This is by far my favorite urgent care in Fayetteville. I’ve tried many other urgent cares that are closer to me and have been disappointed. The nurses and doctors here and kind and knowledgeable, which is something I have struggled to find. I have been here on multiple occasions for multiple different things, and have been treated well and adequately each time.

The staff went above and beyond to keep everyone safe! Nurse Practitioner Julia was caring and compassionate even curbside! She provided excellent advice during the pandemic.

This is the worst urgent care facility Ive been to. Staff was incredibly rude to me when I came before their new patient cut off time that was posted on the front door. The lady at the front desk told me they werent accepting new patients for the remainder of the night when I was a solid 45 min before new patient cut off time. I was basically refused service as someone who needed URGENT CARE! Do yourself a favor and go to another urgent care in town.

It you want to wait for a long time leave before you see a doctor and everyone else you interact with is asleep-THiS is your MEDICAL PROVIDER!!

We had a wonderful excellent experience and highly recommend to anyone who needs a walk in clinic. My son was diagnosed with the flu and the doctor went above and beyond to answer questions for prevention and gave me rx for the rest of my family in case we need it. Not all providers do that.
