I love it here! I hate feeling uncomfortable when at the doctors but they don’t let you feel that way. Every employee is so kind and made me feel important like a human. Which means so much to the visit! I absolutely LOVE the doctor she told me everything she was doing as she did it, explaining what everything meant and was used for. I was in and out within a hour both times is have gone.

Wow! I’m so pleased. When I look for a doctor or specialist, I’m looking for the best of the best when it comes to health care. Dr. Beal was so thorough and explained everything that she was doing during the exam and why, answered all of my question and told me what her course of action was with me next. All of this and a wonderful bedside manner, you can tell she truly cares. So if your looking at reviews like I do, I don’t think you’ll need to scroll past this one. I’m so happy I found her.

They drag out every inquiry and admission into this clinic way longer than they should have. Something that should take 2 sessions is going over a month now. BUT the worst part is the doctor refused to answer patient questions during the visit because that wasnt part of why the patient was visiting. Its honestly negligence throughout the whole clinic and they should be re-educated

My Doctor referred me to Sandhills Womans Wellness, and they called and made my appointment back in October this year, this morning I was there for my 8 am appointment before work, as they suggested, and was treated very poorly by the woman at receiving desk, she said she was manager, she treated everyone politely except for me, and said she didnt know when they would take me back, or when I could be out (had to be at work at 9:30, ten minutes away) she came out and gave my referral back to me, and wished me a good day, I am contacting my primary Doc to let him know, and I would never recommend this place☹️👎👎👎

NEVER AGAIN!! Went in for a pap everyone was nice until I get to see the doctor! I waited undressed on the table for 30 minutes before even being seen!! Strike1!! NEVER IN MY LIFE have I been told that since I’m a big woman that a DOCTOR would need a NURSE assist my pap VERY uncomfortable situation!! Strike 2!! She basically rushed through everything that I wasn’t even able to talk to her about any of my concerns yet I heard her having a long conversation with another patient while I waited!! Strike 3!! My husband pays too much in health insurance for this kind of negligent care!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dr. Beal is amazing! Staff is kind and non judgmental. Love this office. I will be coming back as long as they are there.

I love this doctors office the staff is wonderful and the doctor is efficient and polite. Her you spend time with the doctor not the assistant which allows you to ask questions directly to the doctor. Amen

I was a patient of Dr Beal’s for a few months, when I called today & was told that she has decided to stop accepting Tricare insurance, due to the issues they’ve been having with them. I had blood work done & a Pap smear that they never gave me results from. The front desk is horrible trying to make an appointment with. They had to cancel/reschedule 2 of my appointments within a few months due to scheduling errors. They “promise” to call you within a certain time frame & never do. I had an appointment well over a month ago to get my IUD removed, but I had to be the one to call and ask if I was still to come to the appointment due to Tricare not paying my bills. I was told no. I’m sorry but I’m the patient, I shouldn’t be the one to call and ask. So they told me they would call me in 2 weeks whether Tricare had paid my bills or not.. I never heard from them. When I called today, I was given an attitude & told that they were closed for 2 weeks so that’s why I haven’t heard from them. But it has been over a month since then! So now I have to find a new doctor that accepts my insurance quickly due to needing my birth control removed in the next 2 months. Horrible practice. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dr Beal has been my doctor for longer than I can remember. She is a very knowledgeable doctor and stays abreast of health issues, especially those related to her practice. Dr Beal’s character is exemplified through the outstanding care she gives her patients, medical excellence , the staff in her office and her Christian belief. I would recommend her highly as a doctor!

I havent had one on one experience with the doctor but I do have enough experience with the front desk or medical assistant and they are rude and disrespectful. As someone who wanted information and had questions it seems as if they expected me to know everything already. I dont know if its just a bad day when I spoke to them or just get but both times she seemed like I was inconveniencing her to do her actual job which was to schedule a consultation. Customer service is a big deal no matter what degree you have under your belt.

Dr. Beal is okay, I started seeing her early this year, she diagnosed me with a condition and had me coming to see her every two weeks initially for results and then after that three months to do blood work. I went a month ago to get a second opinion and turns out I dont have the condition she diagnosed me with. I spent so much money on copays with her. Long story short always get a second opinion you never know when a doctor is trying to milk your insurance

Dr. Beal and her staff have all been very nice and friendly each time I go for my appointments. Dr. Beal discovered my vitamin B12 levels were low and I was tired a lot of the time. So I get B12 shots once a month and they seem to be helping. Dr. Beal and her staff are very concerned about their patients.
