Great group of staff and doctors are employed here. They are efficient and polite, I want to give a special thanks to my “spell checker” at the first desk. She was very busy while maintaining her professionalism and a smile! Thanks Concentra!

I am pleasantly surprised with this urgent care center. My total trip was about 2.5 hours, which I believe is pretty quick for an urgent care center. The building seemed very clean and sanitary. The staff was friendly and efficient.

I walked into a very professionally operated facility. Every employee working during my visit was kind. The wait time was around 15 minutes. Not bad for a walk in. The lady assisting me named Alicia Rodriguez, was the nicest nurse I have ever met in my life! She was so calm, gentle, and kind. Alicia was extremely professional and easy going. I rate my visit 5 stars and recommend their services to anyone in need.

Overall a very positive experience with great staff up front and in back. Yes, this is a very busy place (esp in our new normal covid days) but they seemed to handle the volume well. I visited recently during a late morning weekday for a comprehensive medical evaluation that was fairly long but done efficiently and in a matter that didnt seem nearly as long as it was. I was not there for urgent care or covid stuff so cannot speak on those services.The spaced seating as well as the enforced mask requirement should comfort any concerns about a busy waiting room. Although it was busy I never felt uncomfortable or felt the wait was exceptionally long, probably typical for this type of facility. The front desk staff worked efficiently and seemed to process the large volume of patients with ease. There was a decent amount of paperwork so please plan your visit accordingly.I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Rita who is one of the best medical professionals Ive ever encountered. She was personable and professional and worked quickly but thoroughly as if shed been seeing patients for years. Her personality and knowledge made me feel much more comfortable in a situation that wasnt the most pleasant. Dr. Charlot was also very personable with a sense of humor that put me at ease. He took time to explain things in laymans terms helping me understand some of the medical jargon.

The nurses did a good job with as many people that was there. But the doctor that seen me for my hearing results had no time to talk with me just told me to talk to my family doctor. I tried to ask him a question and he said the same thing again talk with my family doctor. But the nurses were great

I was released to go back to work the same day I was seen with an infected eye. Then was told to get a second opinion. How are you not sure of a treatment plan or what’s really wrong but you can definitely release someone back to work.

I arrived on a Monday due to have a drug test and physical done for a prospective employer upon arrival at 11am after waiting in line i was told there would be a 3hr wait and I had to sit in my car until called which I thought was crazy on a hot summer day who has the gas to just burn to keep a/c running for 3 hrs?? so I returned Tuesday morning at 745am before they even opened for which I was still 7th in line but service did move a little faster I guess I was there a total of 2hrs and did not have to wait in my car. Staff was nice and pleasant on that Tuesday I returned.

My appointment was at 11am I arrived 10:45am at first went smoothly then at 2:35pm she called my name Im thinking Im finally seeing the doctor NOOOOO SHE TELLS ME GO WAIT OUTSIDE IN MY CAR MIND YOU I ALREADY SAT INSIDE FOR 4 HOURS NOW GO OUTSIDE TO MY CAR ITS 100 DEGREES OKAY I SAT OUTSIDE TILL 5:25PM FINALLY SHE CALLS ME . NOW THE DOCTORS THERE ARE GREAT JUST NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR FRONT DESK PEOPLE THEY ARE VERY UNORGANIZED. BUT MY DOCTOR WAS GREAT HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB WOULD I RETURN AGAIN YES JUST BECAUSE OF THE DOCTORS THERE BUT THE FRONT STAFF PLEASE RETRAIN OR UPGRADE. THANK YOU.

Front desk staff is extremely rude. Wait times are extremely long. I got here at 8 when the opened and didn’t leave until 12. Also not willing to fill paperwork out for your job when the provider you saw is the one that recommended changes me done to better suit you. This place is a joke. They don’t care about you.

Good people, horrible structure and logistics. The operations staff need to do a better job of hiring staff to accommodate the demand. Come in early for an 11am appointment, dont get seen until after 1pm??? Absolutely unacceptable. As I said before, nice staff though!!!

