I was referred to Dr Haggstrom by my family physician and contrary to some of the reviews I found his staff to be excellent in every way. More importantly, I was very impressed with Dr Haggstroms manner and his expertise. I recommend him without hesitation.

If there was an option for zero stars, that is what I would give him ! I wouldnt take a sick skunk to him. He heards people thru like cattle. He is there just for the money. Just a quack ! Stay away !!

Dr haggstrom cut a pylop out of my bowel upper going on two years in doing good.

Nurse Practitioner Hyde and her Nurse, Donna, are two of the friendliest people. They always listen to my concerns and offer me solutions. Sadly, I am moving and I wish I could bring them with me. Nurse Hyde used to do my IV treatments and she never missed a vein! My new nurses cant seem to find it. If you can see Nurse Hyde, I fully recommend her.Also, the lady at the front counter is amazing. Thank you for the years of excellent service.

I have had 2 procedures performed by Dr. Haggstrom. In both instances, he and his staff were very professional. I did not incur any problems whatsoever.

I have nothing but good to say about Dr Haggstrom and Nurse practitioner Haley or their staff. They have helped me and have been there to do anything they could to find my problems and get me the correct meds I needed. My stomach problems have improved so much since I been going to Dr Haggstrom and Nurse practitioner Haley. I would recommend them to anyone with any gastrointestinal/stomach issues.

With what the nurse practitioner diagnosed me with, I was not pleased. I started out with an internal hemorrhoid and I was bleeding during bowel movements. Without examining me they said I had an anal fissure. I was prescribed creams and and recticare with lidocaine for the pain but that was only a temporary bandage. They said it would just take time to get over this. Keep in mind, during and after bowel movements I was in intense pain. After several phone calls to this office I was never able to speak directly to the nurse practitioner to explain that I didnt think what they prescribed me with was not working. They scheduled me another app and then examined me. This was about a month later. Then they decide to schedule a colonoscopy to see what needed to be done. The result was a large internal hemorrhoid not an anal fissure. I then went to a specialist in Huntsville who examined me on a Friday and decided to have surgery on the following Monday. The rest of the week was not comfortable for me but I was already in less pain. The following Monday I am feeling 100% better. I felt as if I was put off when my situation was not a lets give it time and it will get better situation.

Dr haggstrom is the biggest douchebag Ive ever met...dont waste your time with him he doesnt care about patients just money...very unprofessional and doesnt care what you have to say...I wouldnt give him 1 star they should add a no star option for him! Cant speak on Dr Wilkes never met him... Amy he crnp from dr shukla i can speak for she gets 5 stars!!! She is a total sweetheart and actually cares and listens Id recommend her and request her if you cant go to huntsville or Birmingham!!
