only to be told there were 6 patients still ahead of me. Naturally, I was seen immediately - who wants an irate patient standing in the middle of the waiting room telling the other patients that the practice is running 2-3 hours behind! Don’t make an afternoon appointment here unless you want to waste your entire afternoon! Time management skills here are the worst I’ve ever seen! Love Dr. Fukuda, but the office staff here is incredibly lacking in customer service skills! Office manager told me “a 2-3 hour wait is not uncommon.” If you get a referral here ask your insurance company to send you to a different practice!

Typical terrible service by McLeod Urology! I showed today and once again (despite calling before I made the hour drive here) the staff didn’t submit a CT scan request. I’m at a loss for words how inept this team is. They wanted to reschedule my appointment - total BS! I’m asking TRICARE not to refer anyone here - especially military members or retirees! Office staff has their children behind the counter so your HIPPA rights will be violated too! I’m not coming back here and if you care about your health and your personal dignity - you will ask your insurance company for another Urology Center than this organization.