I had a appointment at 9:00 am I was called to my evaluation after 11:00 am. Things were great once I got called. I just don’t think it’s right to have a appointment and take off work and then wait over 2 hrs before being seen!! The people doing the evaluation were great!!!

Waited 2 hours to be seen for 3 minutes. I had to have a hair follicle drug test completed. Patients arriving after me were seen before me. People arriving after 5pm (after the facility closed!) were seen before me. I was told at 5:15pm that I was next. 2 more people came in and were seen. I was called back at 5:50pm. 2-3 minutes to have my hair cut! Over 2 hours! I don’t mind waiting my turn but don’t take people arriving after me.

Staff is very professional and they have great customer service skills.

Got here at 11:30 , for a needle stick at work. I waited 2 hours to see the dr, and even longer to get my blood drawn. The dr i saw was very slow with everything he did. He was very nice as was the other staff but i won’t be retuning unless absolutely necessary.

The receptionist was extremely rude. She will hand you paperwork without explaining while expecting you to just know. When you ask a question pertaining whatever she cops an attitude as if your question just interrupted her whole entire day. However, the ladies in the back that collect the specimens are freaking amazing.

I had to go to Concentra Urgent Care for a drug test for my new job. Even though they where busy early in the am, the whole staff where professional and organize and was able to start getting us in and out of there. It didnt take long at all and it was pleasant 🤗💚💯

Ms shamika was really nice and helpful and clear on what everybody needed to do! The nurses were nice and the doctor was just as silly as could be. Had a great experience!

7/9/21 I waited for over 4 hrs to be seen for a DOT pre employment screening. Passed all the necessary tests. PA spotted on the questionnaire that I had a previous sleep study. I informed them that this very office ordered me to get that study 4 years ago (and they didn’t want to accept the results of the study-whole other story) and he said he would have to check because there’s no record of me ever holding a med card from them. Then when I refused to get a new sleep study he threatened me with disqualification and an attitude about how I need to find the paperwork stating the results of that study. This place is garbage, I will not return under any circumstances and patient beware if you choose this Concentra.

The staff was amazing. They were very informative and knowledgeable. The wait was short for how many people were there. Would definitely recommend.

Been getting DOT physicals here for years for years this time was exceptionally slow waiting on the doctor I nearly fell asleep Other than the long wait on the doctor everyone was friendly

I give this place 2 stars because the staff was nice. I work in healthcare. I’m WELL aware that not everything is wham bam. Trust me. Yet, when you wait 2 whole hours for a ppd, that’s a bit alarming. After 2 & a half hours they called me back & spent all of 60 seconds with me. Talking about upset?! I returned back 2 days later for the follow up. I waited a WHOLE hour for the TB reading, the air conditioner was broken & Im five months pregnant. I ended up going to the desk & asking them to read it up there. My back was sweating & I was super miserable. I’m aware & COMPLETELY understand the issues & the understaffing that takes place in the medical field. Yet somethings are an easy fix. Overall, the ladies were very nice & patient.

Practice great social distancing in the waiting room. Didn’t have to wait long at all and the process was smooth and easy

Service was extremely slow, waited over two hours for a routine drug screen. I was a walk in but it’s still a loooong time to wait!

The doctor was very unprofessional. As well as one of the patient care workers. Tried explaining my eye condition to the PCA and she seemed to know more about it than me and did not care about what I was informing her.

I was well taken care of with each and every one of my appointments with my attending PA and my Physical Therapists team. I have to thank the whole staff for providing me with the best of care.

Everyone there was really nice and pleasant. The only issues I had was I had been told it opened at 7:30 and I wasnt the only one to think that. I drank all this water to make sure I could pee for the test and it took them an hour before they let me pee thats was a bit uncomfortable. The staff was great though.

