I can’t say enough about Joe who works for Magnolia Springs. My parents had to be moved to memory care and instead of having to have a moving company Joe said I’ll do it for you. He moved every piece of furniture that they owned. He was basically with us for two day’s. Joe not only works hard, he knows every residents names, and they all love him and so do we. I just want to let people know how far beyond the call of duty the workers at Magnolia Springs go to assist their residents. Thank you Joe from the bottom of our hearts, we love you and all staff like family.

Been checking into retirement homes for family and I must say, the staff here was amazing in welcoming me for a tour. Susie especially wowed me with her thoughtfulness and kindness. I liked some of the open air patios. Neat place and definitely worth considering.

My father has been there over 2 years and it has been an exceptional experience. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility is always clean and inviting. The food selection is excellent and there are activities planned for the residents all the time. During the pandemic, they followed all of the CDC guidelines and treated the residents like they were members of their own families. I would highly recommend this facility!

My sister was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimers and I needed to find a good memory care unit for her. I researched all the facilities around the Florence, KY area and settled on Magnolia Springs. We definitely made the right decision! She moved there about 15 months ago, just as COVID started appearing in the area. Magnolia Springs took the precautions needed to keep my sister and other residents safe. My sister loves the facility. The staff are compassionate and they truly love what they do and it shows. They take excellent care of my sister and she is happy there. She raves about the food and about how nice everyone is. I interact with the staff quite often and they are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They take excellent care of my sister and we were truly blessed to find such a great place for my sister to live.

This is by far the best place I have ever worked. I have have worked here for a little over 2 years and absolutely love it. Everyone here feels like family and really cares about the people who work and live here.

Magnolia Springs on Ewing Blvd is the best. The staff is great, the apartments are slightly larger than other facilities, the hallways are wider, the food is delicious and residents order from a menu, there are lots of windows and open seating space indoors and outdoors, the entry way is beautiful entry, there are plenty of activities and Holiday events. Magnolia Springs is a newer facility. My mother has been there since opened I think 3 years ago.

My dad has lived at Magnolia Springs almost three years. He is treated with respect, love and kindness. This assisted living facility is well maintained and beautiful. The workers are helpful and genuine. He is happy and that makes me happy.

We moved my Mother here last winter after having her at another assisted living. There absolutely is know comparison, my Mother has thrived at The Springs. There is always something for her to do, she stays as busy as she wants to be. The staff really care about my Mother and each and everyone Tahoe comes in contact with show her. I am a very hands on daughter and am there very often, so I know what is going on. Everyone is nice and happy. Almost all the staff have been there for awhile. I like that everyone knows her by her first name. I know what you are thinking, it is more expensive. Yes it is, but for me I cannot put a price on her happiness. If you are looking for a place, do yourself a favor, check Magnolia Springs Florence out, I promise you, you will not be disappointed in anyway.

My mom was the first to move into Magnolia Springs Florence 4 1/2 years ago. She calls it home! We moved her here from Albuquerque New Mexico 8 years ago. One of the most important features of this facility is the abundance of public areas for family to use. When our large extended family visits they come in mass and we need space for our holiday and birthday celebrations. I sometimes feel like I live here too.

Our family has had an awesome experience thus far. The staff has been so helpful with information about transitioning our loved one in, so kind and patient with all the questions and concerns and SO responsive to calls/emails. We recently moved a loved one in and she is transitioning wonderfully. She has new friends that she eats every meal with and looks forward to their time together every day. We are so pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and how happy she seems to be there. Overall, this staff has made what was an extremely difficult process (of finding the right place for her) so worth all the time, effort and tears put into the search. We truly feel like she is where she is meant to be and can not wait to see what the future brings to her there.From the bottom of our hearts, we could not be more grateful!

The team at Magnola Springs treats our loved one as if they were family. They have regular activities and great food. Residents interact all the time allowing them to form friendships which enriches their daily experience. Everyone, residents and staff, seem engaged at happy all the time. I would highly recommend Magnolia Springs for care of your loved ones.

I am blessed to be apart of such a caring team. I am a life enrichment coordinator, which entails planning and executing activities to enhance the lives of the residents . There is nothing better then knowing you are making an impact on someone else’s life ! The residents are so kind and caring for each other and our staff . We’re like a big family here !

