If I knew the lady name that work in minute clinic on 7/23/21 in the morning. I would put her name in complaint horrible horrible service. I understand times are hard for those in medical profession. And want to honor those who put their lives on the line for the general public. But if your going to have a horrible attitude just stay home. Do us all a favor. Thank you!

Worst experience ever. Had to go into the clinic to scheduke an appointment for 4 hrs later. When we returned we were told our appointment was overlapped with another appointment and had been moved without us being informed. I then was expected to return a 3rd time to cancel the appointment. So we were there 3 times with no service. Huge disappointment!

For the most part it has been an awesome place to go. Our whole family will go there if needed. Sometimes it’s hard to get into our regular family doctor for things. So we will go to minute clinic .Of course it’s according to who is in there. But for the most part they have excellent PAS or NP .We’ve used pharmacy fir a long time . Those that witless in pharmacy have been great. Darnell, Tammy, jerry and a few others that work in pharmacy are great.

I was four minutes late after waiting in the car for over thirty minutes. The doctor that was there today closed the door and canceled my appointment. While I was standing there. Never in my life have I had to deal with such rudeness. I can sit in my car at times for over two hours waiting for an appointment. Never will I come back here again been coming here for years.

This place is amazing! I went in for a one time refill during the holidays when no one else could fit me in. There was a line and the kiosk wasnt working. We were all still seen in a timely manner and greeted with a smile by Kathryn Dries NP. She was friendly, efficient and thorough, reminded me about flu shots, and double checked on food and drug allergies, and medication history. In and out in no time and altogether an unexpectedly pleasant experience.

Dont waste your time at this place. Theyre so passively aggressively rude its almost annoying.

The minute clinic is fast and affordable..no insurance needed they treat minor illness and friendly doctors also its inside CVS so you can pick up your medication ...its so convenient...

The checkin online feature is a life and time saver! Its really easy to do and once you get there youre seen immediately. All the systems are connected so if you go to another location theyll have your history even if its your first time at that locations. Doctors were really nice and its much more convenient than sitting hours at some family physician office! Highly recommend!!

It is laidback. You may have to wait a bit but they have it to where they can text you when you are next in line. The female physician is nice and the workers greet you when you enter the store.

I just went to the MinuteClinic on Rockfish Rd and had a FABULOUS experience. Katie Dries was friendly, professional, informative, and thorough. She addressed my concern and went the extra mile, all while making sure my insurance would cover it and answering all questions that I had. She even reminded me about my Flu shot, which I went ahead and received. Excellent experience! I hope I wont need another dr visit for a while, but if I do - I will return to the MinuteClinic.

Unfortunately when I went here I was wrongly diagnosed and prescribed the wrong medication. I was specifically told I didn’t not have shingles then went to another doctor several days later after symptoms got worse and was told I had shingles.

Always awesome service and fast medicine turn around from the pharmacy.

I decided to go to this clinic after work today due to a very large, painful cyst that had been growing on my chest. I didn’t know much about it other than what I had seen online so I was expecting it to be another generic urgent care. The check in process was smooth and the nurse allowed me into her room with no wait time. She asked what was going on and I explained my situation for her. Then she asked for my license as well as my insurance (I do not have insurance). Then she asked me to sit on the table and that’s where she took my temperature and my blood pressure. Then she asked to see the problem area. I lifted my shirt for her to see and upon looking she said that it was an inflamed boil and then grabbed measuring tape presumably to record the size. Then she asked me to sit up and told me to try soaking in a warm bath to allow it to drain on its own and if this doesn’t work then I should go to an urgent care or my primary doctor to get it drained. Jokes on me because i thought this was an urgent care!! She took some notes and sent an rx to my pharmacy. Gave me a few sample packets of some ointment to put on if it opens and drains on its own and then charges $100! But for what?!! To take my temp and bp and tell me what a google search could’ve told me all along? I went there because I needed a resolve. This thing is painful and has been causing me to be extremely nauseous with no appetite. If this was something that couldn’t be effectively treated at this clinic hen why not tell me from the beginning instead of wasting my time and very hard earned money. The only positive thing I can say is that the nurse was very kind. But that does not make me feel any better about losing $100 and being told to go to a real urgent care to get it drained. What a waste!!! I will not recommend any minute clinic and i definitely won’t go back.
