I had such a great first experience. I was in need of contact lens and they took the time to make sure I got the ones best fit for my eye. The doctor was great at explaining everything. Since I have never worn contacts before, Nancy made sure I knew how to put them in, take them out and clean them before leaving. Nancy was amazing- and so patient with me. I had my eyes dilated so I couldn’t really see anything but, she sat there until her and I were both confident I could do it by myself at home. She took the time to call my insurance for my benefit breakdown and quote my contact lens supply. I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Thanks for making my first visit a good one!

We had a wonderful experience. My daughter is 2, she a very energetic girl. They took the time to play with her and talk to her. It was her first time seeing an eye doctor and was during nap time so she was cranky. The entire staff was wonderful, patient and understanding with her. I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s a great place to go to if you’re having problems your eyes. The really care about u from the moment u walk in. The people that work there know what they are doing. Trisha, was very friendly and curious when I call back to get information that I needed. Just shows how much they care about u.

Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time before testing began. Lots of individual tests done by various personnel, but done promptly. End of testing, met with doctor to go over surgery options. Wish there had been a sheet available giving a detailed summary of those options. Difficult keeping an accurate account of those various options. Scheduling lady was very likeable.It was close to the two hours they had told me the whole process would take. Overall, good experience.

My eye care at Michigan Vision institute has been a very positive experience. I feel at ease with my doctor who demonstrates knowledge and personal concern about my visual health. He takes time to address any questions I may have and explains thoroughly the results of my current examination.All of the technicians, clerical help , and receptionists that I have dealt with have always been most helpful and courteous.I have been extremely happy with the care I have received at Michigan Vision Institute.

The best optometrist appointment I ever had. I have gone to many vision clinics, and nothing has come close to this. Everyone from the receptionists, the optometrist technicians, and of course, the doctors were truly terrific. Very attentive and helpful. Never once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable, and everyone was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to ask any question without fear of judgment. Everyone was very transparent about what was happening and pricing. I was thoroughly impressed.

I had one of the larger procedures done, they called it the Cadillac, which was fine and was the most appropriate for my situation. They explained it so well and made sure that I knew exactly what they were doing and what the outcome would be. They treated me like a king! From the minute Dr. Stack explained my choices, what he thought would serve me best and my decision to have that particular procedure, then the follow up after and my last appointment for observation of the healing from my procedure, they were fantastic! I have been a patient of Dr. Stack for 15+ years, going back to the Lennon Road office and all of this time I have had complete confidence in him and of everyone else employed there. They are all kind, funny, knowledgeable, at his side when needed and with the new surgery center they are equally as good as the office. I can not say enough good things about the doctors there and the entire staff! I am so happy that I had this done and even happier that they were so wonderful and my outcome is unbelievable and exactly how I hoped and they said it would be! Dont ever be afraid of anything you might have done! They are brilliant, caring, helpful and always monitoring your entire stay! I AM SO HAPPY HOW EVERY SINGLE STEP WENT AND FINISHED!

I was very pleased with all the people that waited on me and the professionalism of the doctors, technicians, etc. I have never left there feeling I was treated with no respect, I am always happy with the service every time I go there. Dr. Stack is top notch in my book. I have been going to him for many years, he did my cataract surgery and its very professional with all of his tests and diagnoses.

This was my first time at this establishment. Peggy and Cameron were great! Peggy was very helpful and patient as I picked out my glasses. Cameron completed my paperwork and was so personable.There wasn’t a long wait time to be seen. There was a good selection of frames. In a little less than two weeks I have my knew glasses and I love the frames! Will definitely return.

Dr Stack and office staff went to great lengths to bc arrange an MRI for me when I could not get in contact with my primary physician. That included extra phone calls to hospital and for blood work. They went the extra mile when it would have been easy to throw it back on me.

Dr. Adams is amazing! She made me feel so comfortable before my surgery (cyst removal). The surgery was so efficient and she did an excellent job. I had basically no pain afterward (bonus!). Thank you Dr. Adams & the rest of the surgery staff!

I have been coming to Michigan Eye Institution for my high pressure glaucoma for a little over two years now. In 2019 I had my new prescription glasses for about a month when I noticed that I could not focus. When I took the glasses back to the Michigan Vision Institute’s optical shop it was discovered that the prism had not been added to my glasses.In 2020 when I had my refraction done I decided to get my glasses elsewhere as I had no confidence in the optical shop.In 2021 I chose to use the Michigan Vision Institute’s optical shop again. This time I had my glasses for about three and a half months when noticed that I was blinking incessantly to clear a slight double vision. I took the glasses back and discovered that the prism in the right lens was not as prescribed.I have about half a dozen choices in my area that take my insurance so this will be the last time I use the Institute’s optical shop for my new glasses.

I have always had a great experience here. The staff is awesome! When insurance wouldn’t cover a prescription I was given samples. I will continue referring anyone who asks for a recommendation to MVI.