I was the first one there and it took hours just for a drug test also the Jamaican lady at the front desk asked people to stand outside when the seats filled in the lobby due to covid and that she will call them once the nurse was ready I heard four names called while I was waiting but the people were not inside the building and nobody stepped outside at all to call them smh I came here some years back and it was the same then

I had to sit in there for 3 hours just for a drug screen which resulted in me getting a UTI. They should know it’s dangerous for people to sit there holding their urine for that amount of time to just pee in a cup that takes 2 minutes. Poor experience, never want to go there again.

Physical Therapy was a true treat. Moyo was extremely knowledgeable and 1st class all the way. If I ever sustain another injury that needs a true professional therapist you better believe Ill be back to receive the services of Mrs Tillery. Fantastic.

Dont understand why you get to your facility at opening time for a random drug test and it takes over 90 minutes to complete

I’ve been to Concentra on several occasions due to job related testing. They are on top of their game when it comes to safety during the pandemic. They haven’t missed a beat when it involves courtesy, timeliness, and reporting. As a travel nurse, I have the option to choose any local lab when employer testing is needed. I always choose them because I know I won’t spend half of my day waiting in the office.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Unlike other testing facilities, they are not angry, disrespectful, or bias.

First time going to this company for drug screen. I had to wait a bit, but the whole process was organized.

Took over an hour just to do a drug test. Staff is more concerned about socializing rather than Doing their job. I feel sorry for the companies that waste their money here for simple tasks

I had to get a physical, drug test, labs for a new job. I went the first day at 1100 and was still wating at 130. Being told it would another 2 hours before getting called back. They sai i could come back in the morning if unable to wait. I returned the next morning at 730. I was yge 2nd oerson to check in. I was there 5 hours. Staff is nice however, they need help in managing the flow. They have mich paperwork to fill out for every test. Mismanaged for sure. It should never take 5 hours for a pt to be seen and services rendered. Its was like going to an emergency department. Very disappointing.

I showed up at 8:30 for a 9:00 appointment. I work nights so I took their earliest appointment. I wasnt seen until 10:20. Whats the point in making an appointment if you get seen just like the walk in customers.

I went in as a walk in. Really don’t matter if you have an appointment or not because the wait is the same. This place took forever when going there for a a physical exam, Urine Drug Screen and a TB test. I arrived there at approximately 11am and didn’t get seen until 2:30pm approximately. They have no organization. People were told that there wait will be 2-4 hours. Even with me taking physical off I thought I would save time but it still took forever. People who are being seen just for urine and TB should not be waiting as those with physicals are. They should be in an out with a Medical Assistant designated to do just those. No consistent communication between the staff and patients being seen. Someone with an appointment should never have to wait as long as those walking in. A patient with an appointment was told to come in the mornings or at the end of the day the “wait” is usually better. They need a plan that will allow them to run this office better. It can be done. Need someone who is willing to take the initiative and lead. I will never recommend anyone here. I will give a star because the Medical Assistant did apologize for the wait.

Very rude. Informative and they don’t care about your time and what you have to do afterwards. There was no urgency in a so called “urgent care”. Very insensitive girls at that fromt desk. Snobby attitude. This is a customer service based environment. Very very disappointed and will take it past this level of complaining. Borderline disgusting experience. Not referencing the building in itself. I’m saying disgusting disposition of employees. They need. $7/hr job obviously. They don’t value their careers. No way. You never know who is walking through this door or what stature of a person someone is. So let’s see

This place is ridiculous you cant schedule a physical and have to show up and wait. You cant leave while waiting. We waited 2 hours for them to tell us it would be another 2 hour wait. The ladies at the desks are extremely rude 100% do not use this concentra.

Waited two and a half hours just to take a drug test.

