I usually hate going to the dentist but I’ve never had a bad experience at Hilton Progressive. Every person working there is kind and professional. They do their best to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

From Michelle at the front desk, the dental hygienists/assistants Sarah and Taniya, and Dr. Bartolovic, every one was super helpful, knowledgeable, nice, accommodating, and made an effort to help you understand everything that’s going on from the x-rays to the insurance. The best dentist office experience I’ve had. The massage chair I got to sit in was an added bonus, too.

The whole team is great. They are friendly and professional. I would highly recommend checking them out.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in 10+ years before coming here. I needed 10 fillings and Dr. Dave made it a very tolerable experience and dare I say I actually had some fun watching Youtube during the procedures. The receptionists always have some jokes to tell and the hygienist is super kind and friendly. I’ve been back on a regular schedule with the dentist now and I’m so glad I found this place.

I love the staff and Dr. Dave! They are so fun and friendly. They also play great music, not boring elevator music. They are always up front with costs and make sure you are clear on what you’ll have to pay. Love them so much I referred my mom!

One of the best experiences Ive had at a dentist appointment. All the staff I encountered were friendly and efficient. My dental hygienist Danielle did a great job and taught me how to improve my flossing technique. Dr. Dave was great, they took photos of some areas of concern and he walked me through what was concerning and possible treatment options. They did offer some elective products, but I never felt pressured to buy them. Will definitely be coming back.

I started going to this dentist last year. They have been warm and welcoming in every visit. I even woke up late one morning on an appointment and was 20min. Late and they were were still able to accommodate for me. Dr. Dave is a super cool guy and can tell he really cares about being his best every day. They have massagers on the dentist chair, which helps with longer appointments when youre stressing...or getting a root canal. Michelle in customer service really helped making sure to schedule appointments around my dental coverage and has been a huge help. Im definitely going to keep coming here:-)

Ive been seeing Doctor Dave for well over ten years now at different locations. Hes an excellent dentist who does a fantastic job with fillings, crowns and implants. His new office is cozy and comfortable and has great dental technology that is very impressive. His staff always makes me feel welcome when I walk in the door, Im a lifelong patient...I wont go anywhere else.

Hilton Progressive Dental is a very modern office with a knowledgeable and friendly staff! Dr. Dave and the rest of staff had me feeling confident and satisfied after my appointment! I will definitely be back in the future.

My wife scheduled an appointment here, and gave all of our insurance policy info (policy name, ID, etc.) while setting up the appointment. However, when I showed up for the appointment this morning (after I had to fill out my new patient form again, because they didn’t receive the online form I had already filled out on their website) they informed me they couldn’t take my insurance. No apologies, just here is your card back. Obviously I didn’t make it back to the dentist so I can’t evaluate that part of the experience, but the business half of the practice leaves a lot to be desired.

Best dental experience Ive ever had. The office is like a fancy hotel, oil diffuser, candles, coffee, and tea. The dental work chairs have a massage option . Everyone was very kind and continuously checked on my dentist anxiety and made me so comfortable! Awesome office and staff!

If you’re looking for a dentist you can look forward to going to, you can stop here. Dr. Dave is a class act with a great sense of humor who tells it like it is. He’s also a family man and that becomes clear when you see the way he treats his staff and patients. Speaking of staff, I’ve had someone different check my teeth each time I’ve been in and they’ve all been pleasant. The waiting room is comfortable with everything you’d expect (and more) and there’s good music playing throughout the office. On my first appointment, I asked about whitening options for my wedding coming up and was gifted some white strips on my way out. All in all, it’s a great operation and I’m really glad I stumbled upon it after moving to Ferndale.

After 30+ years of miserable experiences at the dentist I have finally found a place that actually makes it quite pleasant to attend. The entire staff including the receptionist, hygienists and the doctor himself are all very friendly and seem to genuinely care about the condition of my teeth. Some other little things that stand out are the following:They send you a text reminder the week of your appointment andthe office is in a very convenient location with ample parking and minimal traffic.

