They weren’t able to be flexible and accommodating military personnel to work with their schedule. I was running 5 minutes late to my appointment because had to return to my home because I forgot my slip, and they wouldn’t let me come in at all. Making me miss my entire appointment, and trying to make me reschedule. Guess what, asked Humana Military for a referral to another place.

Had a good first visit for insert fitting but couldn’t make my appointment to pick up so they’ve rescheduled 3 weeks out. When asked could I release them to pick up my inserts that are PAID IN FULL. They would not allow it but were happy to cancel my entire order all together. Waiting list for cancellation was an option but they enjoyed a good laugh because I asked. They’re not willing to accommodate patients regardless of situation. I walk in pain every day and I don’t appreciate your laughing. Very disappointed.

How do they order shoes when all they did was look at the size in the tongue of my shoes I had on and Im a first time client? Then tell me to make an appointment to pick them up. Bad first impression.

Admin staff is about one step up from being absolutely useless and unhelpful. They obviously have zero care. Sad.
