Today was my first appointment with Pinnacle and I was seen by Megan the Nurse Practitioner. 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time I was finally seen. Megan had no intention of staying in the room for more than a minute or two at best. I asked for a full body scan, a wart removal and to look at a skin condition I possibly had (which I had stated while making the appointment, filling out the paperwork and at the beginning of the appointment to the MA.) During the time I was waiting for Megan to come in, I could hear an employee giving out test results since it was on speaker phone. I now know multiple people have skin cancer, what their names are and the location of it. When Megan finally came in the room for the minute or two, she didn’t even access my face, she told me the prescriptions she was sending in and pretty much walked out the door. I had to ask her to look at a spot on my ear, which then she walked back in the door, glanced at it and walked out again. At this point I was bedside myself, I didn’t even trust her as a medical professional anymore and if she didn’t have the time for me, I was going to beg for proper medical treatment. I would never go back to this place if my life depended on it.

I loved how fast I was able to get in and get out. All of the staff that I interacted with were all so friendly and caring.

I highly recommend Pinnacle Dermatology. The doctors and staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. They take the time to not only explain your condition and treatment as well as any questions or concerns you have. The appointment time and the time you are seen is excellent.

I almost did not get an appointment because I was turned away by your schedulers, which Id like to talk to the office manager about. So, I hope management reads this and contacts me. With that being said, Im giving 5 stars solely based on the treatment I received by the MA and Provider that saw me. Those two are the reason Im giving 5 stars. They treated me like I had the best insurance ever. Its a shame that I even have to say that. Anyway, them and the ability to make my OWN appointment on the website was outstanding. You really need to talk to your schedulers though. They shouldnt be discriminatory towards Medicaid patients.

Staff was fantastic and very friendly. They took out my cyst in 20 min and I was on my way. Great service and people. Highly recommend.

My appointment was at 10:45, I arrived at 10:42 and was invited in 5 minutes. The nurse was very friendly and polite. She asked several questions, and literally in two minutes the doctor came. He was knowledgeable and caring. Pretty soon he solved my problems, answered my question and I was done.I always have something to read when I go to see a doctor. This time I could read only a couple of sentences while waiting. Havent seen an office that was so well organized.

Wendy is extremely knowledgeable and professional. The staff seem very BlaiseAbout their work and appearance. I do NOT NEED to be told to stand on the little yellow circle to ensure I social distance. Ridiculous!!

I came in for my appointment and all the staff was absolutely amazing. They were all so friendly from the front to the back. I was taken care quickly buy didnt feel rushed. I barely had a wait time and I was a new patient. I did print off my paperwork and brought it in with me so I am sure that helped with the wait time. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

I’ve been seeing the dermatologist from Dr. Barkey’s Pinnacle office for years and years. I’m very impressed with how the office is managed. Patients are seen quickly and efficiently and they are always pleasant. Wonderful service!

My appointment was at 10, I arrived at 945 to fill out new patient paperwork. I then sat in the waiting room until after 10:40 before being called to a room. The front desk staff was quite rude and not very friendly. Once in the room the MA had to ask all of the questions I had answered on the paperwork because it was not given to her. I then waited in the room for another 20 minutes before seeing the PA. The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because of how wonderful Audrey, PA was.

Had a great experience there.. office staff were very courteous and helpful… I wasn’t waiting long … they got me in just a few minutes after my appointment time. The Doctor and his assistant were both excellent. Thanks much

My Doctor was extremely knowledgeable, she diagnosed my issue immediately, I waited to be seen in less than 20 minutes, she answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about my diagnosis, Pinnacle Dermatology is outstanding.

Dr. Meagan and her assistant Linda were very professional and personable. She explained the procedure prior to starting which made me very comfortable. Ashley checked me out, she was just as friendly.

I absolutely love Dr. Meredith. She helped me when I was in really bad shape and no one else had any answers. She cares about her patients. I had went to another dermatologist at another practice in Grand Blanc and they had told me it was stress My skin was breaking open on my feet and I was ready to give up. I had an appointment as a first time patient at 9:30 and was walking out after a full body scan at 10:00. The dermatologist was efficient and knowledgeable and it was a clean modern office.

Such rude front staff. It’s sad that there seems to be no real good customer service anymore, not even from a supposed professional doctors office. Never went here but the negative attitude from the front desk alone is enough to keep me from setting foot in there.

