Maria is the best at her job! I only work with her she’s super knowledgeable about products and my Brazilian wax is perfect every time.

She is the best at what she do. And for a really fair price. I go every 6 weeks now and her attitude never changes!!! Try her out. You will love her!!

I am extremely disappointed in this salon. I purchased a gift card, and the money seemed to be dwindling faster than it should have. When asked for a receipt of transactions, it showed that I had been double charged for two services I received. The owner stated she would fix this, but didnt at the time. I (stupidly) continued to go. I got a spray tan and during that appointment the ventilation was so horrible that I ended up fainting. Rather than allowing me to get some air, Maria made me stand back up so she could finish. The final result was blotchy and orange. Finally, I had purchased certificates through the radio for a couple Brazilians and a facial. During my Brazilian, Maria had ripped a large section of skin off and I was bleeding horribly and was in pain for weeks afterwards. When I asked for a refund, they were so rude about the whole thing. As for the other certificates I have purchased, they are refusing to perform those services or give me a refund. BUYERS BEWARE: DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Can’t really give this place a fair rating bc I be never been there. I’ve tried over the last few months several times to make an appt but no one ever answer the phone. Was really surprised last time I called and no one answered at 10:30 on a Friday. I finally got appt at 1st Impressions and was very pleased with my Brazilian wax! Hope this helps others who can’t get appts.
