If I could give 0 stars I would. I showed up at 11:30 am for a possible UTI. After waiting two + hours, I wanted to ask the lady working the front, Victoria, if I could pee in a cup because if I do have what I think I have, then holding my pee is not healthy. She didn’t want to open the glass sliding screen and I had to gesture to her to open it as I didn’t want to announce to the entire waiting room that I really needed to pee. She was visibly annoyed with my request. She got a doctors assistant and They allowed me to pee in a cup and then I was moved to a waiting room. I have never been to a doctor where the urine cups were not sealed prior to use. I just grabbed the top cup, peed in it, and walked it to my room, as there wasn’t a safe spot to store it either. This, to me, seems like a very easy way to get dirt, dust, or other items to go into the urine sample, not making it sealed. I’d think this could cause issues in the reading… That was at 2:00. It is now 3:00 pm and I am still sitting in a room with nothing done.At 3:00 pm, I walked out of my room and asked for a cup of water. I was screamed at Victoria in the front desk saying “It’s a pandemic! Wait in your room!” I simply asked for a glass of water as I’ve been waiting for over 3 hours. I have never been treated with so much disrespect at a doctors office before.Thankfully, another lady at the front desk brought me a cup of water.The doctor came in at 3:10 and thankfully, she was much nicer than than Victoria. Very apologetic, knowledgeable, and kind.If I had to rate the support of the doctors, it would be a higher star rating, but nobody should have to be treated the way o was to see a good doctor.

Had a Great experience at Mich Urgent Care. We have been passing by this center for quite awhile now. So glad my husband selected this center for our needs…they were recommended as we prepared to travel in this COVID. They’re very friendly. We highly recommend them.

From the moment I walked in the woman at the desk had an attitude. I explained the urgency of the matter and the doctor behind her said that he could see me as soon as they received my paperwork. After 10 minutes I inquired about my paperwork being processed and she lost it on me and told me to sit down and that she was in charge of the paperwork and I would have to just wait. She mumbled something about me to her coworker and I told her that we would be leaving and going elsewhere, she said good. Someone with such a short fuse, lack of empathy and an unfriendly attitude should not be working with the public. I’m currently at the urgent care in Berkley and they are very kind, empathetic and friendly.

Salina was very nice, patient and kind! My initial encounter when I was called back was with her, she made me feel welcomed! Dr. Babar was top tier! He made my urgent care experience much better than any other experience I had ever had! He provided remedies that I will follow not just for while I don’t feel good but for daily improvement in my overall health! I could go on and on but I can’t thank you all enough for taking the best care of me!

Michigan Urgent Care on 9 Mile and Livernois in Ferndale, Mi. was absolutely great with me and my time dealing with Covid 19. Every visit was fast and expeditious. Ms. Victoria along with Salina P. at the front desk were very helpful and I would recommend visiting on a daily basis. The doctors Babar Q., Popadiuk, Gronowski were also beneficial in this process for me! Thank you guys so much

Every staff member that helped me (Jane R, Victoria H, and Dr. Q) were awesome! Everyone was so nice and polite and made me feel welcome and at ease. Dr. Q is amazing, right off the bat I felt that he sincerely cared about my issue as a patient andthat he truly loves his job, most importantly thatcaring for people is his priority. Couldn’t be happierwith my overall experience!!

My first time there all the staff was nice and really concerned. The wait wasnt that long it only seems long when youre in pain. They didnt take long to send my prescription over. I hadnt even made it to the car and the pharmacy was telling me it was ready. If anything goes wrong again this office will be my go too. Keep up the great work!

If you want to be in the best hands request the doctor Q (babar) is is clearly knowledgeable and as many doctors as I have gone to for this particular problem he has really zeroed in on the cause. I feel relieved. This is the third time this year I have had to go to urgent care unfortunately but I will always pick this place as I am confident I am in very capable hands. Salina P. Was such a great nurse. And Shamika H was very helpful with my insurance info.

They were really nice and courteous! They were fast, efficient, and made the whole experience comfortable. My 6 year old was even amazed at how sweet and attentive they were. Great job, I’d definitely recommend.

I loved how well organized this urgent care was! Not only could I book an appt online, I did all my paperwork and uploaded my ID and insurance online as well! So all I did was check in and wait to be called, it was a good easy experience, the receptionist, nurse and doctor were all very friendly and well informed women, and so helpful! The building itself is very nice and clean, and welcoming! They got me in and out , and explained everything I needed to know plus the several questions I had of my own! I appreciate the time they spent giving me good care and making sure I felt seen and heard!!

