On February 22, 2021 I called Dr. Alexander’s office with some concerns about my mother’s test results, The receptionist wrote down my concerns.She was very nice and stated to me that she would have the nurse to call me back approximately 4:45 The nurse ,Tracey returned my call the same day with the notes the receptionist have given her. I immediately started asking her questions and expressed my concerns about the previous diagnosis, based on the test results , She had a very rude tone when answering my questions and even said at one point Say” What “? as if I was a bother. Her behavior was very unprofessional. I was reluctant to ask any further questions at that point which resulted still in a very unclear understanding of my mother’s needs based on her test results.This office needs to ensure that their staff is personable and provide adequate care to their patients and their families.

Dr. McClary avoids patients after failed treatment. Will make you pay to simply ask a question about treatment in less than 1 hour after visit. Nothing is confidential in his office. I have a new doctor and now I get random bills from his office 7 months after a visit. Seems very bias and targeted! However, I’m still blessed and happy to have left that office!
