Dr Farrell is by far one of my most favorite doctors I’ve ever been to. I always feel comfortable and heard when I have an appointment. I’m definitely that pregnant woman that has 10 million questions and she makes sure to answer every single one and check to make sure I understand before the end of the appointment. She’s incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I feel like my baby and I are in very safe hands with her. So thankful to have found her!

I was referred to Dr.Farrell by a Little Rock physician after relocating to Fayetteville, and found her to be delightful.Unfortunately when I approached the front deskin the practically empty waiting room, I was not greeted, recognized or acknowledged in any manner. There was not even any eye contact from any of the three young women working behind the counter. None of them was busy. .I waited to see how long it would take to be recognized and addressed only to eventually be asked if I had an appointment? What other possible reason would I have been there for? WIthout looking up, the woman then asked my birthdate etc., and keyed in the information to her computer without any other greeting or acknowledgement. I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior at a front desk of any other physicians office in my life. It was a very unwelcoming and poor first impression.When I checked out I received the same lack of attention. I stood waiting to be recognized before finally asking the young woman at the window if I needed to sign anything? She did not look at me when mumbling her response.I appreciate the opportunity to share my experience and hope that Dr. Farrell will address the issue with her staff.SIncerely,Susan Matthews

Dr. Rachel Farrell is awesome, she is very upbeat and knowledgeable. I was a new patient for her and I felt comfortable asking or talking to her about anything. She exceeded my expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Farrell is a gentle and reassuring woman. You should definitely give Willow Creek a shot. They are very kind towards you with any situation that your going through, whether it be good or unfortunate.

I have gone to 4 different OBGYNs and she is so kind, listens to your needs/wants, she is encouraging, upbeat, she will do everything she can to figure out what is going on if something is not right, and she is most definitely the one I want delivering my future kiddos. Dr. Rachel Farrell is awesome! She was so patient with me and listened. She was glad to answer any questions I had. The other staff members always treated me very nice. The office and rooms were clean. Im definitely glad I decided to go here and highly recommend it to other women. Especially young women who may be nervous about going to a OBGYN.

Dr Farrell is amazing. She was very insightful during my pregnancy and very patient in answering all my questions. She was very prompt and always tried to fit me into her busy schedule when ever I had concerns. Her calm and reassuring presence helped me a lot when I went into labor a month early. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Ferrell is one of the best doctors I have been to overall. She is kind and quick and she gets the job done, not to mention her nurse Lonnie is also wonderful and incredibly sweet. Everyone here is so warm and friendly. Dr Farrell is such an AMAZING doctor and she really does care for her patients! Ive been here twice already, and both times Dr Farrell and her sweet nurse made me feel very comfortable. They put me at ease and calmed me down to the point where I didnt run away when the needles came out ( which I usually do because I am TERRIFIED of needles).

Dr Farrell is extremely personal and helps you feel very comfortable! No one looks forward to annual exams, but she made it simple and much less awkward than other doctors have in the past! I highly recommend going to see Dr Farrell!

This was my first time at the Creekside Center for women for my annual checkup. Dr. Rachel Farrell was my doctor and she was extremely nice and caring. It was more like talking to a friend than a doctor. The whole process was quick, easy and painless. I will definitely come back and I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr. Farrell for almost a year. Every appointment I have she gets me in promptly. She is never to busy to make an appointment and she recognizes me when I come in and knows who I am. Her bedside manner is great. I would highly recommend her!

After years of being a patient of another physician I had to change physicians. I chose Dr Farrell . Dr Farrell and her staff were very friendly and competent. Dr. Farrell took time, made me feel comfortable and actually cared about why I was there. I have been a nurse for 24 years and it was quite refreshing to see a physician that genuinely cared about their patient.

Creekside is a wonderful clinic and the staff is amazing and always so nice. Dr. Farrell is the best there, shes always sweet and has the best advice. She was my Dr for my pregnancy with my son and she will be my Dr again for this pregnancy! Shes just amazing!
