Every time I visit St. Elizabeth Office I appreciate the effort that has been put into making the visit safe and pleasant! Sign in is simple and efficient . The whole office is clean and organized. This was an introductory visit to my new doctor and I was so pleased at how she listened, discussed, clarified and planned ahead for future visits. I received a call with lab results and future plans from the doctor!! Never hurried, never belittled, never uncomfortable!! My sister has a future visit with this doctor and I told her she was going to be so happy with her!

Dr Velazquez is an amazing doctor for my teen daughter. Unfortunately its hard to be seen. I had to wait 8 days for my daughter to get a physical which im not so sure is true. The schedulers always seem to be a pain in the butt. Maybe its the computer system I dont know but I know when you point your finger at someone youve got 3 fingers pointed back at you

I had issues with ear infections since December 2020. never had them as a child, i was a bit nervous.but the doctor said everything was okay ensured me the intital infection never really went away and to continue my antibiotics she cleaned my ears out to be sure and i have not had a issue since.... im very happy with the my experience

I saw Dr. Valezquez as the substitute doctor for Dr. Sander who is off on medical leave. I went for my follow-up visit after the ER visit a few days before.

My experience with St. Elizabeth Ewing is 100% positive. My provider Amy Rennekamp is an excellent NP . She really goes out of her to listen to problems and assist me improving my health. She is a total assist to the St. Elizabeth healthcare system

Appoit kept timely, all my questions were answered,I was very pleased with Amy, my first time seeing her.

The ladies at the front desk are absolute SWEETHEARTS, I always walk in to them working hard with a smile on their face!The nurses are angels. They make you feel so comfortable and welcomed.I’ve never had to wait long periods of time. For anything.& my primary doc is Benes and he is truly the best. I’ve been through so many docs cause I feel like I’ve had 1000 health issues and in one sitting he took the time to listen to how I was feeling and really took good care of me. He didn’t let me leave that office with any issues no matter how long it took cause he cares that much! He’s so nice when my kids are in the room and treats us like family!I HIGHLY recommend this office to anyone because they really are such a great team!!! Thank you so much!!!

I understand there are policies, but the patients should come first. They will let someone hobble in and asked to be seen, only to be turned away because I am new to this office. They said they need to get my records and that there are slots to see new patients. There were 4 people in the waiting room and I was there the moment they opened. What is the purpose of EPIC if they cant view the records instantly. I dont know how they sleep at night watching someone in obvious pain, hobble out of the office. I am a physician myself and this would NEVER happen at my office.

My last review was a misunderstanding between me and Dr. Santos. Some things were miscommunicated to her from people on the main line when I called in asking to talk to her. Just got out of an appointment with her and we talked about everything. She is a good doctor, and after today it showed that she does care.

Dr Koop is Very polite and professional. He sympathises with his patients, listens to them carefully to address all concerns. Office staff also polite and courteous

There are plenty of other providers that care more about their patients than this establishment. I was going to be late for an appointment as I had left my insurance information and my benefits card at home. Im a new patient and the receptionist informed me that I needed the iinsurance card at my first appointment. I called to let them know that I was going to be late and the lady informed me that if I arrived there more than 6 minutes after my appointment time then I was going to have to reschedule. Its funny that you can wait 25 minutes to be seen by a doctor but anymore than 6 minutes in inconvenient for them. Find a physician that cares enough to wait more than 6 minutes for you.

So this is an update, I still have not got a call from anyone through St.Elizabeth.

This place is horrible, I got threatened by my doctor that if I did not come in every year for a check up she would not refill my medicine any more. Well I have not made it in so far this year and have been trying to get my rescue inhaler refilled for 3 weeks with no response.

Everyone is very professional and friendly here!
