Dr. Naidu is well versed in his field. He is friendly and caring with his patients. He and his team work very good together. I wouldnt trust my cardiovascular care with any other Dr. So Dr. Naidu, you better not move to another state. Otherwise, you may have me following you. Not sure how you would feel about that. ;)

Dr. Naidu is dr who really cares about his patients. I have never had a doctor like him. Most doctors treat you like you are intruding on them. They dont spend more than 5 minutes with you. Dr. Naidu listens and does what he can to fix your problem. Going to his office is like visiting family. They are all so kind and caring.

Took my mother to see Dr. Ajit. He was absolutely the most unprofessional doctor I have ever seen. He talked negatively about other doctors in our area, as did a member of his staff. He was defensive when asked questions. At times he was rude and, talked to us as if we were stupid. . He was more interested in trashing other doctors than answering questions about mom’s legs and his treatment plan. He was evasive about the treatment. We will not be back and do not recommend him.

I have always been a very active person, enjoying all outdoor activities. My legs started to tire while hiking and progressed to swelling and needing to elevate them during my work day. I was afraid that I would no longer be able to do the things I love but Dr Naidu gave me hope. We did an ultrasound and found that the valves in my leg veins were leaking and not pumping the blood properly. He was very confident that he could help me. I was hesitant to have a procedure so I opted to have it done on one leg and if it showed improvement, I would have the other leg done.All I can say is what a miracle! I had immediate relief! When I walked out of his office, it was as if someone had taken a 5lb. ankle weight off of my leg! No down time, no repercussions. I was walking and working in the yard the next day! Needless to say, I had the other leg done two weeks later and I am completely satisfied.I am now back to working a full day without wearing compression hose and able to hike after work. I do not have to give up my active lifestyle and that makes me happy!If you have swelling, leg pain or restrictive movement in your legs are ankles, you should give him a call. I promise you will not regret it!

I had gotten to the point, I spent most of my time sitting. My legs were weak, restless, and they hurt. I never approach my health without some research, and I thoroughly researched Dr. Naidus suggestions for procedures that would help my venous insufficiency. I was hesitant to say the least, but in the long run decided to give him a chance. Best decision I ever made. Dr. Naidu is very experienced, made the procedures as comfortable as possible and finished them in a timely fashion, After a few months I have experienced complete relief of my symptoms, Im back to walking and climbing stairs without problem. This Dr made me believe i needed all kids of work done including stints..... my legs have never been in worse shape since i layed eyes on Dr Naidi and i would NEVER RECOMEND Him to anyone!!!!!

Dr. Naidu has helped me more than I can adequately state. At the time of being referred to his office for my leg issues I weighed around 275 pounds and was not taking good care of myself at all. During the course of the treatments I learned I had turned myself into a Type 2 diabetic with a glucose level of 289 and an a1c of 13.1. I was put on Metformin as a starting treatment, with the ominous prospect of giving myself insulin injections if my condition didnt improve.I dont know about you folks, but I dont like needles. I made a total lifestyle change; I placed myself on a 1200-calorie, low-sugar (under 25 grams a day), low-carb (under 100 grams a day) diet, got back into a regular workout regimen, and did what my medical staff recommended. The condition of my legs improved vastly from the laser treatments. Three months after I began taking Metformin my prescription was cut from two tablets a day to one, and after six months I no longer needed it. Monitoring my sugar three times daily my glucose averages dropped to below 100 with an a1c in the mid-fives. My weight bottomed out at 198. You can either have a pity party for yourself and keep doing all the wrong things, or you can make the changes you need and improve yourself. It can be done; Im the proof.I thank Dr. Naidu and his staff both past and present for all their help in getting me to this point in my health. I am 48 years old and in my best shape since my twenties. I eat heathier than I ever have, work out 4 to 5 times a week, and sleep better. My blood pressure is excellent and all my levels are where they need to be. Im happy with where I am, and yet I still feel I havent peaked yet.I would recommend Dr. Ajit Naidu and Cardiovascular Institute of the Shoals to anyone.