They were very attentive and provided lifesaving care to our family pet. Our pet was suffering from a sudden heart condition, which they were able to identify and help to provide options for our family. Thank you for helping our family

On 8/24/2020 I went into Concentra on Owen Drive in Fayetteville, NC with my 6 year old son to receive a drug screening at approximately 3:00pm. I was instructed I can wait inside or outside in my vehicle due to COVID and the risk especially with me having my child I decided it’ll be best if I waited outside in my vehicle for my child safety. At about 4:20 they called me to come into the building ask I was trying to answer the phone call my phone began to freeze up. So I grabbed my son and rushed into the building. I went to the desk where a man was in front of me speaking with the front desk clerk for about 2 minutes. I then approached the desk and told them I missed a call about a minute or two ago from them. Jacqui the front desk manager then told me they called several times and to have a seat. I began to show them I just recently missed the call and I was only contacted once. Rudely I was told to have a seat and wait for my name to be called. They then proceeded to call over 5 more people before me and I approached the desk again and asked about calling me they insisted I sit and wait in the waiting area again with a child and the circumstances were living in. They then called my name about 40 minutes later. Took me to another waiting room and called the rest of the people in the waiting room to the back and took them before seeing me, leaving my son and I the last ones in the building. I then began to question why was I being the last one seen Jacqui then went to the back and told her nurses “hurry up and get this lady out of here” very rudely. The nurse Rita called me to the back and I was still asking Jacqui why was I taken last Rita jumped in and said “whatever, put your bag in here” not asking me for identification or anything. I asked why was I being treated this way. And no one said a word so I grabbed my son and began to exit the building but I needed the test to be done due to home schooling my son and the hours of operation. So I turned around and took the test. Due to Rita being rude and me saying I don’t feel safe with her administering my test a lady named Michelle took over. I’ve never experienced nothing like this. Very unprofessional and tacky. Everyone was rude except Michelle. You would’ve thought I known these women and did something to them. Not only did they disrespect me but disregarded there was a child present. There was no sanitation in place, no one wiped down the chairs or cleaned the door handles. Just allowed people in with no precaution. The company has yet to call me back and I’m not sure why but I wonder if they had something to do with it. These are hard times we are living in and to play with someone’s employment isn’t cool not to mention HEALTH! II was the last patient seen 2 1/2 hours later and the last to exit the building when I was there before everyone else.

Checked in at 12 for a pre employment test. Was not put fully in the system until 2:10 pm. Did not get called back until 4pm. Was told they are really short staffed. Not a location I would say go to

I had came here for an appointment for Sanderson farms, I highly disagree with my experience here. They act like when I told them what was wrong with me , they just act like they didn’t care or act like they never had to deal with that kind of problem. I waited 2 and 1/2 hours just for them to tell me I’m all good. Didnt run no tests, didn’t do anything. More than likely I will not be going back.

Took quite a long time because of the amount of people being sent there for physicals and drug tests. Great staff though. Very professional.

I went Concentra Urgent Care for a urinalysis for a job. After giving my urine sample I was asked for my signature. After signing the nurse told me that is not a signature because she couldnt read it. She asked did they not teach cursive at my school and where was I from. Which Ive been out of school 35 years ago and when I was in school cursive was a requirement. I have even gotten compliments on my writing especially for being a male. The nurse actually erased the signature and asked me to write it again. Absurd. Ill never go back and most definitely not recommend that place to no one.

Everyone was polite, & professional but the wait time was way to long.I was sent for a random drug test and thought I was going to explode from holding itUpdate of review;I had another DOT physical exam here & the Folks Who work here (some for a very long time) Are still doing a great job!It does seem like they are under staffed for the volume of Patents though.The five stars are for the People Who work here, not for the facilities that seem too small for the volume of customers.I would highly recommend this place for anything they do.

When I arrive I was able to go in the back take a seat for 35-40 minutes get back up use the restroom after I finish I was called to go and take my urine test which I wasnt able to go again the lady say, your urine wasnt warm enough I need to have a seat back in the waiting area drink the bottled water and dont move, so I did what I was told 15/20 minutes later I had to go again but if I move I violated my drug test all I wanted was someone to export me to the restroom take off my coat empty my pocket so I can go again , I was told to remain seated and wait another 5 to 10 minutes!!

