Im one year post rotator cuff repair and all is BETTER than I could have imagined. In 2020, I sustained a complete tear of TWO tendons after lifting a heavy suitcase ...and had limited function, very little sleep, and a LOT of pain. Surgery at PSH was organized and very caring. I emerged with Dr. Coxs shoulder carrier, which was a part of my life for 6 weeks as I started the healing process. Dr. Cox explained everything, even to the point of warning me about post surgery pain and what to expect. His team at TRM took over with my rehab at about 8 weeks post... and I got better every week. One year post- my scars are barely detectable, I have full strength and range of motion, and ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN. Amazing. Highly recommend Dr. Cox. He cares about his patients and has great success!

Very happy with Dr Cox’s knowledge, talent, and care. Only reason for four stars is that I would have liked to have seen him more in my aftercare. After the first post surgery appt, I didn’t see him until I had a setback a year later. There were two employees who I saw at each aftercare appt, not MDs. I didn’t have a problem with them, but I wanted to see my Dr when I was still his patient after surgery.I do highly recommend Dr. Cox for shoulder surgery. Just don’t expect to see him much afterwards.

Dr. Cox performed a total replacement of my left shoulder and it has responded really well. I’ll be able to do most anything with my left shoulder again once rehab is finished. Previously, Dr. Cox repaired a rotator cuff tear in my right shoulder and I now have no pain and can perform physical activities with it. Dr. Cox has an outstanding reputation for surgical shoulder repairs and I personally know why!