I am an employee at Magnolia Springs and each employee does whatever it takes to make sure the residents are well taken care of. The housekeepers make sure the building is clean and they did a very good job at keeping things sanitized during the pandemic. We care about each and every resident that comes into the building and if they have any complaints we always make sure to take the issue to management and they take care of it right away.

The staff is amazing! My Mom is in Memory Care and they take such great care of her. I highly recommend!

MSF is lovely facility. Mom has been there for 3 1/2 years now. She is very content and feels safe in the environment. She is well cared for. The staff is very conscientious and compassionate. Everything she needs is right there. MSF works well with families of their residents and I feel very supported by them.

The team at Magnolia Springs Florence is fabulous. They did an amazing job keeping the residents safe during this pandemic. Bravo !!

The staff is the most caring and compassionate staff. My mother has been a resident for over a year and MSF did a great job in accommodating her special needs. That attitude all starts at the top. So grateful we found MSF.

Started working at Magnolia Springs as the Culinary Services Director in December of last year. I am so blessed to be part of an amazing community. We have a beautiful restaurant, 50’s dinner, several sun rooms, Bar, and so many other common areas for our residents. All staff care and do whatever they can to help our residents. It feels like family where ever I go in our community. I been cooking for a long time and we do a great mix from Italian, French, Mexican, and American foods. Yes and a lot of good Home cooking like mom use to make. If you are looking for a safe and friendly place this is number 1 in my book.

I absolutely love being a part of the Magnolia Springs Florence team! I have the privilege of working side by side with some of the most caring and compassionate professionals I’ve ever met. It is an honor having the opportunity to serve and support our awesome residents and their families. Especially now, when our focus is turned towards protecting the most vulnerable population from illness, I am grateful to be a part of this awesome team. We will continue doing this very important work knowing that our residents and their families have put their trust in us to keep them safe.

This is the best facility in Northern Kentucky! My mother in law, Sally, has been moved around from rehab hospitals and assisted living facilities for various reasons. We are so happy she has ended up at Magnolia Springs. They are beyond professional and caring. We cant express how happy we are to have her living there.It starts with Michelle at the front desk, she is truly one of the nicest people you have ever met. Its so refreshing to have such a happy nice person answer the phone when you call or greet you at the door if you are visiting.The Executive Director, Renee, went out of her way to make sure my Sally knew that she was welcomed into the Magnolia Family. Renee is very creative and caring and does a wonderful job making sure the residents feel comfortable.We cant thank Dorothy, the head nurse, enough for everything she does. She makes sure Sally gets the correct meds at the correct times. She helps her when she isnt feeling well and most importantly, Dorothy communicates with our family. She has texted us after hours and on the weekend to let us know how Sally is doing. That was so comforting when we couldnt visit Sally because of Covid.I would also like to comment on the bookkeeper, Grace. She does a great job on billing. She is organized and very easy to work with when setting up the billing and payment process. She is very nice to work with.Another great employee is Joe! He helps all the residents with anything they need fixed, hung up or connected. Sally loves him because he has had to help her with a lot of electronics as well as hanging pictures. He has a lot of patience and I get the feeling he loves his job.One really crucial element to their success is the good food. The chef is incredible! Sally loves it and before Covid she was able to have guest eat with her in the dining room. I had the salmon and it was wonderful.Lastly, I just want to say that every employee I have ever come into contact with has been very professional and nice! Sally loves her apartment and feels safe in her surroundings.If you want your parent to be in the best place possible, Magnolia Springs is the best! Some people refer to it as a Cruise Ship on Land!

In Nov of 2019, I moved my aging parents into Magnolia Springs Florence. In the beginning, they were unhappy about moving away from their forever home but as soon as they got settled in (in the first week), they were happy and comfy. The facility is clean and roomy. The staff is caring, fast and competent. There are plenty of daily activities and their food is great. I looked around a LOT before I made my decision where to place my parents ... so happy that I selected Magnolia Springs! … also love the My Family Channel services! ... my parents have their own personal TV channel dedicated to all the texts and pictures that I (and other family/friends) send to them.

I have worked at Magnolia Springs 3 years and it is by far the best community that I have worked for in this industry over the past 10 years. The staff truly cares for our residents and builds those relationships daily with them as well as their families.