My Provider was extremely knowledgeable [Babar Q.] He made it possibly the best doctors visit Ive ever had. Told me things about my lifestyle just from examining my ears. Explained why the Rx I was given by a different Provider was the wrong one and how the new Rx would assist with the problem. Connected with me, answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel like he was invested in my overall well-being and even provided tips for non Rx based things I can do to live a healthier lifestyle. 100/10. Ask for him by name. Hes rare. Really a genuinely good person.The MA [Salina P.] was quick and efficient and helpful. She has a nice manner about herself. Very kind.The MA [Victoria P.] although I only interacted with briefly she was also helpful. She explained about the wait and helped me get checked in properly. It was my first visit there and I wasnt familiar with the highly efficient and modern queue system they have set up. She put me at ease.

Was treated with excellent care and Dr. Q went above and beyond to help me. The staff is so friendly and kind. Especially to my toddler who tagged along. Highly recommend.

We were pretty much in and out. Family of 4 coming in for PCV testing. Selena and our P.A. were GREAT! It was a really good experience and I will be back for all our urgent care needs.

If it wasn’t for the long wait time, I would give five stars. Everything else was beyond expectations. As a plus size person, I’m used to not really receiving great care. I get brushed off a lot and my symptoms are often secondary to being shamed for my weight. I pretty much go into any medical appointment with low expectations and my guard way up.But my fears were unnecessary because all of the staff were amazing. Mariam and Salina were so friendly and kind, listened and showed empathy for my situation, and helped me feel at ease while in their care. And then Dr. Q came in and he set the bar for all future doctors. He listened, asked great clarifying questions, and showed compassion and understanding far beyond what I ever expected. I felt seen and heard, and treated like a person and not just a number on a scale. He went above and beyond to figure out the meds, supplements, and the course of action that I would need to help me feel better.It was the most positive medical experience I’ve had in many many years, and while it might have taken some extra time out of my schedule, it was absolutely worth the wait.

I received excellent service at Michigan Urgent Care-Ferndale. The wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly, courteous and caring! PA/NP Alicia was EXCEPTIONAL! Her knowledge,skills and concern for her patients really showed and was greatly appreciated!! To top everything off, they sent in my prescriptions to the pharmacy of my choice and they were ready before I left! I highly recommend this facility!

I went in there for a PCR Covid test and they said they would call me with my results. They did not call, so I called and got there answering service( did not directly call them due to not seeing a phone number for the clinic). They took my information and said they had the results and would contact me. They did not and I called again with the same inquiry and told me that as soon as a clinician could give me my results, they would. They did not. So today, I went in and the receptionist gave me my results in just a minute by looking at her computer. It was that easy. Never going there again.

This is a great Urgent care. I was seen and diagnosed quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

I did not have an appointment, signed in at 9:00 a.m. and received service an hour later. Chelsea, the Receptionist was friendly and very helpful during registration. Jane, the Nurse was thorough and friendly during my visit. I highly recommend this Urgent Care location for all your urgent care needs including TB Testing. The environment is clean, there are two pen canisters- one for used pens and one for unused pens, and plenty of hand sanitizer.

I wish I could give 100 stars! I live about an hour away and travel to this area lot. So, this time while I was in town I hurt my back. I saw this Urgent Care on my way back to my friends house. I received excellent service from the staff. The only critique I have is I wish the front desk was a little more personable. However, the app I used to check in was excellent. I didnt have to touch any paperwork or pens. I was attended to by Jennifer the PA. She has an excellent bedside manner and was very helpful. Her knowledge, concern for my well-being, and skills were impeccable. She gave me everything I needed to get well, including writing a Rx. She demonstrated some stretches for me to do right in the room and she even printed off a picture of an OTC ointment (so Id know what it looked like). The two MAs that helped were great as well. It was a wonderful visit considering what I was there for. I will be back if I need an Urgent Care visit while Im in town. Thank you!!!!

This urgent care was really excellent. The PA was very knowledgeable the staff was attentive and very helpful. The wait wasnt long. I had to remember I was in urgent care, they treated me like I was their patient for years.

Jane, Salina & Dr Barbar Q - were EXCELLENT they handled me with care and kindness. Very professional I felt like I was with family. I would definitely refer this clinic to everyone I know. They didn’t rush …they listened and took good care of me.

I was completely out of medicine due to my incompetent doctors office. I was upset when I called Michigan Urgent Care and the lady who answered the phone calmed me down and showed me that she cared about what I was going through. She told me to schedule an appointment and come in the next morning. Sure enough I was there the next morning and I have my medicine. This place is awesome. Knowing that they are a phone call away. I will not have to worry again.

