I was looking for a great nail place to go to, I saw great reviews for this salon and decided to make an appointment. I was not disappointed! As soon as you walk in, youre welcomed, they take your temperature and send you to wash you hands. Everything is very clean and sanitized. I had my eyebrows waxed, came out great! My tech was super nice, but I feel so bad I forgot her name :(. She was amazing!!! Not only sweet and nice, but very good! She did a refill and gel polish. She gave a wonderful pedicure and got to have a fantastic chair massage. My experience was so great!

This place is the best!!! Ive been going here since they opened hoping to find a place I could become a repeat customer! Even before coronavirus, this place was always clean. I went a week ago after they reopened with social distancing guidelines in place and I still felt super comfortable. Ive recommended to several friends who have also become repeat customers! I highly recommend!

A salon in Tacoma changed their hours with no notice to our wedding party. We called Dolce Nail Spa from the locked door of said salon on Sunday of a holiday weekend. They took us in with no problem, made us feel so welcome, and did such an amazing job on our nails. It has been 2 weeks, we are back home in Florida and were still talking about our experience... with perfectly manicured nails. Thank you for saving the day ladies!!

There are so many nail salons to choose from out here, but this place has earned my business and theyre always my first choice. The salon is large and always busy, but Ive never had to wait more than a few minutes for a technician. The employees here are friendly and do a great job, and the owner, makes a point of coming around to get to know repeat customers. All in all, the prices are competitive and I feel like I get special attention here. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! They are all so nice! Flower always does my pedicure- she takes her time and always does a great job! Free parking with validation and complimentary waters and chocolates. Their prices are also very fair.

My fiancé, son & I have been going to then since 2013. This place has always been EXCELLENT in the service & professionalism they provide. I recommend them to any and all for manicures & pedicures. Im sure theyre great at other services they provide as well. My most recently serviced me while there and Im very pleased. If possible Id like to have her to give me manicures & pedicures every time! Im typing as Im leaving the salon. I absolutely loved this place. This was my first time and they made such a great impression and Ill definitely be coming back! Lily gave me the absolute best ombré manicure Ive ever received. The staff was very kind and professional and offering wine or water to drink was a huge plus. The space was also kept clean and nice, overall atmosphere was great. Try this place, you wont be disappointed.

This is the best nail salon in town. Its quick, quality, comfortable and accommodating. The owner is a dream. She has done my dip mani and gel pedi to perfection every time - and I tend to be very OCD and picky. Well worth whatever you spend.. She will help you make your reservations when you call-in, is so friendly, and goes above and beyond.

This was my first time coming to this shop. They did a full set for me with extra designs and it was absolutely amazing. Super precise and took her time. My pedicure was very delicate and took her time as well. Prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. Ill be back.

The manager did my fill in today and did an amazing job... very patient and sweet. Will ask for her again. I got the mood changing polish and love it! (Nails look better in person than in the pictures because of the angle)

The owner did my gel manicure and I loved it !! She was so sweet as well. A little on the pricey side but I love it and its convenient for me. They also offer you water upon entry. Definitely going back. Also when you check in they give you a little discount its nice lol

Hands down the best acrylics Ive ever had done. I started getting my nails done sporadically about two years ago but never really bothered to get fills, didnt seem worth it. After a recommendation from a friend I decided to try this place. Since that first time Ive had the same set filled 3 times by the manager and I dont ever see myself going anywhere else. Now I actually look forward to getting them done regularly and excited about what design Im gonna do next! She is so awesome and talented, I can walk in with any picture and if its within her ability shell do it. Her attention to detail is the best part. The studio is also clean, they have a lot of choices for gel and regular polish, and its a very friendly atmosphere. Great music as well!

I love coming here. The staff is always sweet, friendly, and attentive. Ive walked in and they always take me in within a matter of minutes and Ive called in and they are always available for a last minute appt despite how busy they may be.

