My daughter has been with Bengal Tots for over 3 years now, she started when she was 1.5 She has loved every teacher and I’ve had no issues with any staff. They are attentive and my daughter has learned so much from them. They are reliable and have done an amazing job throughout the pandemic with the closings and opening safely after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone and I know when our need for daycare is gone they will be missed so much.

I would recommend Bengal tots 10 times over to ANYBODY. Miss. Camree, Miss. Kia, Miss. Savannah, and etc staff were all amazing to my daughter. She’s been going there since she was a baby and she is now almost 3. We are moving so we recently pulled her from them and it was so bitter sweet/sad. They have been GREAT to our family and daughter in many ways. They are very loving, caring and understanding. She has gained a plethora of knowledge attending Bengal tots. She was always so happy to go to daycare everyday which always makes drop offs so much easier because she loved it so much. Which would please just about any parent seeing their child happy to attend daycare. They will truly be missed! 💜

My kid enjoys going to Bengal Tots everyday. They make everyday fun and plan wonderful activities for the kids. The care for each kid personally and they are part of our families. I would definitely recommend Bengal tots!!

I highly recommend Bengal tots. When I was first considering daycare for our twins I was a nervous wreck and had know clue what I was even doing but Ms. Camree walked me thru the whole process and assured me that they would be fine.. Emma and Bentley have been going here over a year now and they both love all you guys, I am so grateful I found a place that loves our babies as much as we do.. Much love to all of you. ❤️❤️

Pros:- When I sent my daughter here it was reasonably priced- The workers were polite, even when I wasnt (there were times I got upset because I was worried about my new baby)- They made a baby footprint Valentines onesie- Ashley worked with my infant when she was learning to sit upCons (at least for me):- When I sent my daughter there, they had a policy where if you posted a negative review on social media, you wouldnt be allowed to bring your child there until it was taken down.- They allowed infants to sleep on boppy pillows, which is well regarded as unsafe and a contributing factor to SIDs. I should mention though that after I caught them allowing my baby to sleep on a boppy pillow and spoke to the director and the workers about it, I didnt see her sleeping on one again. I did, however, see other infants sleeping on boppy pillows there after the fact.- They are a religious daycare, which I didnt realize based on the reviews or their website.- The turnover rate of workers seems to be quite high.- They sent out a message when they were closed down for COVID saying after prayer they decided they werent going to require payment while they were closed, but they requested at least $50 a week to hold your childs place if they were able to in the future and to waive re-enrollment fees. This seemed a little strange to me. It also seemed somewhat manipulative for people who would be susceptible to this because they were using words like bless us and included a picture of the white depiction of Jesus on the message.

If I could put zero stars I would and report. The thought of me ever sending my son here makes me so sad. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone.

Bengal tots is one of a kind, from the owner, director, assistant director, to the staff, they are always striving to be the best and chase excellence. My favorite thing about this center is the family atmosphere, you can see how close the staff are and how they treat anyone who walk in the door as family. The love the staff has for the children and families is obvious the second you step foot inside. I would recommend this center to anyone I come across!

Bengal Tots is a wonderful place! I am always so comfortable leaving my children with loving and caring teachers who are always ready to teach their students new things! We left for a short time while I was off of work and my daughter couldnt stop talking about going back! She asked all the time when she could go back to Bengal Tots! I highly recommend bringing your children here, it is a truly great place with a staff dedicated to helping your child learn and grow in a safe and loving environment!

When I moved to Kentucky from Ohio, I was beyond nervous I had to start all over again. When I applied for Bengals Tots I was nervous, because it was something new. As soon as I walked through those doors to have my interview, i knew I was home. The staff members were very welcoming to their team. All the years that Ive worked in child care this center is by far the best. They care about each and every family who attends and walks through their door. They care about each and every staff member. Bengal tot is always there for you when you need them. I am beyond blessed to not only be a teacher here, but I get to bring my children with me. My daughter has learned so much since she has been here, I know my son will to once he gets a little older. So if you want a center that is a family oriented center Bengal tots is the center for you. I highly recommend this center.