I was really pleases with the service, It was so good to see how the waiting room was really set to social distancing..I was expecting to be there for at least an hour or more, but once I completed my paperwork, the nurse buzzed me right in.... everyone was really professional and pleasant.... It was a very good experience...

The staff made the process seem well enough. They were pleasant and friendly throughout the entire process; although, because of t hff e issues with their repeated electronic system failing, some had missed their lunch break. My expected test time was 1.5 hours but extended to nearly 3 hours out of the office. Gratefully, I was paid but perhaps they may consider a backup system when that one fails. The representative that was assisting me had to call over the phone and the company kept her on hold for 30 minutes just to state she would have to fill out my forms manually to process with my urine. Again, the staff made the process bearable considering the circumstances and the point of my visit was still able to be completed.

It was a very professional experience!! Spacing distance was great and the ladies that worked at that office were very nice and got me in and out very professional in good time!! I was grateful. Thank you!

Worst medical facility I’ve visited. Staff were rude and very unorganized. And absolutely ridiculous long wait times for a physical... If i didn’t have to be forced to come here for work physicals i wouldn’t even bother coming. Seriously need to re-evaluate the check in process, and hire better staff. The nurse that assisted me through my process was on her phone scrolling and posting through Facebook the whole time. Audio gram process had to be done twice due to a lack of ensuring proper function before conducting the test. About the only thing that went pleasant was the final check up with the doctor, in and out. Overall... i rather go deal with the incompetence at WAMC before having to deal with Concentra.

The doctor that did my physical evaluation was unfair and made his judgment with no evidence. For the last 22 years I have been lifting 120 to 180 lb doors for a living, this doctor deemed i was unfit to lift 20 to 40 lbs, that it would be a problem. There was no physical examination of my back, just due to the fact Ive previously had two totally successful lower back surgeries Im deem unfit to do something lifting far less then I have been able to do. Yes I do have a problem with this

I would never again come back to this place I sat here for 6hr waiting to get a work physical 😩 I ended up leaving once the place was closed the front desk ladys have bad attitudes it was a all around bad experience and not worth the time horrible place to go .

Considering I was there at 8 when they opened it took over 3 hours to have a physical for DOT. As I’m waiting I’m watching people that signed in after me being taken to the back. It should have not happened like that at all some people didn’t have to get back in their car to wait like I had to and was in there waiting before most of the people that came in after me!!

This place is a JOKE! Was told I had an 8AM appointment. After getting there at 7:45AM I was not seen until 11am for a “physical”. The physical itself took 7 minutes tops! Then waited almost another hour to check out. There were 2 people cussing the staff out because the unorganized staff, the lack of communication and overwhelming of patients. The doctor who saw me did not even know how to appropriately fill out my medical forms her had to seek assistance from other doctors. He now has me going through hurdles for my CDL because of how he wrote my paperwork.

4 and 1/2 hours for a physical and a drug screen seems like a little much. People were friendly and apologetic but were clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. I called the day before because I live an hour away to see if I needed an appointment and was told just to come in anytime. That would have been a good opportunity to inform me that the wait time could be hours.

Doctor says because you meet a requirement. They want you to go get tested for sleep study..Never had symptoms of it .All because they think you need it...in there opinion...money racket..fact...

5 Star service

Please never come here for anything, they are definitely too slow. I came 4 days ago for a drug test and was told the wait time would be 2 hours. I got here this morning before 8am and was the first person in line and through the door and they still proceeded to call people out of order.

The back techs were pretty good but the front desk was so bad I could only give one star. The wait was three hours then I was in for two hours then when I go to check out the power happy front desk person was arguing with the person before me that she wasnt rude then proceeded to be rude to me after him. The customer service is worth zero stars.