Excellent facility that provides individualized assistance to meet unique needs. Residents are provided, exercise, wellness and a wide range of entertainment options. Administration and staff are respectful, caring and accommodating. Lovely decor which makes for a homey feel throughout the building. Apartments are quiet and a good size. They offer plenty of larger rooms for big family gatherings. #gratefulfamily

My Father-in- law moved in 10 days ago. We are so happy he is here. The facility is very well kept up and offers many different places to visit with your loved ones outside the room for larger groups, or just a change of scenery. There are many activities offered for the residents to choose from all day long. The food is delicious too!Most importantly, the people that work here have been amazing! They are so welcoming, accommodating, and work very hard to make new residents feel at home. I’m impressed how many workers know Dad’s name and stop to visit with him already. They have worked so hard for this new adjustment in all our lives to go as smoothly as possible.

Even before moving in it has been a pleasure working with Sheena to make my dads move from Arizona very smooth. He has now been living here over a year and WOW what a wonderful place this is. Dad can be very opinionated and has never complained once about living here. The restaurant style dinning room is very nice and always have very nice servers/cooks. All the ladies who take care of dad have been great. I highly recommend this facility. Plenty of things to do during the day to keep them entertained. Go check this place out you!!!

Dad moved into Magnolia Springs in the middle of July. He is in a one bedroom apartment. The apartment is a very good size with room for quite a bit of his furniture to make it as much like home as possible. I am constantly surprised at the staff and how friendly they are and everybody knows dads name. The dining room serves good food and offers a good variety.I am very pleased with this facility.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful facility!! From the first time I toured Magnolia Springs a year ago, until today, the friendly staff has always treated me like family!! The cleanliness of the facility, the awesome staff and the wonderful people in dining room are all awesome in their own way!! My mother has loved living here since the day she moved in, Magnolia Springs has entertainment for everyone all day long, the tenants can do as much or as little as they want to do, there are card games, board games, exercise classes, not to mention they even offer a movie in their theater for whom ever would like to watch!! I cannot say enough good things about Magnolia Springs, the facility is very clean and the staff is awesome!! I definitely do not have any regrets moving my mother in this facility!! TOP NOTCH FACILITY, schedule a tour and you will be impressed and I am sure you will be the next person writing a review about how wonderful Magnolia Springs is!!

I am a current employee at Magnolia Springs and I am proud to be a part of their team. Everybody is so friendly and kind. The residents are treated with kindness and respect and I would definitely recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone who either loves helping others or is looking for Assisted Living communities for themselves or a loved one.

My mother has lived here for about a year and has been so happy. The meals are always fantastic, the activities keep her active and the care givers are wonderful ensuring she can take care of her needs. In addition, the staff always greets me in a friendly manner whenever I visit.

Food was really good at first when my mom moved in earlier this year, however it recently became terrible. Overly processed and often times served cold. Heard they got a new cook so hopefully they can work it out.

Magnolia Springs is professional and caring towards its residents. I have seen nothing but dignity and respect towards the residents especially during this difficult time.

2 years ago I was looking for a place for my mom to call home. I had visited a few before we came to Magnolia Springs. Right away I was at ease. The community and the staff were wonderful. I got my mom an apartment right away. After awhile of visiting my mom there I loved it so much I applied for a job and I now work there. My mom is very happy and well taken care of. They treat the residents like family. I cant say enough on how helpful the directors have been for me. Its not an easy task on a daughter to care for a parent with dementia but they have been with me every step of the way. It is a safe,nourshing and loving enviroment and Im so glad my mom is here.

Great place and my Dad is thriving there,so glad we have him there and feel safe about it.

Ironically my comment keeps getting reported/deleted... but I worked here for 2 1/2 years. Residents are lovely but management is awful. They’ll hire people with no experience as long as they have someone there to work. Sexual harassment was caused by an employee who works in the kitchen but he was never reprimanded for his actions, they overcharge people, kick people out when they’re dying, serve inedible food, and had physical abuse to memory care residents. I put in my two weeks and they refused to pay me out my PTO, 4 different times messed up my paychecks and made me wait numerous days until I was finally paid. They’re short staffed and careless. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The only reason they’re ranked so high is because employees are the ones ranking the facility.

Excellent staff and caregivers. Excellent food.
