While looking for a new stylist I received a few really bad haircuts. My hair was choppy and uneven, I couldn’t stand it. I decided to come here because the reviews were so good and I was not disappointed. She took the time to listen and helped fix my hair. She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. My hair feels so much healthier, my layers and framing are perfect, and she didn’t need to take off much length to make it all happen. I will be a return customer. I trust her with my hair.

Helen is the best! I only saw her every couple months but she always did a great job. I recently moved and was able to get in the day before my big move. I hate finding a new hairdresser so made sure I got to see her before departing for the works.

Nice friendly staff. Great service. Only came in for a shampoo and hair dry. Did a good job washing my hair. The two star is for the price. They charged me $20. Will try to find somewhere cheaper

Best stylists in Federal Way. Whoever that nasty person who slammed these ladies on Yelp is an idiot. I have watched these ladies work with elderly and disabled ladies in their salon. Helen and Dolly are the most compassionate, caring and skilled stylists I have EVER encountered. Their new shop is clean and inviting and their prices are reasonable.

My regular spot for several years. Ive even been taking my 3 year old son since his first hair cut. They are great with kids and i wont let anyone else cut my hair.

They have a horrible haircut experience. Actually Im a regular customer and today I experienced an awful service. And the last previews they service me for eyebrow waxing was bad as in super bad. My skin was burn and some skin to my eyebrows was peeled off and their like your fine but me Im not fine. Their not even refund my money. Next time I wont go to that haircut salon next time. Super bad experience.

This is a great place if you are ASIAN and have thick, corse hair, we drive out from Lakewood to take my mom here. My son, husband and myself have also gone here when we lived near the salon and had no complaints, I have rather thin/normal hair and we only have had hair cuts.
