Urgent care claims to be open until 9pm. I called at 8:30pm wanting to talk before arriving, however there was no answer. Tried twice. It was the closest urgent care so I went in at 8:40. There was no one in the waiting room. The assistant at the front desk asked me if I had an appointment of which I told her I did not, as the website said walk-ins welcome. I understand it was late but they were one of the few urgent cares still open and I was needing to be seen. The assistant acted like she went back to see if the doctor had time to see me. She was back there for less than a minute before coming back out front to let me know they were too busy. I know it was late and they were about to close, but I went seeking urgent care, and was turned away. Extremely frustrated with individuals who didn’t want to take the time to do the paperwork so that I could receive necessary care. Will never go back here again.

This is the ONLY community med check I will visit. Kim set the tone with her amazing customer skills on the phone. I could feel she actually cared and was listening to me. Then, Dr. Hannah was so amazing with her knowledge and support. She was relatable and made me feel like she understood me. We even talked about interesting subjects that I hope she talks to more people about :) Lastly, Regina sealed the deal with her sincerity and empathy. You could feel the positive energy with the whole staff. These are people you want to care for you.Honestly, they need to train other locations. They also deserve a raise, promotion, paid vacation, gift cards, or something that is big enough to show the appreciation they deserve.Times are tough and when medical things come up, it can be the last straw. I just hope more people in the medical field will realize that we NEED you to be nice to us. I’m sorry if that’s a lot to ask but if an employee has a negative attitude, they should not be interacting with people.Please reward these women for their amazing work ethic and caring personalities. They deserve it!

Very impressed with the kindness, patience, and efficiency of this entire MedCheck staff. I’ve been to this Ned check about 5 times over the past few years - 3 times for Covid concerns. They were incredibly professional. We live in broad ripple but will go out of your way if we need to see a doctor quickly. We know at MedCheck Fishers we’ll be extremely well taken care of!!

I wont go to any other Medcheck after my experience today. Super clean extremely nice inside. Everyone there actually wants to help you feel better! They gave me juice crackers frfr cared about me! wheeled me out to my car went above and beyond with everything. Absolutely amazing. THANK YOU for taking great care of mee!!! GIVE THESE HEROES A RAISE THEY DESERVE IT KEEP THEM AROUND PLEASEE

Competent staff, well equipped not only for immediate care but also with availability of most tests needed within the building.

The nurses here are world class, I cant sing enough praises. I felt like they truly cared about me and they took the time to explain everything that I had concerns about. All med checks should strive to run like this one and I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need urgent care again.Thank you for caring!

NO DOCTORS ALLOWED! Community urgent care does not allow doctors to work at this location. I wont go back out of fear that I will be supporting doctors being replaced by lower waged, lower medical knowledge people. Scared for the future of medicine and what it means for my kids if doctors cant practice and others are allowed to mimic their craft without their leadership/guidance. SERVICE WAS GOOD TO MASK NO DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE. Community, we owe Indianapolis more than this!

With 4 kids Ive been to a lot of med checks in my life and this place was one of the best Ive ever been too. The staff were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable. This place sets the bar for urgent care!

We usually use the castleton medcheck. This location is much cleaner, newer and is more patient friendly in terms of checking in and out.