We had previous experience with Pinnacle Dermatology, and are very happy with our experience with the knowledgeable staff and physicians there. I would gladly refer anyone needing quality care to the professionals at Pinnacle on Hill Road.

The staff is wonderful, the place is beautiful. The layout its a little confusing with all the rooms all over the place but its a beautiful place and they do excellent work. I would recommend it.

This office uses a horrible billing company that will not accept any information that will help rectify an insurance issue. The office itself cannot answer any questions and seems completely incapable of resolving any issues. Since Dr. Barkey sold out to Pinnacle, their service has went to garbage.

This office ran like a well oiled machine. From the time we walked in to the time we left the care was awesome. I am a medical assistant myself and haven’t seen an office this organized and ran this smoothly in a long time. This would be place I would be proud to work for!

My wife and I went in for an appointment today. Ill admit I was a little appreciative about getting things cut off of me, but Audrey Moxie was amazing. She completely put me at ease. She even had a part of the work finished before I even realized she had started. Id strongly recommend seeing her. My wife and I have agreed to see her and only her.

Used their online booking for appointment, was able to get in next day. Spent less than 5 minutes in waiting room and waiting to be seen. I would highly recommend!!

Wendy Meredith is phenomenal, she takes the time to answer questions and explain procedures really putting patients at ease.

I am now three weeks without my prescriptions because no one seems to answer a phone or return a voicemail. My pharmacist has tried as well. When I call the listed number, I’m told to hold and transferred to a voicemail or a fax machine. The best they can do at the main number is send a message to the office (which no one answers). The initial doctors visits are always wonderful but it is impossible to have continuation of patient care with this trash system.EDITED: It does not seem like they do care (as implied in their response) as I still have not received a call.

I tried this place for the first time today and I was so happy I made the choice to change my dermatologist!! Wendy was the doctor I seen and she actually cared, and took the time to explain things to me so I could understand! She was so patient and had a wonderful personality. Wendy and the staff made me feel so comfortable and not embarrassed at all of my condition. I recommend this place 10/10 all day :)

I will probably continue to go because I like Wendy but the front office staff are rude and seems like they try their hardest to put you out.When it says walk ins are available they need to make it clear instead of telling when you get there. The message clearly says to arrive an hour before they close. My husband got there about 11:15 am one day and she told him he needed to be there an hour before lunch he told her that the recording should say that and she argued with him and said it did. It clearly does not. Then he went the next day and she told him they were too busy to take walk ins that day. Really? So he drove up there twice and was turned down. I went yesterday as a walk in and she told me it could be up to a 2 hour wait. There was no people in the waiting room and maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. I asked her if she could give me some idea because maybe I could run to Meijers or something instead of just sitting in a parking lot for two hours running my gas out. She said she couldnt tell me. Thats so ridiculous. They go out of their way to be uncourteous.They need to realize that without us patients, they wouldnt have a job. What happened to customer service anyway. It wasnt like that when Dr. Barkey was in charge.

It was my first visit and I was late getting to my appointment... because of traffic ... they were very nice about it .. .. and the Dr. saw me .. very please with my Dr. the Medical assistant was great as well ..Yes I would recommend Pinnacle Dermatology in Grand Blanc Michigan to others ..

I highly recommend Dr. Jajou. He is an excellent dermatologist. He is very caring and he listens carefully to his patients.

Pinnacle has always been amazing! They were my “second opinion” with a mole on my foot that I was told it was nothing by the first pathologist. My primary doctor didn’t like that answer and she wanted me to see a dermatologist. Pinnacle didn’t like the response from the first pathologist either so they had their pathologist look at it and come to find out, it was melanoma. They cut it out completely and we’re able to get it all! Not to mention the amazing job they did on the surgery. It was on my heel and a huge cut so for them to close it up as well as they did was awesome! Now I go for my regular full body checks and they’re always very informative, nice, and readily cut out anything they deem suspicious! I will continue to go to them as long as I can/need to. I’m honestly really glad I did my research and went to them after the first doctor.

I have been battling Roseau’s on my nose for a long time! I’m just 2 months it looks so much better!I highly recommend pinnacle and I give Dr Moxie my doctor a outstanding! Thank you!!

DO NOT BUY MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS! They dont tell you this but they will not allow you to use more than one gift card per treatment. My wife bought several gift cards for me and I went...Even though THEY TOOK HER MONEY, I cannot use more than one $25 gift card. That means I have to spend thousands to use the 7 gift cards purchased. BEWARE!!! This is the ONLY place in my entire life Ive seen this scam!