I came here as a new patient for a cleaning and the entire experience was great. A few weeks later I was having some tooth pain so I called to make an appointment and they told me to come in right away even though they were about to close, it wasnt treated as an appointment it was more just that they were honestly concerned about my tooth and wanted to make sure nothing serious was happening, I was in and out within a half hour. Ive always hated going to the dentist and would put visits off for as long as I could, but I wont be doing that anymore.

Going to the dentist can be really horrible, I tried a few offices when I moved to the areaAnd was very pleasantly surprised when J tried Hilton Progressive Dental. The doctor is very nice and my hygienist was helpful giving tips for brushing and flossing rather than guilting me. Glad I found a dentist I dont dread coming back to! Definitely recommend checking this spot out if you’re in the market for a dentist.

I absolutely love everything about Hilton. The staff is kind, welcoming and treat us genuine respect. On two occasions they were able to see me the same day for emergencies, and called me back before opening hours when I left a message.Today I brought my 3 year old daughter to have her first dental exam/cleaning, it could not have gone better. Dr. Dave and his entire staff, from Michelle at the desk (who is always accommodating with appointments and transparent when it comes to billing), Danielle the hygienist, Heather the assistant (who always helps calm me down), to Rebecca the office manager, are exceptionally friendly, compassionate and reasonable when dealing with me and any issues that come up.The entire office is quick to respond to any concern from scheduling appointments, to payments and services.Dr. Dave is personable, knowledgable, friendly and compassionate when dealing with me, so I can only imagine that he would be the same with the rest of his patients.

They are awesome. Front desk staff is cheerful and greets you upon entry. They have water / coffee in case you need some for those early morning appointments! We were late and they still got us in and took care of everything. Dr. Dave is easygoing and supportive of his patients, he took the time to explain everything in detail, answer all questions, and made my girl comfortable with the procedures that he needed to do. The prices are not astronomical, and they even called the next day to see how she was feeling (wisdom teeth out). Very pleasant experience, and thats so super rare these days! Make them your go-to for dentistry. Thank you guys so much!

I had to call to cancel an appointment 4 different times. They confused my account with someone else’s and had my address saved on SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT. The person I spoke with on the phone had an “I don’t care” attitude on the phone each time I called and tried to place blame on people when she couldn’t handle her job. The hygienist and dentist were nice but for what the customer service was lacking nothing could make up for how rude and uncomfortable I have been made to feel time and time again. Don’t trust these people with your information!

I LOVE HILTON PROGRESSIVE! The entire staff is A+++! State of the art equipment too! Michelle is great about figuring out how much things will cost, with insurance. My girls: Heather, Danielle + Michelle....you are the best and work as a great team! You make me laugh and i love your unique personalities. I actually look forward to going to the dentist to see you! Whaaaat!?!? Yes i do!I was very nervous to have my wisdom teeth pulled. I’d been putting it off for years. Dr. B and I had been talking about music right before the procedure, and we liked the same music. This one tooth was so stubborn in coming out, and i started getting a little freaked out, so he started singing Stone Temple Pilots songs to me while he got it out. I am so relieved to finally find a dentist around here!! I have been searching for years and havent had any luck. I am afraid of the dentist and usually hate going, but Dr. Dave didnt make me feel rushed and explained everything to me in great detail. They have massaging dental chairs, salt lamps and essential oil diffusers. I loved that! The office is really nice and everyone working was welcoming and kind. I had an emergency situation and they were able to get me in on the same day, which is actually how I ended up there in the first place. Glad I did though!

I am very afraid of dentists, dentist offices, basically the whole deal. I went to Dr David after being referred by a friend and I am so glad that I did! The office staff was very cheerful and nice. Dr David and the Office Manager, Rebecca explained everything to me beforehand, the visit went at my pace if I needed a break to chill out, we took a break. They really listened to me and I what I had to say. One aspect that is very important to me is that I did not feel judged at all. Heather took x-rays of my teeth and was very patient when I kept letting go of the device even though I was trying hard not to. I will be bringing my husband here, as well as referring everyone I know to this office!