AMAZING!! I have getting my nails done for years and for all of us it is hard to find a good technician. I was in desperate need and my nail technician wasnt available. The salon is very clean and very pretty. The women who work here are so sweet and friendly. The lady who did my nails really took her time and my nails look incredibly neat. This place is very short staffed to begin with I got a regular pedicure and shellac nails my appointment was at 2pm and I left almost at 5pm, it has just been one week and the shellac started peeling this has never happened to me at any other nail place I’ve been too they didn’t explain their prices and I feel they are very over priced for the quality of materials they use

I only had to wait a little long but the service was worth it. I came in for a new set of acrylics and i showed them what I wanted and they did exactly what i showed. They took their time and I love them

This has been my go to nail salon during quarantine. They have such great customer service and they work hard for their customers. They welcome everyone. Women, men and children of all backgrounds and they give you the service and care you deserve. The owner is so professional. SHes working all day taking calls and assisting his staff with polish removal and seating customers. Im very impressed with their service and quality. Ive come to trust them and depend on them for my mani and pedis. They take appointments all day and work to serve as many as they can. If youre looking for a salon downtown this is the place for you.

I’ve gone to this nail salon a total of four times now. The first three times I was served right away, but was always served near the back even though there were chairs open near the front windows. Once they conversed with me, they opened up and we’re trusting and friendly. The fourth time I had an appointment and the salon was full. I walked in with another customer who was white and she did not have an appointment. She was taken first, while I just sat there. I was willing to overlook being sat in the back because the quality was good and the salon is near my home, then the obvious racial preference made me so uncomfortable I left.

All I can say is WOW. My experience here was wonderful because the customer service is amazing. The employees truly care about your nail health, not just making a quick buck. I had my classic pedicure and gel manicure yesterday and the experience took less than two hours. Price are reasonable and Ill be back.

I asked for a gel fill, and saw the tech pulling out acrylic. I said I didnt want acrylic. She used acrylic anyway. I was charged $45 for a gel overlay french tip. Theyre crooked, not the color I chose, not the product I chose.The nail itself is crooked.Additionally, they were using used nail files that still had nail residue from previous clients.Just a rushed job to try to get on to the next customer.

Been going to the owner for about 4 months now her work never fails to impress me! Shes super passionate with her work and does any design you want plus shes fast! Ive always been very specific and picky with my nails and she SLAYS every time. I always did acrylic nails but she introduced me to Dipping nails which is healthier and lasts 10x longer! I highly recommend. You will fall in love.

Definitely recommend Vivian! My nails lasted 3 weeks and that NEVER happens. I was able to call get an appointment same day. I also got my lip waxed and everything was done in a good amount of time.

But really, my gel manicure lasted so well. 2.5 weeks later and I have zero lifting, no cracking, and I use my hands a lot! Ive washed many dishes, lots of typing and I have dogs and work in a pharmacy. Best manicure Ive had, and I will definitely be returning. Loved my Apres nails Super cute place got eyebrows done as well . They do waxing. Great pedi I took my toddler and they were very attentive to him. Everyone here is really really good they all can do anything and everything....... I am very Happy with the service and lasting mani and pedis! And now just got a full set and gel almond shape with design! Love it .... I am a regular now! Also very clean... Most importantly! They are all really good at what they do and are fast. Hard to find a good thing like this in downtown la. So happy we have one! I dont have to drive out to the suburbs for Beverly Hills to get quality like this. Love my nails!! I had an appointment at 12:30 and was done by 1:10! I recently had a manicure so I just wanted a gel polish change. The nail tech picked the color for me and suggested I got white tips. Im happy I went with her suggestion because these are super cute!!

Don’t be fooled by the size of this nail salon! It is small, but the technicians who work here are the best of the best. I have followed them from other nail salons because they simply do the best work. If you’re looking for nail artists who do the best shapes, designs, and are up to date on the different styles - go see them! I love how they always ask about me and my family. Does anyone know where T went? Since T and the original girls left I do not like getting my nails done here and I don’t like the services I’ve received. Before I felt like I was pampered and not rushed and I really enjoyed my experience. But since T and the original girls are gone, like their licenses are no longer on the wall or anything, I haven’t enjoyed my experiences since.