I cant even begin to tell you all why Bengal Tots is above and beyond amazing! I have worked here for a little over 1 year. I began my journey here as a Floating Teacher and then began spending a great deal of time in our awesome Infant Room! I work days but also have worked nights too! Now there is no telling where you will find me 😉..I work alongside some of the most precious group of teachers and one of them I have the pleasure of co leading with and I am one of the 2 Infant Toddler Coordinates here and have fallen in love with being a part of a center that is all about the children and their well-being! The staff are highly trained and we care about each other and each others children and we care tremendously about our Parents and the children they trust us to care for on a daily basis! We strive daily to meet the needs of our families from the moment a child is dropped off to the moment a child is picked up! We offer so many opportunities not only for employment but for our families to be involved in. This center caters to the community in ways Ive never seen before in all my years on earth! I also love how we incorporate a true learning environment while providing routine care for children. We get our kids ready to face the world of education at an early age while teaching them life lessons along the way. I love how our parents can not only come in and talk about what kind of day their child had but can also talk about the kind of day they had themselves or perhaps the kind of night they had previously! We are more than just a daycare! We truly live up to the motto of Faith, Family, and Fun because with God all things are possible and God has truly made it possible for Bengal Tots to impact lives in the Northern Kentucky area and abroad in the most unbelievable ways. I must say that if my time is ever up here my children will continue to be enrolled here because thats how good it really is!! My daughter went to this daycare up until April of 2020 and I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. The center is very family oriented, and the staff is so caring and kind. Miss Kia, Miss Kacie, Miss Pattie, Miss Camree, you are all so very wonderful & Rae Rae loves you all!

Bengal Tots Learning Center is so family oriented and loving. There has never been a time where I didnt feel welcomed. The staff and owners are always helping in any way they can. Anytime Ive had an issue I took it to the assistant director or director or owner and it got solved right on the spot. I love this place so much I would highly recommend it to anyone.

9/1/19 still here!!!!!I love the extended hours and 6 days a week offered at Bengal Tots learning center. My grandson, Isaiah will be going to Kindergarten this year. I still have a grandson at Bengal Tots so I will still be around but was feeling nostalgic. Educators are one of the most important pieces of fabric in our society and theyre the least celebrated. Thank you for all you do. The education of our babies starts way before Kindergarten. Bengal Tots is my village.Love the staff, the location, and curriculum. All my concerns are addressed immediately. I feel comfortable leaving my grands there. 1 and 3 year old.

I can tell you that the staff is dedicated and passionate to making a positive impact on each child’s life that they are given the opportunity to. I have worked here for 4 years and building relationships with each family, child, and staff member touches my heart more than I could ever describe. We are open to hearing concerns, suggestions, and feedback! If you don’t tell us we can’t fix it. I value the opinion of all that I encounter. We are here first and foremost for the children, kindergarten readiness is our goal for every child and family that is apart of this amazing organization. Bengal Tots learning center is the perfect place to send your children to get not only exceptional child care but to also get an education. They prepare the children to be able to preform in a class room setting and also develop social skills. They treat each child with comfort and care! Bengal Tots is a great place to walk in and out everyday. I always have employees and parents greeting me in the halls with a smile or even small talk. When I look into the rooms each class is always being productive with some kind of activity, where I want to jump in and join and see what is going on. The teachers are so hardworking and up on their feet over and and over there all at once. The kids seem so happy when they are getting dropped off into their rooms and it’s a fight with them at pickup time because they don’t want to leave. Summer is coming up and we will start to see lots of fun outside activities as well and you can just drive by Bengal Tots and see the joy and hard work from not even having to walk into the center. Bengal Tots is one big team and one big family parent, uncle, grandma, enrolled child, employee all the above we are together always each and everyday getting along and having fun and always a smile on our faces!

What I love most about Bengal Tots is that it is a learning center where parents and children are welcome in a warm,fun,safe ,and learning environment. The staff, and teachers are great and the children feel like they are at home. I would recommend to everyone that Bengal Tots is a great place for families to assure that their child is getting a fun,safe ,and learning experience.

They learn so much, it amazes me when I find out new things theyve been taught. I have been teaching as Lead Preschool teacher at Bengal Tots for almost 4 years now! There is a reason I chose to work here instead of publuc school. It was about vision, answering a great need, being part of something that is special and blessed. At Bengal Tots we are family all on the same mission....to take care of, love, provide for and educate every precious child that comes through our doors to the utmost. Plus, to put ourselves in our parents shoes. To work with them, help them and try to make things a little easier for them. We know, as a parent that must work and leave the care of their angel with someone, a daycare ...they have entrusted with us the most precious gift they have been given. We take this very seriously. We are striving to be the best not for ourselves, but for them. I feel so blessed to be a part of something that is beyond the norm, beyond myself and whos whole existence is based upon Faith, Family, Fun, Community and the kidlins!

My kids have been going to Bengal tots for years! The teachers are professional and the atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommended bengal tots to anyone who wants their kids to go to somewhere that cares for them and teaches them every day!

