The Michigan Health office on dort hwy has the most rudest employees. I had Dr. Pamela Dash as my physician there. Couldnt have a more caring Doctor, but the people that runs the office are not reliable, I have almost lost my job because the continuously misplacing my paperwork and no one ever return your calls....I am going to miss Dr. Dasher......Im scared to go back now that she is no longer practicing medicine anymore

I had a great experience with Dr. Stevens. I arrived and waited briefly then they took me back. Dr. Stevens spent a fair amount of time with me talking to me about my medical history and made me feel quite comfortable. I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews, I am somewhat hard to please but this was a great experience all around.

They need to close this place down. The lady on phone is a rude u know what

Called to get teenager’s antidepressants refilled & was given terrible attitude because we should have known there were no refills and called ahead of time. Shocking attitude—and when confronted, just got more. Terrible office. Surprised i got through. Can never get through and don’t receive a call back, and now today shocking rudeness. The doctors and office management should start reading the reviews and do something.

Don’t go I’ve been using this doctors office for over a year and I’m at least 3 months back on my prescriptions it’s terriable

Just read the comments. They made sure I verified my appointment two times and one was two days before my appointment. I got there and they told me I had to reschedule my appointment. I walked out. Wont go back. Then decided to write this review and to NO surprise I find nearly everyone who left a review had a terrible experience. Some actually walked out during their appointment while being treated. Dont waste your time with her or her nasty secretary.

Answers phones with attitude, swears at patients. Dont answer for refills

All she do is sit on her computer and pay little to no attention to you. She do not greet you or make you feel comfortable. Currently looking for another Dr.

Joyce Stevens and her nurse Mary are very caring! They listen and do a very thorough examination! I saw all the bad reviews and I have to say we had nothing but a positive experience! It may take a while when you are in the office but that is because they spend a lot of time with you to do a full evaluation and that is what you should look for in a doctor!

Ill have to concur with with most of the reviews. This has to be the worse doctor in the entire world. The waiting time was usually an hour plus and not once did she ever apologize. When she comes into the room she never speaks, she starts right in typing on her laptop, not even looking up at me. Shell forget to give medical documents for blood work and things, but what really got me was when I needed to see a specialist for my hand and she denied my request! That was it, Im out, no further lessons to be learned.....my advise, find another primary care physician, youll thank yourself one day!!!

This doctor is the worse by far. She always booked SUPPOSEDLY. U cant get another appt for months. You get there and you will be in lobby for b4 being called when you get in back she will have you waiting 4 another alnost 2 b4 coming in. She is prejudice low key. Shw dont take every patient concerns to be important. She see who she want in what order she wants. She and th staff are snotty nosed as hell. Especially the black lady at the desk and the blonde nurse in back. I would not recommend.

“Dr.” Stevens and I had discussed my suspected gluten intolerance and she sent me in to be tested via an endoscopy. Upon a follow up visit, she said she did not know what they tested me for in the endoscopy, but was sure that I was not gluten intolerant. When I called the physician who performed the endoscopy to confirm why the test had been performed, I was told I had been referred as having a “history of indigestion.” Not only did she send me in for the wrong test - according to my new doctor, I should have had a colonoscopy, NOT an endoscopy - she did not even seem to know why she sent me in to begin with.“Dr.” Stevens is the most incompetent medical professional I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with. Do not go to her for your care.

I absolutely love the way I was treated. Quick efficient, blood work and pharmacy delivery services all in one place priceless!

Terrible Dr. Avoid the whole practice. She has terrible bed side manner. Seems disconnected and burnt out. Been there several times with different issuea but the worse time was when I went in and told her I thought my toe was broken. It was, she confirmed with an x-ray. She reffered me to the orthopedic surgeon as having foot pain and not a broken toe and I would of had to wait 3 months to get in until I had to call and ask is it normal when someone has a broken bone that they wait that long to see a Dr? They told me she didnt refer me with a broken toe.

Worst doctor I have ever been to. She is uncaring and rude. My last appointment I Sat in the waiting room for an hour. When I was called back to a room. Dr. Stevens came in once for about two minutes. I then sat in the room for about 45 minutes before she came in to tell me she never received my test results. I called to where I had my tests completed. They said they faxed my results to her twice. I left and never returned.

I came in for an issue I found embarassing and never have I felt so uncomfortable, stupid, and embarassed talking to a doctor. She was so rude I almost left in the middle of the exam. She made it clear she was not concerned and made it difficult for me to open uo to her. I will never go to this doctor again and I would never recommend her, ever. I have had much better doctors at the Dort hwy group practice and will make sure I see them instead of her.

Horrible bedside manner. Spends more time on her computer than actually conversing with her patients. Would never recommend to anyone.

Horrible woman, completely rude, and didnt do her job. I walked out of the exam room because she was THAT bad. NEVER, go to this doctor.
