Played games with my ongoing medical problems. Screwed with my medications, was indifferent to my needs. Played a referral run-around. When Id go to the specialist appointment there were hour+ long waits, dirty reused equipment....nasty! (see picture of the plastic probe covers being washed and reused)(at least they were washed). And even then my complaints were never adequately addressed.Urban Health And Wellness is, in my opinion, a public funding money grubbing poor excuse for a medical clinic. The administration to whom Ive spoke are full of hyperbolic symantics (talking manure) and lip service.My last appointment I left, after an hours wait, unseen. The exam room was dirty with the former patients snot rags strewn across the floor. The paper on the exam table was obviously used.This place...and more importantly the staff are pitiful! Sorriest excuse for a health facility Ive seen. The inexcusable thing is they toyed with my health...without regard to my wellbeing....for far too long...stringing me along. And odds are youll get a similar experience....and dont even get me started on lack of confidentiality...HORRIBLE HEALTH CARE! -10