Love love love! This place. Problems with potty training? Well I did too with my son, after about a month coming over from a different daycare, my son was fully potty trained. They worked with him so much and I couldn’t be more relieved. He uses the potty all on his own now with ZERO issues.They have lots of events throughout the year as well which you’re not going to see at very many care centers. They have both an indoor and outdoor play area. Their menu choices are actually on the healthier side too.Stop your searching for a daycare because you just found it In Bengaltots.

Oh from where do I start! It’s a very comfortable welcoming place to be in, I consider myself lucky to be a teacher there, when I first went in everyone is n still very friendly, nice, bubbly and smiling, helpful too. :) The directors are amazing, I love Camree she’s the best.

I worked at Bengal for over a year and absolutley loved it! It is such a family oriented center and the teachers are, hands down, the best. I wouldnt take my kids anywhere else!

My son goes here and I love everything about them! All the ladies are so great and great with the kids. It’s the best place for your baby or kiddo!! 24 hours! Can’t beat the times and the food is included also !! Double bonus

I looove this daycare!! Both my sons attend and their 5 and 2 and the experience and knowledge and creativity they both recieve in their classes is amazing. Science projects for my 5yr old he has a blast and daily books for my two year old....plus food and the staff is so caring!! 6 stars from this momma

I went here for a tour after going to several daycares they were great my son was comfortable they let him play and the teachers are very sweet. They let my daughter play with the kids it was great he will Be starting here soon

I am the Mom Kaitlyn Smith is referring to in her review. I thought I had been pretty fair in my initial review of my grandsons care provider. However, the truth was not to be had, as my daughter was threatened with his expulsion if I didnt take it down. So, at her request, I reluctantly did. This time there will be no such retraction. My daughter and son-in-law tried to address the issues several times and now they want to work with them. Maybe there should be some customer/parent service training. They were just asking for his nose to get wiped and not let him get bit! Nothing a little supervision wouldnt have taken care of. So sad.

I absolutely love everything about BengalTots learning center! The communication and parent interaction is one of my top favorites! They make sure to provide a relationship with each family. I truly recommend this STEAMulating Academy for the flexibility of schedules and quality of learning opportunities for each child

My infant has some of the most wonderful teachers. I EVER met, they take the time not only listen to my child specific needs, but able to give each cgild same attention they need!! very clean , organized & communicate daily so youre on track, My child is Over joyed everytime i pick up, comes home fed, dry & clean as a whistle! Whenever I came to get my niece for my sister the teachers were talking to 2 year olds like they were animals I went into the classroom she is normally in and there was a little boy screaming his head off by himself in the classroom nobody was there at all. They were all dressed as if they were at home in bed and not at a job. It was extremely hot and very unsanitary in the back classroom. The director Brianna im assuming is the director was on her phone as I watched a kid literally run down the hall past her and almost out the front door. My niece hadnt been changed since 2 and I got her at 6. She was so dirty and her face hadnt been wiped all day. Literally the dirtiest daycare I have ever been in and how they speak to children they should be closed until they fix their attitudes. I saw a teacher picking up a toddler by his arm she had red hair I believe. I wouldnt reccomend this place it is always a train wreck when I come in. The owners are great wonderful people I have met them before they have just hired some bad people its disrespectful how they represent their business I hope they get the bad seeds out and clean up.

Wonderful at first. The first two week went smoothe, then problems started to arise. *Our son is almost 4 and almost fully potty trained.*1. Every time we went to pick up our son he was practically eating buggers, once they were wiped there were a large amount of crusted ones under that, after pointing out that is was a problem they proceeded to tell me in order to wipe his nose he would have to be moved to a younger classroom AND charge me more money. You would think if they saw a childs nose running they would wipe it, but no. Not only is that a health concern for my own child but every other child that attends.2. Our son was bitten by another child so hard that it bruised for a week. Its not that fact that another child bit him it the fact that obviously no one supervising when the incident occurred. Our son does go to elementary school but he has 3 teachers supervision and when ANY incident occurs I immediately get a call. Once it was brought up to them they immediately denied any involvement even after our son stated it happened there and not at school.After all of this my mother put up a negative review, the next day they told me the OWNER said he could NOT return till the review was taken down, at this point it was half way through the week and we paid for the entire week.God forbid they ACTUALLY do their jobs within reasonable limit, I was unaware that wiping a childs nose and WATCHING the kids is apparently not in their job description.Needless to say our son will not be returning to this unprofessional daycare.

My son been there for 3weeks my son did not like it in the last week his lip was busted i asked what happened in the said he fell he later told be they hit him. He no long go to this school they was over charginh me that whole time and rhe state said its nothing they can do about that. You have to pay 20 dollars just for your child to koin activities which is not fair
