These people know what they are doing do it great and they take care of you would highly recommend love these folks

Dr. Poteet was great. Very efficient front office staff. Great with flexible scheduling. No complaints.

I had my tonsils removed on 9/24/21, by Dr. Poteet in the Florence office. The procedure went well and the nurse who cared for me during my short recovery period at the office was amazing, you are so appreciated. (I wish I remembered her name but I was out of it.)Once I left the office, I was completely out of sight and out of mind.I began experiencing severe pain on the 3rd day of recovery and had ran out of pain medication, I called the office 3 times/2 days, to get a refill on my pain medication to which the 3 calls were not returned. On the 4th day I woke in so much pain I was in tears, unable to speak and without pain medication. A friend of mine called the office for me at this time and spoke with the receptionist, asking her if she could directly speak to the doctor (we had left multiple messages for his assistant, Charithy) and have him refill my medication because we had been trying for 2 days without prevail. On the 4th day, about 3pm, pain medication was called in. On day 5, my insurance group called me needing my paperwork back that had been faxed to the office (ent.) I called and spoke with the receptionist (Shannon) who said she would check with the doctor about the paperwork and give me a call back. Day 6, I receive a voicemail from Dr. Poteets’ assistant (Charithy) stating the office did not receive any paperwork and that the results for my “biopsy are negative.” Now I’m glad the results are negative but I DIDN’T KNOW A BIOPSY HAD EVEN BEEN DONE.I would also like to point out that at no time did anyone from this office reach out to check on my well being following surgery, even after calling for days and leaving messages that went unanswered.I am very disappointed and find the way this whole situation was handled extremely unprofessional and alarming. I do NOT recommend having surgery done here.

I recently visited Dr.. McGary @ their Florence location. Easy to find, short time scheduling. I have struggled with an ear complaint for 40+ years, with aassociated hearing loss. In one appointment, we were able to correct the diagnosis, have a microscopic exam, a hearing test (best ever), and a focused plan of action. Meds are working well, great relief of symptoms. I am very greatful.

I was told by a nurse that my allergy testing would be completely paid by insurance and that I wouldn’t have to pay any money out of pocket. Turns out they were incorrect and I got a bill for almost half a grand. When I called to complain they wouldn’t help me at all. They stated that as a courtesy they give you a quote, but that sometimes the quote isn’t actually what the bill turns out to be once processed. Why are you giving people a quote at all on possibly false information? This is very misleading. Will never go back.

Dr. Hamilton and MA Rica (I hope Im spelling her name correctly) are amazing- very clear and concise when explaining things. Dr. Hamilton performed a thyroidectomy for me, and my incision is beautifully done. I have actually gotten several compliments on how well it is healing and asked who did my surgery. Im happy to recommend them.

Incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Never had any pushback and they have always been patient with my questions. I had thyroid surgery with Dr. Grunkemeyer, and he did a very good job!

If anyone needs their ears cleaned out, getting it done professionally is the way to go. I’ve tried home methods and kits but if you have a lot and known to have a build up and know that using home kits isn’t working for you, go in!The front desk staff are efficient and a to b.The Dr. P, I saw, I think his name is Dr. Petite, him and his assistant were very efficient and knew exactly what they were doing especially in my overly waxed filled ears and I was done in 25 minutes and it felt really short actually.Plus the office is beautiful and they also have a ton of staff all working for ENT who knew what they were doing.

It takes a team to be of good service and the staff that answers the phones are not. I have called multiple times and waited over 15 mins each time, only for someone to hang up the line.

Had 2 cataract surgeries here. I was so impressed with the nurses and surgery team All great ladies who made you feel comfortable. Dr Patel, she is awesome. I will recommend her and this surgery center to all my friends.

I made an initial contact concerning my condition and received a call to schedule an appointment shortly afterwards. I was given detailed information about visiting the office and knew where to go and the procedures to follow. I checked in and waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. I was asked questions multiple times and was quickly evaluated. I was given a summary of my results and an interpretation of next steps. I scheduled a follow up appointment and will see them again. I felt like the whole process was smooth and coordinated. I received excellent attention. I recommend them to other prospective patients.

Dr. Poteet is absolutely great! The staff in the surgical center are great as well. The only complaint I have is that the staff that work in the receptionist area and answer/make phone calls can be pretty rude at times.

Great stuff and workings environment

The parking is cramped and this business is in a sketchy old area of Florence, my wait was entirely too long and the Doctor seemed tired and did not want to address my concerns,Their concern was just getting my insurance money,thats all,go to another location.

My almost 2 year old had a bilateral myringotomy a few months ago. It took maybe 1.5 months between the first visit and the surgery, so the process was quick. The nurses, doctors, and front desk staff are outstanding. I’ve never met a warmer, more inviting group of healthcare professionals. On the day of the surgery, they took care of not only my son, but me. I felt more comfortable letting my son in to surgery than I ever thought was possible. The procedure went great. All my questions are always answered in a way that I can understand and what is to be expected is spelled out. I’d recommend them to anyone.

Tubes in ear(s). Quick, easy and better than I thought it would be!

The instructions that the receptionist give to The patient is upon arrival call the office for a pre-screen so you can come in to the office but if the reception is answering the phone or talking to another patient and the appointment is due obviously you’re going to be three minutes late or more until the receptionist pick up the call then they cancel your appointment cause sure it’s your Fault

Dr. Poteet and the rest of the staff have exceeded all expectations. I have been receiving treatment for nearly a year, during Covid-19..., and am feeling better and continuing to receive great treatment.

The staff was very friendly and compassionate. Got me an appointment with such short notice. Was very thorough explaining my condition.

I was referred to ENT by another dr of mine. I already had a major surgery scheduled for another health condition I had at the time, so getting in to see Dr Kroll asap was very important for me. I called and told them about my situation with the major surgery I had coming up and they were able to get me in made the appointment and I was scheduled for a Parathyroidectomy all before the next surgery.The staff was very friendly and the wait time was very short. Dr Krohl was my surgeon, he did a wonderful job on my surgery and I would recommend this dr and his associates to anyone.

Great place very professional and there always so nice and the doctors and allergy specialist are just as amazing great place.

My 2 year old granddaughter had to have tubes. This was rescheduled because of Covid19. They communicated well with me from start to finish. A pleasure to work with. The office staff, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr Krol were all amazing the day of the surgery.

I was referred to Dr. Magary by my PCP who offered his highest recommendation. He was right as my experience with Dr. Magary and his entire team has been exemplary, from the initial consult through post-op. Great communication in-office (explanation of procedure, expectations, next steps, etc.) and convenient text message reminders kept me informed and anxiety-free. Could not be happier with the experience and the outcome.

My family has used ENT & Allergy Specialists for years. The physicians and staff are friendly and professional.

Negative rating for doctor kerchoff. Came here for getting wax cleaned. Doctor kerchoff is very rude. He did not respond to hello or how are you. even for thank you he did not respond. I came here for getting wax cleaned. But they did not do that. Just did some test and sent back. I wont go here again.. especially for his rudeness...! Receptionist was very cool and also some staff.. but when doctor is not pleasing, why prefer the place..!

They handled my daughter better than childrens hospital did. Dr. Mcgary was Great and so was his nursing staff. My daughter has level 1 atuism (severe) she got worked up during her exam my husband and really couldnt calm her. She was up set with us. The nurse proceeded to take her carry and walk her around out side the room. While we finished up with the Dr and waited on information for our next appointments. We dont see this happen alot .Matter of fact not alot of people want to treat our daughter like a person because of whats wrong with her. Very gratefulfor there very treatment of her.