I made an appt online @930am. Next avail appt was 1pm, I went in little after 12pm... I wasnt seen until almost 3pm, because walk ins are seen before people that have scheduled appointments... unbelievable! I should have gone in at 10am to be seen sooner. Please on your website to advertise... skip the lines and make an appointment...WHAT A JOKE!

I’ve never had a good experience here, their scheduling system honestly makes no sense, either have the ability to make appointments or don’t. The processing is confusing and if you’re not feeling good it’s not going to make you feel any better.

Dr.Q/Jane/Olivia/Holly fantastic team of people that took care of me. They were quick but still professional and fun. they took one look at the issue and came up with a very thorough plan/procedure and executed it flawlessly. Will be making this my go to urgent care.

Just moved to Detroit and really needed a place to go. I’m really glad I chose this spot. Very pleasant, friendly people and a very pleasant experience despite the health issues part. It did take a minute to go back, and they said they were understaffed, but other than the timing you would think they had a full team because the people there were on top of everything.

Thanks for all you do. The wait was long (90 minutes after our appointment time) but the nurse and physician’s assistant were outstanding.

THEY CHARGE $200 FOR COVID TESTINGIf you dont have insurance, when infact the federal government covers it if you are uninsured. Two hundred dollars out of pocket, is insane when people are dying and I just told you I work in childcare. This is illegal and highly unethical, which makes me question everything they do here.

I came here on a whim because I was feeling awful but the next time something goes wrong, I will be back. Ill refer anyone I know to them as well. I needed to be seen quickly to check an urgent matter out. I called ahead to ask specific questions, spoke to a Tiffany, and she was so sweet and helpful, not to mention thorough. I arrived; registration process was quick and easy. The MA and PA I had were both amazing (I unfortunately forgot their names), quick, thorough, kind, and comforting through what was an embarrassing and humiliating ordeal for me.The facility was very sterile and organized, and ran like a finely tuned engine. I truly appreciated every aspect of my visit. I will definitely use them again for my go-to urgent care needs, and will recommend them to all of my people.I used to help run Urgent Care facilities, and highly, highly recommend this clinic.

This location is very clean and friendly...plus its great to be able to book appointments in advance online at their website. That saves a lot of wait time.Recently I have been seen for a knee injury by their main PA: Babar Q, and the MAs: Jane R and Shamika H. They all did an excellent job in making me feel comfortable, and gave me a lot of information about my injury/continuing care options/referrals/meds.I feel they are outstanding and not just doing their jobs...they show real caring & support. We are fortunate to have this valuable medical resource in Ferndale!!

Needed urgent care (duh!) and this was the closest place to my house. The office staff, the triage nurse and the doctor were all exceptional at their jobs, were very personable and made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I mean, I actually broke down crying in front of the doctor and she was so kind and reassuring, even gave me some statistics to put my mind at ease. I left the office with all the information I needed to get better as fast as possible, and felt very pleased that a place I had never been to before is a place I would go to all the time. Hopefully I won’t need to frequent an urgent care facility ever again, but if I do, I will be back.

I went into Urgent Care on 7/1 to address an undiagnosed medical condition that causes severe rash and swelling. Id been there almost exactly one year prior and my provider, Babar Q. immediately remembered my situation and provided me with the best care Ive received of any doctor. Instead of solely addressing the immediate and sending me on my way, he truly took his time, discussed and analyzed my medical history, gave me a solid diagnosis, and provided clear follow-up instructions to move forward with my regular providers. His approach was holistic and I could tell his priority is the overall wellness of his patients. In reviewing my situation, he also allowed student doctor, Syed, the space to come to his own conclusions (which were spot on) regarding my concerns and care needs. I was also seen by MA Shamika H. who I could tell genuinely gave her best and was invested in my care. I know this is a long review, but I truly appreciate them. I have already seen improvements in my health since my visit. As long as this team is there, I will never go to another Urgent Care. I am so grateful, thank you so much!

Front desk staff was friendly and upfront about possible wait time. The Medical Assistants Olivia and Salina were thorough and took their time and worked with care. PA Qadri was personable & knowledgeable, he even made sure to involve their Wayne State student Haley while caring for me. The wait time was to be expected as I was the last patient of the day and all staff were very friendly despite being there past closing.

The office was fast and efficient. When I entered the room it was clean everyone was very comforting and explained everything in detail.

Very professional, only 20 minutes off appt. time. RN, PA and front staff were very polite.