If you have more then one child that has to be seen thay only take 1 patient per insurance per day so if someone is already scheduled with your insurance you can not be seen that day this is for all locations. This place is a joke dont go

My appointment was with Wendy..first time I had met her and instantly felt comfortable. She was very kind and seemed very knowledgeable. She was the type of medical personell that should be every where. She offered a procedure I didnt know was available for me and didnt push me to do it, but I am very glad I did. Seemed to mean only the best for me and you dont get that very often. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you Wendy.

Was referred by my doctor for a fairly serious situation.They did not read the referral notes or know thereferring dr sent the pathology report. Nurse practitioner comes in and asks why am I here today.Looks at my issue and says don’t see the issue, that’s a scabbed over healing wound. After detailing why I was there and no in fact it is not healing…. Wasn’t willing to do another biopsy or do anything else.Had me fill out a form for HIPAA release for the report they already had and come back in three weeks.Called 2 1/2 weeks later to inquire if they had it and had actually reviewed it.“There’s a note on the account that patient did not provide who to pull report from”I did. I provided info that my referring doctor has it and has hipaa releases to send it.Such a shame the patient did not have a phone that He was not using today to call them, to call to let him know there was an issue and He was going to drive 70 miles for nothing.Appointment cancelled. I would not recommend for veterinary care at this point.

This is the first time in my life that I have written a negative review, but I feel compelled to do so.I have been a patient at Pinnacle Dermatology for seven years. I recently asked for a renewal of my prescription and was denied. (This is a medication that I have a history of taking). I was told that I needed to make an in-person appointment because it had been more than a year . This however is not true. My last appointment was this summer when I had a bout of poison ivy. I spoke with the PA during that appointment and told him that I did not need a prescription renewal because I still had some remaining medication.Last week, when Pinnacle finally returned my phone call, I explained this to them and was told that the PA who attended me no longer worked here She said that if I wanted a renewal of my prescription then I would have to come in. I complained to her verbally and also dropped off a written complaint because every time I tried to call, no one would answer the phone.Pinnacle Dermatology did nothing despite my complaints. At the very least, they should be flexible during a pandemic and accommodate people who are reluctant to have in-person visits, especially when it involves something as simple as a prescription renewal! I am sure, however, that it is to their advantage to bill my insurance every time they see me in their office!For this reason, I would NOT RECOMMEND PINNACLE DERMATOLOGY to anyone. I will be sharing my dissatisfaction whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Amazing staff! Not only is the treatment plan perfectly managing my condition but the doctors truly care about their patients! I received a phone call at 9pm from my doctor to let me know that an insurance issue was fixed and my script will be ready by the next day!

I absolutely love the experience that Ive had on both of my appointments at Pinnacle. Everyone is nice and pleasant and I am greeted when I arrive. The atmosphere is comfortable and it brings me comfort being there. I am just so glad that I have found the knowledgeable set of people for me. I am just so glad that the time was taken to really look and examine my legs. And because of that and the knowledge of Ms. Moxie I finally have a name to the problem that I had on my legs for years and not only that I was able to get the right prescriptions to help me and to get those spots to stop developing and itching and marking up my legs. And yesterday I was able to receive a prescription for help with another embarrassing problem that I have been dealing with for years and years. And that problem is me profusely sweating on my face as soon as I feel heat OMG! I never knew there was help for this until today so when Ms. Moxie was explaining to me about the med thats going to stop that sweat I just kept hearing the word hallelujah being sung in my head😂 I was just soooo happy and in awww. And now I can stop worrying about being embarrassed in Florida while Im at my daughter in laws wedding! I can be at peace and just fully enjoy myself! So I Truely Thank Ms. Moxie and her Team!!! Excellent service. I decided to try this place as my daughter needed to be seen same day. I found pinnacle online and saw they take walk ins. Knowing my current dermatologist would never be able to take us same day and dreading when we could get in would have to do the at least two hour wait due to overbooking we decided to try pinnacle. We were greeted and quickly checked in by the front desk staff who were very professional and quick. We were told could possibly be an hour wait, which was fine with us, figured being a walk in we expected a wait. Was a busy time in the office and we were surprised to be checked in, seen and out of there in under an hour. Doctor was thorough and educational. Nurse was very pleasant. Excellent all around!!!!We are changing dermatology offices!! Thank you pinnacle.
