Every employee was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make the appointment pleasurable. The doctor was super thorough and made sure all my questions were completely answered. I will for sure recommend this location to all my friends.

My doctor was phenomenal seriously never had my eyes examined so well. I don’t know her name however she had an amazing strong accent. The manager Jordan was by far the best I’ve had when it came to knowledge on frames and lenses. I purchased sunglasses and regular glasses.

Everyone was really helpful and courteous from medical assistant to the front desk staff! I received a work call during cash out and the staff was very patient with me, I really appreciated it!! Additionally, the doctor answered all of my questions and provided thorough education on all aspects of the exam. Finally, the medical assistant was incredibly kind, I had to bring my 6 yr old daughter to my appt and to some this would have been an inconvenience. However, she not only answered all of her questions kindly and patiently, she also included her by allowing her to do some of the tests! This location will be my go to for all my eye care needs from now on!

Good safety precautions for COVID from a friendly and helpful team. They were very busy when I was there for my appointment, due to a high number of walk-ins, but they did a great job of keeping everyone organized and maintaining communication. The stores appearance is neat, and the staff is professional. I will keep coming back here for my vision needs.

They took their time to figure out exactly why I was having issues with my current glasses. My prescription was actually to strong and not the same for both eyes. Best eye exam Ive ever had!

I had a great experience except that I made an appointment they didnt know about as well as Google maps sent me to the wrong location once I arrived I stood at the entrance for a long time before I was greeted otherwise it was great.

Not very happy that the doctor told my son that he HAD to have his eyes dilated without asking if he would be needing to drive. He was late returning to school because he couldnt see well afterwards.Then the sales man , I think Dillon was his name insisted that the glasses we chosen had to come with $300 in extras. Only after I confronted him and made him show me why they were so much did he admit that it was all unessarry extras, that I said we didnt want added to the glasses to begin with. My son only wears glasses maybe 10 minutes a day to go from the bathroom to bed. Thankfully I didnt fall for the dishonest upsell.Now two weeks later I come in to pick up the glasses and order contacts, the same sales guy was short and not happy that I asked to order my sons contacts. He left me to wait over 30 minutes. During the wait I watched him try and hustle another customer pushing things she did not want, and making up excuses for why he was unable to navigate the computer system.Finally he got to helping me and started complaining about his customers.Unfortunately he was so unskilled with the computer system that he was unable to run my insurance and insisted he needed my dependents social security number to use my insurance! I have been using this policy for over 20 years and never needed my childrens social security number. I have used the insurance at lenscrafters several times over the years.. I had my cards available so there was no reason for the need for that information. He was very rude and unprofessional. He informed me that he had worked there for a year and this is the only way I can use insurance. This is absolutely unacceptable and untrue!I know that he had no clue what he was doing because I was able to order contacts online with no social security number within five minutes.Pretty obvious he is working for a commission or bonus and NOT positive customer service.

My experience was great. The staff got me in and out quickly which was good since I had to go back to work and my lunch time is limited. I really enjoyed the doctor. She was super personable and gave me all the information on what was wrong with my eyes without being overly technical. I will definitely be back.

Had to make a trip in to have a piece of metal removed from my eye. This is the second time I had to go and have this done. They are great. Didnt have to wait long and the price of the service was very reasonable! When this happens again I will be back.

My experience as a whole was great. The Dr was very personable and witty. But the best part was the assistant or technician, I believe her name is Hali? She helped me from start to finish and along with being very pretty, she was just pleasurable to speak to and you can tell that she loves her job.