I went online and booked the 10 am appointment for the PCR testing. I had to wait 40-45 mins. in the lobby. There were three people on staff - the receptionist, nurse, and doctor.My blood pressure shot up in exam room due to stress of waiting and being anxious for 40-45 mins. ; my blood pressure is normally 117/80 to 137/88.The nurse let in the woman with a sick male child who looked about 7 yrs old. The dr. let in an elder man for him to discuss his medical paperwork. Both adults came in after my appt.Three stars due to 40-45 mins delay with 10 am appointment. It would have been 5 stars if two walk ins did not come in after me.I do give extra credit to the doctor who put my PCR test on priority for me to get my results within 1-3 days instead of 4 days.

This Urgent care was amazing, they actually took time to figure out what the problem was and were very detail oriented. In addition they were all so friendly and kind, honestly I was shocked especially with all the COVID cases they are facing to be so positive was truly amazing! 2.5 hour wait to been seen for a burn on my hands. After waiting 2.5 hours the doctor tells me to go to my local drug store and buy some over the counter ointment. Talk about a total waste of time. To their credit the staff were very friendly and pleasant. Never again

I like this Urgent Care but they should reconsider that lady that’s at the desk right now. Very abrasive which isn’t good when people come in already down more than likely sick no one wants to deal with the attitude she caused someone to walk out today

Went in for a clogged ear back in November. Spent less than an hour total in the actual room. They billed my insurance over $600 for a new patient visit and to clear my ear, then prescribed 3 different things, one of which were ear drops that cost over $200 WITH my insurance. I just received the bill a few weeks ago. Absolutely unreal. Will not come back to this location again.

I have been there twice, Ive seen Dr. Babar Qadri and PA Syed both exceptional. If they had their own practice I would be their patient.

It was a wild wait but eventually I got in. Took around 15 minutes at the most for a swab, and the nurses were cool as heck! Waiting is probably the worst part of this place but give them a break. They’re trying their best to maintain the chaos created from last year.

First, they didnt have good mask adherence during the pandemic.They were unable to see me within an hour of my appointment, which was the first appointment scheduled that morning, and then billed me over $200 for an appointment they couldn’t keep.Avoid these creeps.Update: the billing center for this urgent care conglomerate, HQ’d way off in Arizona, was able to see this predatory scheme for what it was and waived the nonsensical charges after I spent another hour on the phone with them. Still a huge headache, and I went in with a footache!

They were clearly busy, and it appeared there was only one nurse practitioner working at the time. Everyone was super nice and friendly, but the wait time was extra long.

My Husband and I went to this Urgent Care because he was showing symptoms of Covid. We waited 20 minutes to be seen which is not bad. We were able to to get a rapid test and the results came back in 15mins. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this urgent care.

For a covid test, the team at Michigan Urgent Care Ferndale was professional and accommodating. Olivia went above and beyond, making sure to answer all my questions, as well as administering the test which was painless and prompt. I will definitely return to Michigan Urgent Care Ferndale for my urgent care and testing needs.

I got there close to the time they opened and the wait was longer than expected (over an hour and a half in pain). However, with the exception of the lady at the front desk, everyone was really nice. I came in with an embarrassing issue and they made me feel so comfortable. They were very accommodating to my needs and the treatment helped me feel better. They were sympathetic to my condition and explained the next steps thoroughly. I think I had Dr Q and another doc in training - both were fantastic!

Doctor Qadri was fantastic, he took great care of me when I was in a lot of pain. His medical assistant, Del, was also very good with me. Overall, I had a great experience here. Thank you guys, much appreciated. (Robin, Olivia, Anabelle as well)

Made an appointment at 5 pm just to get a COVID test but I was not seen until 7:45 pm. There’s really no point in making an appointment.

False advertisement. Waited for an hour for a rapid Covid test to be told they don’t do rapid Covid testing. Tried calling multiple times and no answer. Was also told they would come out to car and not to come inside but ended up having to go inside twice.

Friendly staff, worked quickly. They gave me a copy ofmy xray and explained my condition thoroughly.

Its fast when you use the app. But staff is great and treat you with care.

I went into Michigan Urgent Care on a Tuesday nite. I was in and out within a hour. Friendly and Clean.l will go back for sure.Q is a amazing Dr. Very smart,informed and easy to talk too

I called to receive a TB test for my employer. Based on the hours listed, I should not have been turned away. I called more than two hours before closing. The receptionist proceeded to tell that me she could not make next day appointments and that I needed to go online. The option to make an appointment for a TB was not listed.

My first time here and Im so please with the amount of concern from all the staff and I was very inspired by the PA Q he gave me the amount of comfort thats needed between patient and the professional he was concern about what was going on with me set down and listen then explained everything..I been looking for a good loving caring urget care doctor that really care about saving live like my medical doctor does now I feel safe.with my medical needs I will definitely be making this my urgent care office they will be my first responders
