Samantha scheduled me for a later appointment since I don’t get off work until typically 6pm which is really hard to get @ most salons. Really appreciate that. I got a heavy highlight and trim and it turned out great. I got my first Brazilian with her also and she was informative on the entire process, making my experience much easier than I anticipated. 11/10 recommend.

I hadn’t had a hair cut for 12 years and I was really scared. Especially because I wanted such a short cut, above my shoulders, but amy took her time and cut a little at a time to make me more comfortable she also showed me several ways I could style it. I’m grateful to have had such a considerate hair stylist. She really made me feel comfortable about cutting my hair. And I love the style too. I can’t stop touching it and playing with it. And now my daughter, who won’t let me touch her hair and was so against me cutting mine, is no w considering getting hers cut as well

Yay!!!! After a horrific experience at The Color Room, I was scared to try someplace else in Florence. I just moved to the area from Michigan late last summer and was bummed to leave my hairdresser and try and find a new one. I chose the color room on a whim after looking online. The owners daughter butchered my hair and the woman who had the small task of trimming my six year old daughters hair and giving her bangs also did not do a good job, so much so that I had to fix it when we got home.I heard of CXC from a woman I met while getting blood drawn at the hospital. She suggested going there and that Samantha had done her hair.Sam at CXC was awesome and made my hair look beautiful. The color is pretty and she fixed my bangs that the other girl messed up so horribly. I feel like myself again! The other girls were really helpful and friendly as well and the whole experience was nice.

Vanessa does an amazing job! Always takes care of my hair and genuinely cares about her customers. Everyone who works there is so nice!

My friend Michele Micky has done my hair for years! From long to short! Black and purple and now blonde. She knows my hair the way it grows, the way it takes color and the way it doesnt, she is beautiful inside and out! She is pleasant, funny and as sweet as anyone could be! I recommend Michele and CX C Salon & Spa for anyone young and old like me!

I have been going here for a long time. Melissa G. is my stylist. Parking can be a challenge. Also, getting into traffic from the parking lot can be a challenge also. It is convenient to I-75.
